Apps 11.5.10.2 install problem

Hi All,
I'm trying to create a fresh 11i instance and during the database stage i hit this error.
After creating the control files the system is trying to open the database, and shows the following in the error log <adcrdb_SID.log>
Connected to an idle instance.
ORACLE instance shut down.
Connected to an idle instance.
ORACLE instance started.
Total System Global Area  581523096 bytes                                      
Fixed Size                   456344 bytes                                      
Variable Size             402653184 bytes                                      
Database Buffers          167772160 bytes                                      
Redo Buffers               10641408 bytes                                      
Control file created.
alter database open resetlogs
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01194: file 1 needs more recovery to be consistent
ORA-01110: data file 1: '/oraapps/mlapps/mldevdata/system01.dbf'
alter tablespace TEMP add tempfile '/oraapps/mlapps/mldevdata/temp01.dbf' REUSE
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01109: database not open
ALTER DATABASE RENAME GLOBAL_NAME TO "sid.domain.com"
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01109: database not open
ORA-01109: database not open any help is greatly appreciated,

Hi satheesh,
Check the following logs:
$ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/log/<SID>_<hostname>
XXXXXXX.log - Main Oracle Applications Rapid Install Wizard Install log for DB Tier
(Where XXXXXXXX = MMDDHHMM - Date and Time of run, e.g 01311149.log)
dbInstall.log - Information on unzipping stages for oraDB - RDBMS techstack
dbInstallcfg.log - Information on instconf.drv: Configuration of RDBMS techstack
dbInstancecfg.log - Information on addbtmpl.drv: Configuration of RDBMS techstack using AutoConfig templates
installdbf.log - Information on unzipping stages for oraAppDB - RDBMS Datafiles
The error must be located in the installdbf.log I think. Search from the beginning of the file for error or fail.
