Application user RMCM was found to be deleted from CUCM but agents unable to log into ACD queue was reported 2 weeks later
Hello All, During an investigation Application user RMCM was found to be deleted from CUCM as per CUCM logs but the first issue of agents unable to log into ACD queue was reported 2 weeks later following a publisher reboot, I am trying to understand what could have caused this ? The reboot obviously could not have made any changes but the logs says RMCM users deleted on 09 May but issue was reported on 20 May and in the meantime services were said to be working without interruption . Can i have some suggestion to understand this to explain customer ?
The RMCM user being deleted might not have triggered a JTAPI update on the UCCX side. The publisher reboot which restarted CTIManager would have definitely triggered the update and forced UCCX to re-authenticate with the now non-existent user.

I opened up my pages app and the document i needed opened up automatically, i turned away from my ipad to log onto my computer only to find when i look back at my ipad that ALL my documents have been deleted!! It is very important i get these back as i have an assignment to hand in tomorrow and ALL my revision is on their for my exam in 4 days time. please please please help me get my documents back onto my ipad? Last edited by whoops (2012-01-22 09:47:37)yes, that is correct that it crashes with the new code when i have both made it a separate library function node and when i incorporated it into an existing code. the odd thing is that it actually seems to work now. i believe that i was using the wrong environment to call the new codes, which is why whenever i tried to revert to the original code previously, it still crashed. it seems that in order to be called, i need to use Deployment rather than Development and ppc instead of i386 in the active configuration and architecture in Xcode, respectively. while playing around with the iphone app, it must have reset my defaults to a non-labview friendly form. so now that i've got that part of the code working, i need to find out why it's still crashing on me. at first, i thought it must be the random number generator, but testing that separately in the code works just fine, so there must be something internal in the code. probably a memory allocation fault. but now that i can actually get everything running once more, i should be able to sort that issue out myself.
thank you very much for the help. sorry i didn't actually have anything to fix, unfortunately. i'm going to spend some time trying to debug this section of code to find where the fault lays. i may come back if i cannot find it in there, but hopefully it will not come to that.

My friend wanted to create a new iCloud account that was different to her iTunes and app one when she deleted her iCloud account that was the same as her iTunes it won't let her log into her iTunes one now what can I do to fix it she has paid or apps and songs and of she makes another account everything will be lost.

i bought an application in itunes. When i opened the application, it asked me the access key that was sent throught my email address. But when i open my email address, there was no message from apple. how was that? where can i get the access key?

I recently updated my IOS using the beta found on an iTunes account link... Ever since then I've been unable to log into my iMessages and FaceTime account through my iTunes. The only explanation it gives me is that my connection was lost.... What to do?
It was downloaded through my iTunes account... So im sure it wasn't pirated. It's nothing more than a beta test to work out the bugs. But do u have any suggestions as to how i can about redownloading the same iOS but now the 'bugs' should be all worked out....

Deleted English keyboard and now can't log into iPhone from lock screen
I downloaded SwiftKey for my iPhone 5S after updating to iOS8 and found that it didn't pop up as the default keyboard for the phone. I went to keyboards and deleted the standard, iPhone English keyboard which then made SwiftKey the default. In 20-20 hindsight it was a very stupid thing to do, but it really seemed like a good idea at the time, and it did make SwiftKey the default. Of note, I still had the Hebrew keyboard loaded as a secondary keyboard.
The problem is that when the iPhone locked out, the Hebrew keyboard now comes up in the lock screen. I have no way to switch the lock screen keyboard to English characters so that I can input my password. Effectively, I am now unable to log into my iPhone. I tried turning it off and on and also tried a 'hard reset' by pressing both the power button and the home button until the iPhone reboots. Still no access to the English keyboard on the lock screen....
I have the Phone backed up completely on my computer at home--how do I get the English keyboard back so I can log in? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Okay. I know I'm not the only one who has this problem, because I just answered another query. After playing around with the iPhone a bit and talking to the guy in our IT department I found the answer... I'm posting the answer to my own question so that if anyone else has a problem they can find the solution here.
You will need a computer with iTunes running and your sync cable.
Here's what I found out... If you hold down the power button and the home button for a ridiculously long time (close to a minute and it might cycle through the plain apple picture twice) you eventually will get the a screen that looks that looks like an iPhone sync cord and an arrow pointing to a red iTunes logo.
You can then hook the phone up to your computer, boot up iTunes, and the phone will be recognized by the computer. After that, you simply go to iTunes and pick the option "restore iPhone" and that should work... This will reset your phone to the factory settings.
Once this is done, you can sync to iTunes again and restore all your phone from your iTunes back up. If you don't have a back up, this will probably wipe out the data on the iPhone, but at least you'll have a working phone when you are done.
I'm really kicking myself for removing the English keyboard, but as it was an option to remove it, I couldn't imagine that the phone would have a problem like this if I eliminated it. Apple will really need to rethink this one if they give the option of removing their English keyboard.

When importing from camera into aperture, photo's are also copied to my desktop, if i delete from desktop i am unable to edit photo in aperture. Must have done something, but what?
Have a look at your import setting specifically Store Files:
Make sure it is set to where you want the originals to go.

Deleting on one device does not affect another device.
You can delete the App's on the iPhone and nothing will happen to the ones on the iPad.
1. You don't need to.
2. Settings->Cellular->"Use Cellular Data For" will show the data usage for each App since the last statistics reset
3. Settings->General->Background App Refresh Will show which Apps are allowed to get data in the background
4. It restricts it to Wifi. If the App requires internet access and Data is turned off, it will have to wait until the device is connected to a wifi network.
5. Nope, You just use up battery since the BT radio will continuously look for nearby BT devices.
6. The Personal Hotspot uses your cellular internet connection from your phone or other cellular device; whether you consider that secure or not I cannot say. It also depends on what you are doing while connected to the Hotel's wifi. I would not do online banking while on vacation though. -
Well, I created a new Apple ID and I put money on it, I wanted to sign into ICloud and it wouldn't let me sign in due to making too many Apple IDs created. The point for logging into the ICloud was to save my photos before I reset my phone. Is there any way I could fix this? I also want to transfer my money because I think it's a waste to just forget about the $13.75 on my account. Thanks.

Bad idea.
Content bought with an Apple ID is forever associated with that Apple ID. Apple will not transfer content from one Apple ID to another and Apple will not merge Apple IDs. Unless you are prepared to forfeit all the previously purchased content and buy it all again with the new Apple ID, you will need to maintain the old ID to update and redownload your content. -
Purchased music deleted from itunes but on ipod (& other issues)
i'm not sure when it started but most of my purchased music has been deleted from itunes, but is on my ipod. i'm sure that i haven't deleted these files. i have tried to find the files on my computer, and they're not there either! i have the songs on my ipod, and everytime i sync they stay.
also, i get a -48 error (itunes library cannot be saved. unknown error has occurred.).
i have also tried to sync my pics to my ipod, but it keeps crashing my computer. i'm not sure if it's my os or if it's itunes related. when i computer blue screens, the error messages are different as well.

I have the same problem as many other users: updated iTunes on Windows 7 on Jan 26, 2014 and iTunes does not open. First message "unable to locate component- MSVCR80.dll was not found" then "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes - Error 7 (Windows error 126)". When will Apple fix this? Don’t feel like uninstalling all Apple software and then re-installing it as suggested, as I am on a terribly slow internet connection while travelling in the DR Congo.
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall press on)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

The ClearCam app by Occipital, Inc. was deleted from iTunes? Version 1.8.2 was the last update. Does anyone know why the app was deleted from iTunes? I have a similar problem and have spent three sequential days at the Apple Genius Bar before we were able to exclude most other possibilities and found that certain files (in my case all mp3s from CDs I own) that play just fine in iTunes 11.0.1 and that used to play in iOS 6.0.1 do not play in iOS 6.1. We restored the phone to factory settings and synced only a few of the music files that were problematic. They still did not play. We reproduced the problem on my iPad mini (iOS6.1).
Apple Telephone Support suggestion was to convert all mp3 files in iTunes to AAC (which according to Apple Website may degrade sound quality). No further suggestions or escalation but a recommendation to place comments on www.apple.com/feedback and, if there are enough complaints, someone at Apple might take an interest in this problem. Something has changed in iOS 6.1 where files that played on prior mobile system software no longer work.
Apple, please pay attention to this glitch with iOS 6.1. -
Batch Jobs fail because User ID is either Locked or deleted from SAP System
Business Users releases batch jobs under their user id.
And when these User Ids are deleted or locked by system administrator, these batch jobs fail, due to either user being locked or deleted from the system.
Is there any way that these batch jobs can be stopped from cancelling or any SAP standard report to check if there are any batch jobs running under specific user id.Ajay,
What you can do is, if you want the jobs to be still running under the particular user's name (I know people crib about anything and everything), and not worry about the jobs failing when the user is locked out, you can still achieve this by creating a system (eg bkgrjobs) user and run the Steps in the jobs under that System User name. You can do this while defining the Step in SM37
This way, the jobs will keep running under the Business User's name and will not fail if he/she is locked out. But make sure that the System User has the necessary authorizations or the job will fail. Sap_all should be fine, but it really again depends on your company.
