Apply does not apply transactions but LCR goes through

Hi all,
I have seen a strange problem happening in various test environments lately. I have no idea how to troubleshoot the issue, so new ideas are taken here.
Oracle 10.2.0.3 for both source and destination databases on Linux RHEL 4.0 and AIX 5.
I observes that the number of LCR are all equal for capture, propagation and apply and keep rising normally, but the number of transaction applied stays to 0. No transaction commited, (gv$streams_apply_coordinator.total_applied = 0).
Every streams component are ENABLED. Nothing special in alert file.
When I find that situation, I clean up the whole thing and start over from scratch. But, I'll better have to face it and fix it one day...
Troubleshooter on metalink did not helped neither.

I don't have the problem right in front of me at this moment. It has been a plague lately... You know when I try to reproduce it, it doesn't. I'm about to deploy on several databases and i suspect a configuration problem with one of them. It works... but not always...
I will try to answer with the notes I took.
1. When i change the source table, the number of lcr increment for the capture, progation and apply, but the number of transaction does not change.
2. NUM_MSGS and SPILL_MSGS are both 0. (It may goes up momentarily when the lcr arrives but gets cleared up...)
3. I will get back to you on that one...
What I'm sure of is that is that all 3 numbers belows are equal and increase normally when i post a dml on the replicated table:
gv$streams_capture.total_messages_enqueued
dba_queue_schedules.total_number
gv$streams_apply_reader.total_messages_dequeued
but v$streams_apply_coordinator.total_applied stays to 0.
When I encounter the problem again i will be more precise.

I tried to log in to iCloud but a message appears telling me I "can't sign in because my account was disabled for security reasons....reset password at iforgot.apple.com". I don't know why this happened.
I reset both my Apple ID and password.
When I tap Settings iCloud is listed on the left side between General and Mail, Contacts etc.
Tapping iCloud brings up a log in screen for iCloud which shows my old Apple ID and requests the password. If I put the password in I get the message as above.
If I use the new Apple ID/Password I get the message "the maximum number of free accounts have been activated....
In settings there is no option to "Delete Account"
Any suggestions??

Total lot transaction quantity does not match transaction quantity

Hello All,
I have a few transactions that are pending and show the error:
"Total lot transaction quantity does not match transaction quantity".
I see there is a patch 2538686 to fix this but I don't have access to Oracle support. And also I checked the version of inctcm.ppc. It is higher than what is mentioned in the patch readme.

Is there any workaround to process these transactions?
We are on 11.5.9 (HP Unix) and the rdbms version is 9i.

Want to know how Apple will get 20 hours out of their 60GB iPods batteries ?
They'll fill it with music and fully charge it (of course), then get it to play continuously (probably on random/shuffle or something similar) until the battery dies. They'll have the screen off all that time and they simply won't touch it, in an attempt to get the longest time they can.
ie. it won't simulate real-life use !
Few other things worth mentioning :
- Battery life whilst playing videos is only 3 hours total, so playing any videos at all is going to make quite a difference
- The battery life indicator is only a rough guide - it's not accurate
- Don't get too obsessed with 'calibrating' the battery. Accoring to Apple, this isn't necessary because ""lithium-ion batteries, such as those used in iPod, have none of the memory effects seen in nickel-based rechargeable batteries."

It's happened to me before as well. Try holding both lock(top right) and home buttons simultaneously until u see a slight flash of wight then just reboot it normally. If that doesn't work try restoring your device from itunes

Try:
- Resetting the iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home

Hi, are you saying that you start Firefox and it stalls -- you can see it in the Task Manager but it never displays -- but if you kill that process and start Firefox again it starts up properly that second time?
If you look at the statistics available in the Task Manager's processes tab such as bytes read or other bytes, can you see whether Firefox is doing anything at all? ''Note: You might need to add columns if your Processes tab isn't set up to display statistics. You can do that from the View menu.''

Might be worth tearing down the whole iTunes install and starting over...
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (Later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Should you get the error iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found after the above reinstall then copy QTMovieWin.dll from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
and paste into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
The above paths would be for a 64-bit machine. Hopefully the same fix with the " (x86)" omitted would work on 32-bit systems with the same error.

This may occur because one of either have happened
1. Lot Quantity is not equal to the quantitiy being delivered.
2. Check if the item has secondary UOM and if it is matching on the lot form.

If the screen is not showing anyting when you press any of the buttons you may want to try these steps.

Will not turn on, will not turn on unless connected to power, or unexpected power off
Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIs and corrosion.
Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 15 minutes, if:
The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.

What I don't understand is that your iTunes looks different from mine--just a little bit. You have 3 circles, red, yellow, and green, in the upper right end of the top bar. INstead I have a square that is half gray. When I click it, I get a menu very similar to the menu under "File."
The only place I see an entry for "Devices" is under "File," but it only gives the 4 options I mentioned before (see below). There is no "Summary."
Here's another screen shot after I added an album to music. Now all the choices under "Devices" are grayed.
