Apps don't sync, can't find apps on ipad

When syncing I get a list of apps that don't sync because of an unknown error.
These apps have been on my iPad for a long time and were syncing previously.
So I say ok, the sync finishes, and they are still on the iPad, but moved to a different page.
Then I try to sync again. And get the same list, minus 1 of the apps.
This keeps happening several times. I reset the iPad and the problem remains.
Another time the apps do not even show because they can't be found according to the message.
But if I disconnect the iPad and reattach it, the apps are found. And they work fine.
I sync via USB port on the Mac. iOS 5.0.1. I had bought some new apps on the iPad and some on the Mac.
I have reset the iPad several times, but the problem persists.

Thanks for the question. Are the contacts you are attempting to FaceTime/iMessage registered with their Apple device? Remember, to iMessage or FaceTime a contact, they must be signed in with their Apple ID on a supported Apple device.

You don't want to do that by copying.
Your best bet, by far, is to use Setup Assistant. If your Mac is running Snow Leopard, see Using Setup Assistant on Snow Leopard or Leopard.

Are you looking in the Videos app? iMovie on the iPad? The Photos App? I don't use iMovie but those are the three places where you should look.

It will only show if the device is turned on. And if someone else has it, they can turn that feature off. Your best options are to return to the location where you think you lost it, and see if anyone returned it. Also contact your local law enforcement.

ITunes sync can't find a song but I can

I have a smart playlist that contains 771 songs. One of the songs is titled "Rock And Roll Strategy". In "iTunes Library.xml", it is assigned a track ID of 6121:

I can play the song just fine by double-clicking in the playlist. iTunes refuses to sync it claiming it can't find it. I had this trouble a few months ago with a Christmas song and my iPhone.
Sometimes iTunes can be so infuriating.

Have you tried deleting the song from your iTunes media library? Delete, say yes to removing the file. It will go into the Trash, so you might want to take a moment and drag it from the Trash to your Desktop so as not to accidentally loose it. Quit iTunes, then Open iTunes and drag & drop the file to your iTunes media library. Add it to your Playlist. Hopefully it will sync.

basic: Excepci�n: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.syc.client.ScanAppletmore....The strange thing is that if I copy &paste the url in a browser window, it finds the jar and ask to open or save. So I suppouse is something on the sandbox of the applet or something like that. Why I can find the jar using the URL, but why the applet can't? Other thing that I don't know if is important for this is that I can't find the page using my IP or 127.0.0.1, it only works using localhost.
And yes, my jar is signed. In fact it works perfect on a non Windows-Vista machine, so I suppouse is something with the browser here or something like that. The port is on the exceptions list of the firewall but I've even disabled the firewall with no changes. I can load applets from other hosts, but I can't pointing to my machine, so I don't know if is windows, tomcat, or whatever. Please help!
I'm using Tomcat 5.5, JK 1.6 and Windows Vista as server. Using the 2000 port which is on the exceptions list in the firewall. I have also IIS7, but it gives no problems. I mean if I do http://myhost (port 80) the IIS7 initial page shows, but if I use http://myhost:2000 (which is the port configured in Tomcat) then can't find the page. I don't know if is something on the firewall, on the tomcat, or what ever.

I've seen this sort of thing happen when the server is misconfigured and reports the content MIME type incorrectly.
I'd suggest using a tool like curl or the Firefox LiveHeaders extension, to confirm that that's correct.

Ford sync can't find artist

Anyone have a problem finding artists on the ford sync touch? I can say play track/song X and it finds it and plays it, but I can't say play artist X because it will repeat what I said and then nothing happens. If I go to browse artists on the Ford touchscreen, it only shows the first 2 artists on my ipod touch and the rest are missing. I've searched and searched on the Syncmyride website and can't find anyone else talking about this exact issue.

Can't find photos on iPad to delete!

I wanted to get rid of a bunch of photos on my iPad. I deleted all my photos from Camera Roll, Photo Stream, and turned off iCloud for photos. The only photos I have synced with the iPad are some from one folder on my computer, which has 800 images and is less than 1GB (same as is synced on my phone, and the phone looks OK).
I restarted the iPad and synced it with iTunes, but as you can see below, there is still 16GB of photos! I tried to connect my iPad to iPhoto to maybe delete them from there, but the images never show up... all iPhotos says is "loading...."
How can I get rid of these photos on my iPad? How can I find them?
[Also, that "Other" category is pretty big. I have seen a bunch of comments on how to make it smaller. However, I've yet to find a workable solution.]

I had an album on my iPad that didn't have a delete option. I was able to finally remove everything by connecting the iPad to iTunes and going to the Photos tab. Select sync photos. It will ask you if you want to replace all photo on iPad with sync photos. Apply the setting and then un-sync photo again. It will then remove all photos on iPad starting with a clean slate.
Be sure to backup all your photos before doing this. Hope that helps.
