Approved purchase did not download.

My daughter requested/purchased a song from iTunes, I got the notice and approved the purchase, but the song did not download.
How do we get a refund, or get the song to download (it did not appear on my computer either).

Try the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option.
Or try clicking on your name at the top right of your iTunes and then click Purchased on the popup 
and see under Movies/Films for downloading.

    Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the broken tracks from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
    If you don't see them straight away it may help to restart iTunes. While downloading selectDownloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloadsisunticked.
    If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

    What do you mean 'did not download' ? Are they new purchases that you've done on your phone ? Past purchases that you are trying to redownload ? Did you get any error messages when trying to download them ?
    What you can redownload will show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone (music won't show there in all countries). If they are old purchases and not all music shows there then check to see if any are hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
    If they are new purchases and they don't show in the Purchased tab then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

  • Audio purchase did not download completely

    Tonight I downloded two albums. After the first album completed downloading one track did not download at all. A track on the second album only plays a few seconds of audio and then skips to the next track even though the download window indicated the track fully downloaded. When I go to the Store Menu and Check For Available Downloads it says all my purchases have been downloaded. Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.

    You bought it directly on the iPad ?
    If it's not showing under the More button at the bottom of the Music app (you should get an Audiobooks option via that button when there are audiobooks on it), and it's not waiting to download in the Downloads tab in the iTunes store, then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history (audiobooks are currently a one-time only download so you will need to contact iTunes Support to get a re-download of it) : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that audiobook and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

    I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the exact nature of your issue. If you have made a purchase of a book (say, from the iBooks Store), but for some reason it did not download or sync, you may be able to redownload it directly to your iPad. You may find the following article helpful:

  • In-App purchase did not download?

    I recently purchased a "bag of coins" for a game which cost me $9.99. It said it downloaded and when I was about to use my item, the coins did not appear? Basically, I didn't get my purchase. Yes, I've reported this to Apple already and yes i've closed the app and everything.
    If reporting this issue is the best I can do, how long will it take Apple to reply or refund my money?

    I purchased a movie through my iPhone and I keep getting errors when trying to download. Can I just get the cost credited back to my account -or get a credit where I can download using my AppleTV.

    Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
