APPS database account and cant query views

Even running queries with the apps db account we dont seem to be able to return data from the default views which i know contain data. is there anyway round this?

Try resetting your iPad.

If you were instructed to call them, then that's what you should do. They will probably need to verify your identity before helping you with the security question.

Database Account and User Groups

Currently, I am using DATABASE ACCOUNT for an authentication scheme for all of my applications but, I would like to setup User Groups as well to limit users to thier prospective pages and/or objects within the application for easy maintenance of users. I have read that, in order to apply user groups in an application, you must use APPLICATON EXPRESS ACCOUNT credentials.
Another developer has modified the "APEX_ACCESS_CONTROL" table with an additional column(s) that would allow access to specific pages. I am not sure if this is good practice to modify Apex tables.
Is there a way to create user groups while using DATABASE ACCOUNT for authentication? What is the best practice in a case like this?
Can anyone please shed some light on this? Thanks.

The Application Express machinery knows nothing about them.

And you can write an API for applications to use to query this information and to maintain it from custom applications built for that purpose.

Windows App developer account and .aetx file, Unknown error while generating AET

firstly, sorry for my not perfect english, but I hope that somehow understand what i want to say.
So, I am a student (I do not know if it makes a difference but inform you), and I wanted to write a universal windows app for company (This would be the first application WP and Windows this company, previously did app on Android and IOS, and websites).
I wrote a little bit and I wanted to throw the first version on hockeyapp.net to the head of the company and the customers can test it and i have problem. I upload .appx file bu i have problem with generate .aetx file. When I run this command AETGenerator.exe
PFXFilepath PFXFilePassword it gives me an error in command prompt
Unknown error while generating AET
startIndex cannot be larger than length of string.

I've read about these certificates but did not find a specific answer (a very specific answer). So what I need to do, What do I need, what to buy and etc.
What are my solutions?

Is it enough that I register and I buy individual developer account?

Try sending it to store anyway… I have the similar issue, the kit hangs when saving result and never complete it.

If you want to test your app, you can also send to beta store and you can get response from the testers.

Need to do a hard reset on an iphone 4 but cant access apple id account and cant get reset to email address as it has been closed.

Going to Apple is pointless. They will not do anything to help. Activation lock is an anti-theft feature.
If the seller "forgot" the pasword for her Apple ID, then she needs to re-set it so that it can be used to unlock the phone. If she says she can't for some reason, demand your money back. If she refuses, I stand by the statement that the phone is most likely stolen.
The phone is completely useless without the Apple ID and password.

Mail.app missing accounts and prefs after system force-quit

My Macbook wouldn't wake up from sleep, so I force-quit it, and restarted it, and now Mail.app is giving me the "Welcome to Mail. You'll be guided through the steps to set up your mail account" welcome screen.
I entered one of my mail accounts, and it wouldn't let me set it up as POP - only IMAP. Once I got past the set up screen, all my accounts and preferences were gone, but my mailboxes were still there with all the messages I've archived.
How do I get my accounts and preferences back?

Some downloaded apps have dissapeard and cant be reloaded!

I have had my IPhone 4s for about 1 year. And have been very pleased with it until now. Suddenly one day some apps were gone and its not possible to download them again. It is Spotify and Radioplay. In AppStore the "button" says free but when I push it nothing happens!! This is very annoying!!!

It sounds like the apps may not have downloaded to your iPhone completely. I recommend trying the solution from this discussion thread first:
App updates won't download on my iPhone, they just say waiting.

Try tapping the App, so that it changes to Paused instead of Waiting, then tap it again to resume the install.
Make sure you don't have any paused downloads in other apps either, like the App Store or iTunes Store.
If that doesn't do it, try resetting or restoring the iPhone.

Cant query view but have table privileges (not found in ALL_VIEWS)

Hi guys,
I have a strange (to me~) problem where I have a view querying 4 tables. the creator and another user can call the view but a third user cannot.
If I query ALL_OBJECTS or ALL_VIEWS with this user the view is not listed. However, the user has privileges to all tables used. This has been verified by running the except same query associated with the view & the it returned the results as expected~
When I try to call the view it says it doesn't exist though. With the other users I can call either the view or the underlying query. Any idea what privilege may be missing that means the user cant call a view?

Tried to grant SELECT on view but it complained of one of the tables.
Turns out that when you grant to a view it tries to grant access to the tables underneath but it doesn't check if they already have the privileges~
I granted select access to 3 tables but the user with the view (in a different schema) needed select WITH GRANT OPTION privilege; it didn't matter that the user I was granting view access to already had select on the 3 tables :(

2. Under Product Categories choose iTunes;

Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
      tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
      "done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
      Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
      should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
      security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
      selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
      should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
      questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

Apps wont update and cant download anything from Itunes

I've been using my Iphone4 for 10 months now and haven't had any problems. I updated to iOs5 and iOs5.01. I never resorted to jailbreaking it nor would never resort in the future.. I believe in purchasing apps and paying the developers for really good apps. Recently though I've been having trouble updating them. My app store app has a red 10 and i cant update any of the apps that are listed due for updating.. Whenever i try to click on an individual app that has a small progress bar at the bottom the phone will say "unable to download application... *app name* could not be downloaded at this time". I've been trying for a couple of weeks now and was able to update 3 apps.. the others just wont.. I also tried downloading any random app and it didnt work as well. Sometimes i get the message "cannot connect to istore or itunes store" or something like that.. Please help!!!
