Applications showing up more than once in my iTunes account??

When I open my iTunes applications it shows many of the same applications multiple times, IE, Weather Channel twice... Tic Tac Toe three times, etc... Is this due to updates? If yes, do I need to keep each copy of the same application as it is very cumbersome and cluttered? If no, how do I determine which of the icon/applications it is safe to delete?

There seem to be so many people with this question - me included and I have to get a proper response from Apple / iTunes. I have redeemed a number of gift cards over the last few months and guess what? I have zero credit! How can that be given the cost of songs is never a precise dollar amount and the gift cards are in whole denominations?
Like everyone else I can't find my account balance anywhere despite the many 'suggestions' posted in various locations. In earlier versions your balance was shown next to your login account name. Now it has supposedly been hidden away, some say in the music section in the 'Featured' page. ***?! Account information merely shows credit card and billing address, name etc. no window for account balance.
Message to Apple - fix this or else lose customers or even get to be investigated!!! Coming from the IT&T industry I have little faith in billing systems in general.

Albums Showing up more than Once

I have two albums that are showing up more than once, and the album is only on the i pod once, and it is only under the "album" section. I have already restored the i pod and re put every back on the i pod. Does anyone one know how to fix it?

Repeat albums are normally caused by minor spelling differences or the presence of guest artist information in the artist field. Select all the tracks of the album and get info (CTRL-I for Windows, OPTION-I for Mac). Check that you have values for all the fields you think should be the same across the album, particularly *Album Artist*, *Album Title* and, if no guest artists are listed, Artist. If you have guest artists you can either move this information into the track title, e.g. append *(Feat. Guest)* or change the *Sort Artist* of each affected track to the value of the *Album Artist*.

After deleting message it shows up again in inbox. Time it takes second message to appear varies.

Only the primary email can be used to log into the free FON access. You could try using the openzone hotspot instead using the same email address and password.

More than one user per itunes account

I am new to iTunes and was wondering if it would be possible to add my daughter to my iTunes account instead of creating her own, and if possible, how?

Do you mean you want her to be able to download and play the music you have?
If so, go to iTunes and select the Store Menu. Hit "Authorise Computer" (but with the odd american spelling with a 'z') -- type in your account information and that computer will be able to play and download media you have bought from iTunes.You can go to the Store Menu and "Check for Purchases."
If you also want your daughter to be able to download items, I'm afraid you will ahev to give her her own (or your) account and password.
You can go to iTunes and through Edit Menu go into Preferences->Parental Control and put restrictions. Don't forget to hit the lock and place a password!

Bought an album too many times...dont' want to be charged more than once!

Did you actually gift the album multiple times; i.e. you clicked the "gift this album" multiple times? What does your purchase history for your account say? If it shows that you did inadvertently gift the album multiple times and were charged more than once, contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them.

Facebook is showing more than once in the HUB !

Dear All,
I noticed that my Facebook is showing more than once in the HUB ! and everything instance of it is displaying something different than the other. Old instances are displaying old notifications that I have deleted a long time ago!
Each time a login and logout of the Facebook app, a new instance is created inside the HUB ! it seems that there is a serious bug in either the HUB or Facebook !!
How can I fix this ?

We are using JDeveloper 11.1.1.6
We have three 3 separate viewcontroller projects and one Master projects which i supposed to integrate all these projects into one.
Issue:
After putting all three together into the Master project, the app fails to deploy due to this error:
oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-34010: The "adf/tabs/view/DataBindings.cpx" descriptor appears in the application classpath more than once:
We did some digging and found out that it is because of the fact that "DataBindings.cpx" in all three projects falls withing the default package. How do we rectify this issue. We cannot even Refector this file because that option is not available for this file. We have a demo soon, What can we do?

Hi,
this error typically comes from name clashes. Apparently you created ADF libraries (or projects) that contain a DataBindings.cpx file. The DataBindings.cpx file seems to be located in the same folder structure and thus could not be merged but are found to be added twice. When you create new view controller projects then best practice is to ensure the root package name is unique to avoid such issues.

we have one cross company stock transfer process in which when a billing is created in SD side, an IDOC will be triggered automatically and create an invoice verification at the MM side.
The problem is some of our billing of this process having an IDOC application error that said.

Message no. M8321
Diagnosis
Under the following circumstances, you can settle an order item in an invoice received via EDI more than once:
- Goods-receipt-based Invoice Verification has been defined for the order item.
- The IDoc contains the delivery note numbers of the goods receipts.
System Response
If this is not the case, the system cancels posting of the IDoc.
Question:
1 - The funny thing is IDOC showing 51 IDOC error code message on status record of INVOIC. But the invoice verfication get created in PO history.
2 - I think this error is because we need to make the PO as GR-based Inverifcation. We have flagged it in Vendor master, and Info record, but this indicator is not flag automatically in the PO (and we cannot manually change the PO as this indicator is grey-out). How?
3 - how to solve this error?

Once PO history is created, you cannot change the "GR-based-IV" flag. Two options are there before you.
1. Cancel all the GRs & Invoices posted in the STO then system will allow you to update the GR-based-IV flag. After updating this flag repost the GRs and invoices.
2. Create a new STO, now since you have updated the vendor maser & info-record, this flag will automatically get updated during the STO creation itself.
First option is tedious and should be selected only if you can go option 2 is not at all feasible

Query executes more than once

We have crystal reports integrated in the java web application. Reports with parameters are executing query more than once (found in the SQL Server Profiler).
Scenario:
Report query with parameter :- select * from cieuser where id >= {?userId}.
User provides value '1' to this parameter and selects report execution.
Before executing the report, our system updates the database connection details of the rpt with other configured details.
Issues:
During updating of the database details on execution of statement "databaseController.setTableLocation(orig.getTable(i), table);" , the profiler shows:
select * from cieuser where id >= NULL
And on executon of the statement "viewer.processHttpRequest(request, response, getServletConfig()
.getServletContext(), null);" the profiler shows the following:
select * from cieuser where id >= {?userId}
select * from cieuser where id >= 1
select * from cieuser where id >= 1
When the same report is executed from the standalone crystal designer, the profiler shows one time query execution:
select * from cieuser where id >= 1
Environment:
Crystal reports designer - 11.5.10.1263
JRC - 11.5

SAP decided to allow the confirmation of orders with a final confirmation (status CNF) deliberately. So it is possible to confirm work that was maybe forgotten or if the flag 'final confirmation' was set mistakenly. Only the status CLSD will prevent further confirmations.
If you want forbid further confirmations of orders with status CNF you can use enhancements CONFPM* or BAdI WORKORDER_CONFIRM. However, the probably easiest way is to define a user status that is set at business transaction 'Confirm order' and, once set, forbid business transaction 'Confirm order'.

That's correct - it only deletes them from your phone, not from iCloud
If you go into Settings, Music and set Show All Music to Off, you will only see the songs that are actually on the phone.
One other tip - once you've deleted the songs/lists you no longer want, restart the phone (hold the Home and Sleep buttons for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears) to make sure the songs are gone.

Why would aperture load more than once?

I understand that when I first load my RAW photos into Aperture it needs to generate a preview and so that's why it slows down and shows me "loading...". If I want to bypass this I can use quick preview mode. That's how I understood it so far. But I don't understand why it would need to load again at a later time? If I browse elsewhere and come back to this project, it'll start loading again. Does Aperture for some reason deletes the preview?

1) How do I force aperture to generate preview for everything, and not one by one. I'd rather go away and let the computer do its thing for a while than get disturbed every time I hop to the next photo.
You can select all images in the Browser and use the command "Photos > Update/Generate Previews" (Update will turn into "Generate", if hold down the ⌥ alt/options key). This way you can generate the previews over night.
2) Also this still doesn't explain why it needs to be done more than once? Why would it generate the preview again if I haven't changed any adjustments etc?
It will only keep and store the preview permanently, if you have enabled the sharing of previews in the "Preferences > Preview" tab. If you do not enable this, Aperture will not store the previews, to save space.
