Applications stuck showing "1"

Hi, using the latest rev of Itunes on a Win XP home computer. Touch is a 3g 64gb. My touch and Itunes are completely in sync. However, in Itunes under "Library>Applications" there is the number "1" displayed. I have synced both from the PC to the touch, and the touch to the PC, and it won't clear. I can't figure out what it's trying to tell me.
All of the Apps shown on the PC library are installed on the touch. Nothing in the library makes me think there is some kind of error. And I assume (??) if an App were updated, it would tell me which one, and then update it on a sync...... But the "1" won't go away.
I deleted an App a couple of days ago. It disappeared from the Library and the touch, plus I gained some memory space, so I'm sure it's really gone. This started about that time, but I honestly can't say for sure if it happened exactly when I deleted the app or not.
Any ideas?

iTunes will not tell you which app is updated automatically. The 1 is a reminder and at the bottom of the Applications panel in your iTunes, is "Check for Updates" with a small arrow. Click on that and you will be offered the chance to download one (or more) updated apps. Depending on how you have your account set up, it may ask for your password too.

I would check to see if the uninstaller is available at
Control Panel > Programs & Features or Add Remove Programs or Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers.
If you find and uninstaller run it.
If the product is not listed there you might try the Acrobat cleaner tool from here

I have an answer to my question. There is a bug in IOS8 that prevents third party applications to talk to the Health Application. Apple is trying to fix it ASAP

Apps installed from disk, but Application Manager shows them as not installed

I have all Creative Suite (Master) apps installed from disk, but Application Manager shows them as not installed. Why?

I find a way that could be firing this issue.
First, I installed Creative Cloud in spanish language, then installed some apps like DW, PS, FW, FL, and some more.
Then, some days ago, I realized that my apps were in spanish language, but I prefer them in english, so I switched the language of CC to english in settings options.
Now, these apps installed in spanish language are marked as "not installed" and I see the option to install them. And applications installed before language change, are fine and tracked for updates.
Maybe the issue is related to language changed, the CC manager can't track the language change.
Hope to find a solution in short time, this could be a major issue for someone.
At this time, I'm re-installing the apps in english, I think they must override the spanish ones.
I'm using MacOS 10.8.4 (Mountain Lion) on MacBook AIR, Core i7 (if that make sense)

In my Development PC , I was install Measurement Studio 2009 , NI DAQ 7.01 and Field Point 6.05.

I want to ignore NiFieldPoint71D.lib from using project setting(Linker->Input->ignore Specific Library ) but still it is showing same error.
In the project Setting I am done following setting:

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\NI-DAQ\Lib"
Linker->Input->ignore Specific Library: mfcs71d.lib;libc.lib;'NiFieldPoint71D.lib
