For SRM 5.0, is this scenario possible?
-We are looking for the approvers to only be able to reject/approve the SHC. We do not want approvers to be able to change any of the SHC details like qty/price/source of supply (greyed out) Also we still want the approvers to be able to provide a note to the requisitioners.
Currently in SRM 2.0, I have been told that because they set the security setting at high, approvers can reject/approve but cannot send a note to the requisitioner.-
If anyone can shed light on this issue, it would be fantastic.

This is still possible in SRM5: set the security level of the approver to "none". They won't be allowed to change the shopping cart but in the last step or subscreen (depends on scenario they are using, shop in 3 steps or one screen), they are able to add a comment for the approval only (note for approval).

I have already deleted the email accounts on both devices and reinstalled them. I've contacted the Internet service provider and verified all the right settings. The Outlook email on my desktop is working perfectly.

WMV is a heavily-compressed format/CODEC, and the processing time will depend on several factors:
Your CPU, which is not that powerful in your case
Your I/O sub-system, which is likely a single HDD on your laptop
The source footage. What is your source footage?
Any Effects added to that footage. Do you have any Effects?
Each of those will have an impact on the time required.
The trial has only one main limitation - the watermark. Now, there are some components, that have to be activated, but are not with the trial, but they would be evident with Import of your source footage, if it's an issue.

Hi,
check in the Portal System landscape your system with the alias name SAPReferenceSystem especially the Logonmethod that is maintained there in. Is it saplogonticket or UIDPWD?
In case of UID/PWD change the logonmethod to Saplogonticket. Then you will see the system to choose as referenece system as only systems are shown in the reference system drop down box which have the logonmethod saplogonticket maintained.
Select the system as reference system afterwards and check if the mappings are working fine after a restart of the J2EE engine. You will need to restart the j2ee engine in order to make the reference
system change active.

in our SAP PI 7.31 Dual-Stack system we facing following error "ERROR: -> Cannot export - JAVA is not the current PSE provider!" under Netweaver Administrator (NWA) -- > Certificates and Keys: Key Storage, if we executing button "Export View to PSE" for view "ICM_SSL_*".
As by default for ABAP and Dual-Stack systems, profile parameter "ssl/pse_provider" is set to ABAP.
How we are able to solve that issue?

Are you using the latest version (5.5.2) of the AirPort Utility to access the new 802.11n AirPort Extreme Base Station (AEBSn)? Your tagline has it that you are running OS X 10.4.6. You would need at least 10.5.7 to run the utility. I assume that you are running the latest utility on another device ... correct?
When having difficulties accessing the AirPort thru the AirPort Utility, try the following, in order checking accessibility with the utility after each step:
o Check the local connection. If you are trying to access the AirPort wirelessly, make sure that you are connected to its wireless network before running the AirPort Utility to administer it. I recently needed to replace my hard drive and now when I try to open the Mail application I get the following message: "You cannot use this version of the application Mail with this version of Mac OS X."

ANSWERING MY OWN POST:
I have tried reinstalling Mail from my Snow Leopard upgrade disk directly and tried it using Pacifist. Neither worked because both simply reinstalled version 4.0. Fortunately, I have a MacBook Pro and it has version 4.1. I copied this directly, which was not ideal (it was quite confused about my mailboxes), but it worked.
The problem is that +Software Update+ did not detect the old version of Mail and Apple does not provide a direct way (that I could find) of downloading the latest version. Each time I downloaded Mail from Apple, it was version 4.0.

I have Windows Server 2012 with SQL 2012 Standard SP1. I am using linked server, and Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable to access my database file made in Microsoft Access (.mdb) from network file server.

My SQL service is running with domain service account MYDOMAIN\SQL1$ , i have added Full control for file share and NTFS permission on my file server folder (C:\Files).

The problem is, if I open SQL management studio (as domain admin with UAC elevated permissions) on my File server or any other computer, when trying to browse my linked server i got error:

When I try to place simlpe Select SQL query I got error:

NTFS must be fine since it works from same server using same accounts.
As I understand, adding my access file to Access trusted location could be a problem. I have tried now to add my access database file location to trusted locations for user which is my SQL service user (Windows Service - AD managed service account MYDOMAIN\SQL1$)
and my test user which I use to connect to sql server as a client from sql management studio. (Account is Domain Admins and have full permissions on SQL server also)

I have done this for SQL service account user and my personal test account as I said. I have tried to logoff and restart sql service and all servers also.
The same problem still persists.

Outlook 2010 cannot provide form scripting support

I have followed two workarounds and fixes for Office 2010 in a terminal services environment. One was to copy a .dll file to the terminal server and the other was to remove a registry entry. Both workarounds fixed the problem temporarily,
but it continues to show up. When a user opens some email messages they receive a warning that "Microsoft Outlook cannot provide form scripting support. This feature is not available. For more information, contact your system administrator."A+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, Security+

Here is what I did to enable VB scripting for Outlook 2010.
1.
Determine the GUID for Office 2010.
In the Registry, go to
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Features. Search for
“OutlookVBScript”. I found it at:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Features\00004109110000000000000000F01FEC.
In the Registry, for an x86 server go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products,
or for an x64 server, go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Common\InstalledPackages (the first one)
and select the key where you located “OutlookVBScript”.
On my server, it is:

Cannot attach multiple photos using the ' Message ' option iOS 5.0.1 in ' Photos ' app.

Since i have updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 5.0.1 i cannot attach multiple photos using the ' Message ' option in the ' Photos ' app.
i browse my photos and then select ' Message ' on a photo. i am then able to attach the first image to the message.
When i then select the Camera icon on the created message to add another image , either ' Choose existing ' or ' Take Photo or Video ' , it does nothing and takes you back to your existing message.
I am able to attach multiple images when accessing the iMessage app it is just from the Photos app it is occuring
is anyone else having the same issue ?

Cannot find acsbackup_instance.log in the backup file

I had ACS 5.2 ( Evalution License ) setup installed on VMware with patch 11 when I try to restore earlier backup of ACS gives me error "Cannot find acsbackup_instance.log in the backup file"
I am using Filezilla FTP sever for backup transfer.

That is strange!! Just make sure you are using the TFTP and not the DESK in the repository. It looks to me that you are trying to restore from the DESK and not the TFTP and it could not find the backup file int he DESK.
If you double check the repository and you are 100% sure that the TFTP is being used then I would recommend to open a TAC case and feedback us about what the issue was if the TAC discovered the root cause of this.
btw, what you see if you apply this command on CLI:
show backup history

We are facing the below issue when performing a homogeneous system copy of NW 7.0 system using backup/restore method for DB6 system.
The Java load in database <SID>/<hostname> has not been configured yet. You cannot run an installation from the System Copy folder with this load.
We went through the SAP Note http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2049842, and followed the same but no luck.
We updated the Kernel to the latest, but still no luck.
Request for your quick help as we have to complete it by EOD today.

For others who may be facing the same problem and would like to have a permanent fix, you can download the largest JDBC drivers from http://service.sap.com/msplatforms and refer to note 639702 and if your system is NW7.0 with EHP1 or SR3, you should also refer to note 1109274.
