Cant downld apps from apps in purchase even though they are free apps to install like clash of clans n all need help in dwnlding
i have turned off the restrictions in settings also but then too icant download. Help please

The message is to verify the details, not to review the account ? And do you currently have card details on your account, and have you followed the prompts that you are getting ?
If this is the first time that you've tried to download anything with the account then unless the instructions on this page were used when creating it : Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method - Apple Suppor…
then card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download anything - you should be able to remove the card after entering it.

Can't see apps in purchase history of app store in iphone

Hello guys,
Today I faced a very weird problem with Itunes apps.
i was hiding some apps in my mac, but all those changes were not reflecting in my iphone running on latest ios 8.1.2. But as far as as other iphone running running on IOS 7.1.2 it was showing all those changes.
Then i asked apple customer care.
They told me to sign out itunes, turn iphone off/on and sign in again in itunes i did the same.
He also told me to turn off family sharing i turned it off.
After signing back app store showed no purchased app.
Even i downloaded a new app from store that was also not shown in purchase history.
I can say purchase history was black.
I have many apple products running on different IOS.
Following were the outcomes in various products:
Iphone 6 plus     IOS 8.1.2     Purchase history is blank even if i buy new app it is not added to purchase history
Iphone 5S          IOS 8.1.2     Purchase history showing all apps including apps that i have hide using macbook, but new purchases are not added.

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried that but didn't help. I also logged in to http://store.ovi.com with web browser and I could change the phone model to correct one (5230). However, this information was not passed on to the Nokia account so that with phone app the change was not visible. So the problem is still on.

The recommended solution for most families is to share the same Apple ID for iTunes and App Store purchases, so you can share your purchases, but us different IDs for iMessage, FaceTime and iCloud. With this arrangement, each person can automatically download purchases made on the shared ID (by turning this feature on in Settings>iTunes & App Stores), while keeping their FaceTime calls, text messages and iCloud data (including photo stream) separated. There is no requirement that the ID you use for purchasing be the same as the ID you use for these other services.

How can i get a list of all the apps i purchased last year?

i would like to get a summary of all the apps i purchased as well as the prices

Open App Store and sign in with your Apple ID. Click on the Purchase icon in the toolbar. This will list out all your App Store purchases. It will not list prices, but you can look those up for each purchased application.
There should also be an account summary. Click on the Account link under Quick Links on the right.

How can I tell which apps were purchased on my account?

I did search for answers but couldn't find one that fit.
I have an iPhone and so does our son.
Early on my son purchased apps on my account and downloaded them on HIS iphone. Eventually, I got him his own iPhone account and so he has also purchsed apps on his own account and downloaded them on his phone.
When we open iTunes and connect his phone, there is a list of apps that are on his phone.
QUESTION
How can we tell which apps were purchased on HIS iTunes acct and which were purchased on MY iTunes acct?
I don't want to DO anything with the apps, I just want to know one from another.

Whether you can re-download music depends upon what country that you are in (and whether it remains in the store). If you don't have a Music section in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone for re-downloading it, then do you not have you library on your computer's iTunes or on your backup of your downloads ? If not then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download

Yes, otherwise you will have to pay for those apps again. If an app is purchased by one Apple ID, he/she will be able to redownload it again for no cost (note: this does apply to songs, but NOT to movies).

I would not recommend that you move iMovie files to the Time Capsule. You will not get sufficient performance for editing. For this reason, iMovie does not show the Time Capsule as an attached drive within iMovie.
If you move these files using the Finder, you will likely make the projects unusable, because the links between the projects and events will be broken.
Use a locally attached external hard drive tha is formatted as Mac OS Extended (journaled).

I just updated my iPad 2 to iOS 6 but I cant find the way to hide apps from purchase section in the App Store , thanks

Disappointing, but the swipe-to-hide function does not seem to have made it to IOS 6.
However, there is a workaround. You can still hide purchases via itunes. If I remember correctly, there's a section for "Purchases" under the "Store" area. You can view purchased apps for all devices on your account. Click an app icon, then click the (X) that appears in the corner. iTunes will ask if you want to hide it.

I can no longer reinstall an app I purchased on Snow Leopard

Now let me try to explain this as easily as possible.
I have OS X 10.6.8 running on a prematurely obsoleted Core Duo iMac, and I stupidly purchased Apps on the Mac App Store.
My computer was behaving very strangely and I reinstalled the OS...
I log in to my App Store account and try to redownload some of the Apps I have purchased.
Several of them say... Cannot install, need OS X 10.7...
No worries, I think. I just need to recover them from my Time Machine backup. And I do so.
But one or two of the apps in my backups were updated just after the time machine backup last took place to their final, Snow Leopard compatible version and the older versions I have reinstalled from Time Machine cannot read the data files created by these newer, updated versions.
I cannot get the required version of the software. I cannot upgrade to Lion.
I hope you managed to stay with me long enough...
Any suggestions.
Apple's treadmill of exciting upgrades used to thrill me when I had spare money to waste on the latest and greatest. Now it just tires me, I'm getting fed up of their forced obsolescence of old stuff...

I have the same problem (for Mac and iPhone apps) and contacted Apple about this.
The English speaking support said it is a known error and that they are working on a solution. The German support however (which I contacted first, unfortunately) gave me a refund of the apps I wrote them as an example. They told me I should buy them again – which is not possible, since the MacAppStore then gives the message "You have already purchased this app..." Ironically, for one of the two apps I was finally able to write a review, even at this point it wasn't listed in the purchased apps list anymore.
I've never asked for a refund, and it's causing me more trouble than I had before: now I cannot update these refunded apps anymore (since they are not listed in the "Purchased" list). So I have to check manually if there is a new update (comparing version numbers) and then delete the app and "purchase" it again. Of course I would simply buy the apps from the developer directly, however, they are MacAppStore only.
When I asked the AppStore support about a solution for this problem, they said it's technically not possible to write reviews for refunded apps (? yes, of course they were not really reading what I wrote them. I guess support at Apple is done by Siri now) and gave 10 free iTunes songs.
I think reviews are very important for both customers and developers and it's not just a minor inconvenience, but a serious problem; what is especially disturbing, is that it's not the same for all apps: for Pixelmator, I had no problems to post a review, for Jumsoft's "Relationship" it doesn't work, for some apps it worked immediately, for some after a few weeks, for some never.

What has caused an app I purchased (Family Tree Maker for Mac) and currently have installed, to disappear from the Mac Store. Does this mean it is no longer sold? If so, how will I get update notices or re-download if needed?

I purchased and installed Family Tree Maker for Mac from the App Store about 6 months ago. I heard that possibly a new version was coming, though I had not received any update notice. I went to the App Store and it no longer shows the app, either as available for purchase or as an app I have previously purchased. So I can't get any information on the app, support, etc.. How can an app I have purchased disappear from the purchased list??? How can I get update information or support links? (contacted FTM website and phone support and they said if I bought my program from App store, I have to get update information there).....the Update Info button in my program is actually greyed out!! So the program I bought doesn't even have the normal update link!! I thought one of the advantages of App Store purchase was being able to redownload the program in the unlikely event it was lost....ie: no need to worry about having the install CD. So now I only have my installed, operating copy and no way to reinstall if it crashes due to corrupt data, etc.!! Not a happy result from an App Store purchase! And I must say the circular references in the support link are frustarting...apparently there is NO live support for the App Store itself!

Thanks for THAT tip: iTunes acct. history DOES show my (few) Mac app purchases, buried in with my MANY iPhone and iPad apps! So I CAN prove I bought it (7 months ago, not 6), but you wouldn't know it from the App Store app on my Mac! But that does leave a few other ?'s hanging: like how could I download it again, or check for updates (as I said, the version installed has the "update" button greyed out! Ancestry.com (who sells it online and support it for other buyers said update info for App Store purchasers comes through the App Store.
I may just be out of luck with this because after 7 months of ownership, they (Ancestry) just replaced FTM with a new version (Family Tree Maker for Mac2) that is NOT an upgrade (though prior owners get $4.00 off on a $52.00 purchase!!). I'll probably just plump for that....direct from Ancestry.com...and give up on the Mac App Store, because the new version reportedly has major enhancements in sync-ing your family history record between your computer and the cloud program available online. Genealogy software, like everything else is migrating to the cloud, but one really does need a resident program on their device because you're often collecting data "in the field" in libraries, historical archives, cemeteries, etc. where you really can't get online in many cases. Fortunately, more and more of the source data is coming online, so more and more can be done from home!

I have iphone and ipad on same apple id. I'm out of icloud storage so phone won't back up. Can I switch my ipad to a different apple ID and switch over all of the apps I purchased?

Am I able to create a new apple ID for either my phone or iPad and transfer all of the apps I purchased. Right now I have them both under the same apple id and can't backup my iphone because I'm out of iCloud storage.
