Approval Dates for each Approver in Document Details

Hello,
Please I want to know if this can be done. I need to show the approval dates for each approval step of a document next to the approver name in the iview,
Context Menu of a document -> Details -> Settings -> Approval. (The approval process must be enabled).
Example:
Approval Process
Step
  Approvers
1 User, Intranet has approved - 25/07/2010 9:10 AM
2 lastname, name has approved - 27/07/2010 10:08 AM
I don't know if this is possible.
Thanks & Regards
SU

Hello,
After searching for days in SDN / HELP, I found that in "km.appl.ui.statemanagement_api.jar" there are ".properties" for all the languages. What takes my attention is the file "ApprovedItemRenderer_en.properties" that has this content,
#File created by SLIM generator ($SP-DIFF-TRANSLATED-FILE$)
xfld_author=Approved By
xfld_date=Approved On
The standard portal displays Approved By. But I see that SAP has thought in the approval date? Is there an easy way or how can I activate the property xfld_date?
Thanks & Regards

  • Problem to calculate the coherence (using NetworkFunction-VI) with only 1 row of data for each, the stimulus and response input

    Hello,
I am trying to calculate the coherence of a stimulus and response
signal using the Network Functions (avg) VI's. The problem is that I
always get a coherence of "1" at all frequencies. This problem is
already known (see KnowledgeBase document: Why is the Network Functions (avg) VI's Coherence Function Output "1"?).
My trouble is that the described solution (-> the stimulus and response input matrices need to have at least two rows to get non-unity coherence values) doesn't help me much, because I only have one array of stimulus data and one array of response values.
Thus, how can I fullfil the 'coherence-criteria' to input at least two rows of data each when I just have one row of data each?
Any hint or idea is very much appreciated. Thanks!
    Horst

With this weird board layout, I'm not sure whether you were asking me, but, on the assumption that you were, here goes:
I found no need to use the cross-power spectrum and power spectrum blocks
1... I was looking for speed.
2... I already had the component spectral data there, for other purposes. From that, it's nothing but addition and multiplication.
3... The "easy" VIs, assume a time wave input, as I recall. Which means they would take the same spectrum of the same timewave several times, where I only do it once.
I have attached PNGs of my code.
The PROCESS CHANNEL vi accepts the time wave and:
    1... Removes DC value.
2... Integrates (optional, used for certain sensors).
3... Windows (Hanning, etc. - optional)
    4... Finds spectrum.
    5... Removes spectral mirrors.
    6... Scales into Eng. units.
7... From there, you COULD use COMPLEX-TO-POLAR, but I don't care about the phase data, and I need the MAG^2 data anyway, so I rolled my own COMPLEX-TO-MAG code.
The above is done on each channel. The PROCESS DATA vi calls the above with data for each channel. The 1st channel in the list is required to be the reference (stimulus) channel.
After looping over each channel, we have the Sxx, Syy, and Sxy terms. This code contains some averaging and peak-picking stuff that's not relevant.
    From there, it's straightforward to ger XFER = Sxy/Sxx and COHERENCE = |Sxy|^2 / (Sxx * Syy)
Note that it uses the MAGNITUDE SQUARED of Sxy. Again, if you use the "easy" stuff, it will do a square-root operation that you just have to reverse - it is obtained faster by the sum of the squares of the real and imag parts.
    Hope this helps.

  • Create id, update id with date for each record

    Hi,
Please give me brief idea or document for this concept:
I need create id, create date, update id, update date for each record inserted or updated in database (in few tables).
    1) how user id can be obtained?
    2) Is it better if i use views instead of tables for this?
    3) is it possible for each record?
Please show me complete scenario. a piece of code can also be helpful.
    thanx in advance.

  • How to Get Missing Dates for Each Support Ticket In My Query?

    Hello -
I'm really baffled as to how to get missing dates for each support ticket in my query.  I did a search for this and found several CTE's however they only provide ways to find missing dates in a date table rather than missing dates for another column
in a table.  Let me explain a bit further here -
I have a query which has a list of support tickets for the month of January.  Each support ticket is supposed to be updated daily by a support rep, however that isn't happening so the business wants to know for each ticket which dates have NOT been
updated.  So, for example, I might have support ticket 44BS which was updated on 2014-01-01, 2014-01-05, 2014-01-07.  Each time the ticket is updated a new row is inserted into the table.  I need a query which will return the missing dates per
    each support ticket.
I should also add that I DO NOT have any sort of admin nor write permissions to the database...none at all.  My team has tried and they won't give 'em.   So proposing a function or storable solution will not work.  I'm stuck with doing everything
    in a query.
I'll try and provide some sample data as an example -
    CREATE TABLE #Tickets
    TicketNo VARCHAR(4)
    ,DateUpdated DATE
    INSERT INTO #Tickets VALUES ('44BS', '2014-01-01')
    INSERT INTO #Tickets VALUES ('44BS', '2014-01-05')
    INSERT INTO #Tickets VALUES ('44BS', '2014-01-07')
    INSERT INTO #Tickets VALUES ('32VT', '2014-01-03')
    INSERT INTO #Tickets VALUES ('32VT', '2014-01-09')
    INSERT INTO #Tickets VALUES ('32VT', '2014-01-11')
So for ticket 44BS, I need to return the missing dates between January 1st and January 5th, again between January 5th and January 7th.  A set-based solution would be best.
I'm sure this is easier than i'm making it.  However, after playing around for a couple of hours my head hurts and I need sleep.  If anyone can help, you'd be a job-saver :)
    Thanks!!

    CREATE TABLE #Tickets (
    TicketNo VARCHAR(4)
    ,DateUpdated DATETIME
    GO
    INSERT INTO #Tickets
    VALUES (
    '44BS'

  • Spool creation for each vendor/ payment document in program RFFOUS_C

    Hi experts,
Requirement is to create spool for each vendor/payment document in RFFOUS_C.
What is presently happening is only one spool is created for all the payment document numbers.
I need to create separate spool for each cheque and remittance advice based on the payment document.
Ex:I have 2 vendors with one cheque and remittance advice each. The first cheque and remittance advice of vendor 1 should be created in spool 1 and the second cheque and remittance advice of vendor 2 should be created in spool 2.
Please suggest your inputs as to what needs to be changed in the program RFFOUS_C or do we need some configuration to achieve the same.
    Regards,
    Joby

    HI,
Try to see if the check is register on FCHN transaction. So, you will be able to reprint the check using FHC7 transaction.
    Let me know your comments

  • Min date for each month from list

    Hi all,
I need to select only minimal date for each month from this sample query:
select date '2011-01-04' as adate from dual union all
select date '2011-01-05' as adate from dual union all
select date '2011-01-06' as adate from dual union all
select date '2011-02-01' as adate from dual union all
select date '2011-02-02' as adate from dual union all
select date '2011-02-03' as adate from dual union all

  • Last Entry Date for Each Quarter

    Hi,
I want to find out the last entry date for each quarter. The query I am using is this:
    SELECT
    Country.Name as Country,
    CONVERT(DATE,MAX([CreationDate])) as LastDateOfClipEntry,
    DATEPART(Year,([CreationDate])) as Year,
    DATEPART(Quarter,([CreationDate])) as Quarter
    FROM
    [dbo].[Clip]
    JOIN Office on Office.Code = Clip.Office
    JOIN Country on Country.Code = Office.Country
    WHERE YEAR(CreationDate) IN (@YEAR)
    GROUP BY Country.Name,DATEPART(Year,([CreationDate])) ,DATEPART(Quarter,([CreationDate]))
    ORDER BY Country.Name
Now based on the column group I added in my report the result is coming correct but not properly formatted as I want.
Below is the snapshot how its coming now:
I don't want the extra blanks coming for each occurrence. There should be only one line for Australia and in the single line it should show the last entry date for that quarter. How can I achieve that ? Below is the snapshot showing current config:
Thanks a lot in advance. Any help would be appreciated.
    Vivek Kamath

    Hi Vik2907,
According to your description, you have a matrix which shows you those unexpected cells. Right?
In this scenario, the reason caused this problem is the group setting. Mostly, you set the row group on a wrong field. As we tested in our local environment, if you set the row group on LastDateOfClipEntry, it will render the data as the screenshot you post.
Please check both Row and Column Group setting, make sure they are group on proper field.

  • Different Asset Value Dates for each Asset

    Hi,
A very interesting and unique requirement.
We are attaching multiple assets in the settlement rule of wbs elements and run CJ88, but as per standard SAP, all assets under each WBS Element are capitalized on the same Asset Value Date.
My client wants to capitalize assets at different asset value dates for each of these assets without needing to run CJ88 multiple times. In CJ88, however, we have only one asset Vale date option.
Is this possible to have different asset value dates asset wise when we run CJ88 ? I did not find any option to define an asset value date in CJIC either. In Settlement rule neither.
    Thanks for any help.
    Regards,
    Manis

Try and explore the option of using Asset Value date on the sender WBS, you can find this under settlement parameters.
This option depends on your project (WBS) strcture and the number of assets being capitalised on back on one WBS element.
Refer note OSS 98496 for more information

    Hi,
Sorry, we do not support a matrix-question field.   Please try the multilines text field (where your participant can enter multiple lines in the input text box) and see if it works for you.

  • Query for Separate data for each VU user in OLT testing

    Hi,
I am not able to configure separate set of data for each VU users in OLT testing to avoid concurrency. Is there a way out in OATs?

    Hi Yogesh,
It is not really practical to use a separate databank per virtual user (assuming this is what you were referring to). You can use a databank that contains enough records for all users and then use the databank control to make sure that each user gets a separate record for each iteration - check out the 'Sequential/Stop the User' settings or use 'Shuffle'.

  • How to get committed date for each component after availability check

    Hi,
When I use CO02 to check material availability, I can see committed date in missing part list and missing part overview for each component in production order. I save it and use CO03 to read missing part list again. The committed date is blank?! How to get the committed date for each missing part in production order?
Another question, committed date can be displayed in CO24(missing parts info system)? Thanks in advance!!

    Rita,
Please check that the PP avail. check has replensh lead time turned on. If RLT is turned off & there is no sufficient stock of material, then system can only committ date of 12/31/9999.
Once you turn on RLT, it will give you some date based on your configured avail check ( that looks at stock or purchase order or production order). That way if there is no sufficient stock of material to satisfy your order system will committ the worst case date which is the RLT.
On CO24 unfortunately there is no field for Committ date. Hence is it not possible to view commit date. You can only view Committ quantity.
i am sure this will help you. Else please come back.
    thanks,
    Ram

  • How to name the data for each column I am acquiring in lvm file

I want to tag or name ,eg temperature at top of a column which shows the temperature readings .I am writing into a labview measurement file.

Use Set Waveform Attribute on each channel of your data.  Set an attribute with name "NI_ChannelName".  The value is a string containing the name you wish to call the channel.

  • How to display date for each packet in a Cisco ASA packet capture

    Hello,
Quick question...On a Cisco ASA (v8.2) how does one show the date of each packet in a packet capture?
When performing a packet capture from CLI you can do a "show capture testcapture" command and you can see that the time is at the beginning of each packet but how does one view the date as well as the time for each packet?  I know you can export the packet capture and it will show the date & time in wireshark but sometimes for just quick and dirty capture I'd like to view the capture from the CLI on the ASA itself without doing an export.
Sample capture below.  Time is displayed but not the date of the packet capture.  Issuing command "sh cap test detail" doesn't show the date either.  I checked on an ASA running v9 and it also doesn't show the date in the packet capture.
    ASA5505# sh cap test

    Thanks for any help.

    Hi,
I would suggest copying the capture from the ASA to some local host and opening the capture file with Wireshark to view the information
    For example
    copy /pcap capture:test tftp://x.x.x.x/test.pcap
This should copy the current data in the capture to the mentioned location with the mentioned filename.
I personally view the captures on the ASA CLI only if I am just confirming that some traffic comes to the firewall or when I am checking what happens to a TCP connection that can not be formed. Its a lot easier to go through bigger captures by copying them from the ASA and viewing them with an actual software meant for that purpose.
    Hope this helps :)
