Apps have all disappeared from my account

I upgraded to the new iPhone software - had to do a restore as there were errors.
Now all of my apps have gone from my phone and i can not re download them as they have gone from my account so the apps store say there is nothing to download.
I have evidence that i have them as i have most of the receipts.
Have contacted Apple but they dont appear to understand the issue and seem to think it is reasonable to send me one message every 24 hours.
Has anyone had this problem and know a fix?
Does anyone know the procedure to complain to Apple about their service (or lack of)?

I DIDN'T UPGRADE to the new ITunes and the "App" catagory is missing from my library.And ITunes opens up like I did upgrade and wants me to make a bunch of choices. And gives me some new tutorial. ***??

No you won't be refunded, it's your responsibility to keep copies of your purchases. Have you not got copies of them on backups ?

Need to find out what is your default notes and reminders. check corresponding websites. Example - my notes default is icloud - I go to icloud.com. My default notes are yahoo - yahoo.com and so on.

I assume you do backups of your computer on a regular basis, correct? Try retrieving the fonts from your backup.

Bickham Script Pro, Voluta Script Pro, and Leander Script Pro are indeed Adobe Originals font families, but none of the fonts in those families have been bundled with any Adobe software.
Kaufmann Std is an ATF font available to license from Adobe, but has never been bundled with any Adobe software.
Palace Script Std is a Monotype font available to license from Adobe, but has never been bundled with any Adobe software.
My best guess is that somehow some of these fonts “hitchhiked” onto your system as part of InDesign or Illustrator document packages you may have received or worked on. Otherwise, unless you explicitly licensed these fonts, I have no idea how you got access to them originally.
That having been said, there is another solution that can help with three of the five font families! What version of InDesign are you using? If you are using the Creative Cloud version of InDesign with a full CC subscription, you can access Bickham Script Pro, Voluta Script Pro, and Leander Script Pro via the cloud-based Typekit service. The other two fonts are not available via Typekit.

Please see the bold. If you're out of icloud storage, then you won't be able to backup to icloud unless you purchase more storage, but yet you said you backup to icloud.
If you really did backup to icloud no data would be loss - sounds to me that it didn't backup since you had no more free icloud storage space.

Hi maggieanntb, your sister's Apple ID came up because an app(s) was downloaded using her account. To prevent that from happening, you would have to delete the app(s) that were downloaded on her's, and re-download them using your own Apple ID.

As far as I know you should be prompted for the password for an account that 'owns' one of the apps that requires updating.
If all of the apps with updates are linked to your account and that is the account that is now logged in, then you could try a reset and see if that helps : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

First, make sure they are all still enabled in the respective System Preferences.
If the are, then do you have any third-party menu extras? They will often interfere with the others if they are not compatible.

This is kind of confusing, on the one hand you say "it says all images are there" and then you directly contradict this by saying "it is only showing 1 card's images at a time".
Could you explain in a lot more detail what you see (and don't say "it", say exactly what part of Lightroom or what part of your operating system you are looking at), or show us a screen capture?

i watched this happen several times...i requested an email notification from wordpress over and over to see if i could click on the email in inbox fast enough to open it before it went to never neverland but nada. could not be done. i turned off the junk mail sorter in preferences. even though it was not to be found in junk mail on my mail app or icloud mail or iphone nada...what else is dissappearing?
