Apps keep asking me to allow permission

hi many of my applications keep asking me me "do you want the applications ...... to acept incoming connection" i check my fire wall settings ive added the apps, to allow and still asks me .. why is this happening??? it happens with adobe premiere ,vuze, sometime after effects, some other ones... ive teaken them off and on of my firewall and nothing happens, ive deleted and re install applications.. nothing seems to work  is there anyway to fix this because its really annoying...??

Having the firewall off is a very good idea unless you need it, which you probably don't. It's only useful if you go from a trusted network such as your home or office, where you provide sharing services, to an untrusted network such as a public WiFi hotspot, where you don't want to provide those services. Rather than turn the services on and off individually, you can enable the firewall and block them all. Other scenarios for using it are very far-fetched.
