Application loginpage error

Question

Hai
My instance name is ften and all the database and the application are starting fine.but in the front end page iam getting the following error .when i give the url iam getting the following error.what is reason for this error how to approach and solve this error.iam a fresher .kindly help me.

when i give the url as http://ebs.yantro.com:8045
