Applications cannot be installed in TS unless option ' Access directly from DP" is selected

Hi,
I am trying to install applications that were deployed using software distribution to many users via RAP and mandatory. Normally the applications then are added in TS to get a WIM image and subsequently added to a deployment TS. The image created is on a
VM machine which is then cloned on ESX to push to new machines. I get error when i try to install the applications via TS if the option ' Download contents when required'. I created a separate TS in which these four applications get installed if option 'Access
directly from DP' is selected. However if i put ''Access directly from DP" in the main TS that creates the WIM file, i am not able to proceed in the WIn PE section. So i have to download the contents in full before running the TS. Would this cause the
WIM file to increase in size ?

and are they therefore of no use?
Yes, most likely. New iMacs use Intel CPU's & require a different version of the OS software, even when the version number (e.g., 10.4.2) is the same. If the "someone" was truthful about wanting to use 10.3, he or she probably has discovered that is impossible with a newer iMac, & will need these disks.
In any event, the software is bundled with the iMac as part of the license & cannot not legally be sold apart from it. (Words to this effect should appear on the DVD label.)
Return the disks & get your money back.
