Apps keep charging me for things i didnt buy

i downloaded some apps that are free but now it keeps charging me for in app purcheses that i havent made how do i stop it happening and how do i get my money back

Very often for In-App purchases the apps are free but the subscriptions are not.
You can turn off subscritptions >  iTunes Store: Purchasing and managing auto-renewing subscriptions

    We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
    You've checked the purchase history on your account ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
    If there are things on it which you haven't purchased, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made them, then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

  • How do i fix getting charged for something i didnt buy on itunes

    I got an itunes recepit in my email that was for 3 in app purchases. 2 for $19.99 and one for $9.99 . I did not buy these and im not sure what to do. Im not even sure what the app is but it did appear on my phone after i got the email.Please help if ypu know what i should do. I have a Macbook Pro, Iphone 4, and a 4th gen itouch. Ive never had these problems before and im not sure what device its was "purchased" on but it only appeard on my phone.

    okay so in the credit card bills i see that they charged me for credits and other things. i am prettu sure i have not bought any of these. tell me what is going on ?!

    I have my iTunes account linked to my card and so far have not had that problem. The only time I was charged and could not figure out why was when my daughter bought an in app purchase and because I had log in ,it did not ask for my apple I D ,now I  have changed that , so it asks me every time  for the I D. Could that be what happened to you ?

  • Bt are charging me for things I haven't ordered! I...

    I took up my contract with bt in July cause apparently they are the no1 phone and broadband provider, don't make me laugh! My life has been hell since I became a customer!! I'm currently paying a bill for £130 for an engineer visit that should have been free!! I moved house in January and ordered the home move service via a link on the web page, moved house and got a letter with a reconnection date for both phone and broadband. Phone line was connected, waited and waited and no broadband. Phoned bt numerous times and nobody could help, kept giving me different dates ect. Then finally I recieved a new hub? New account and bill, phoned bt as I badent ordered a new account and had already pre paid for my services, the guy told me the charges would be removed , got another bill called up several more times, was promised the charges wer removed , received a check for half the bill I paid then got another bill with all the charges that should have been removed. I cannot cope any more, please someone tell me what to do, bt are destroying my life!

    I purchased my MacBook Pro November 30th, 2013 and they told me that I would be able to get iWork apps for free. I went into the App Store in my laptop and after I confirmed my apple ID I saw that there was a cost on Pages, Keynote, and Numbers when I was told it was supposed to be free. What can I do?

  • Contacts app keeps losing pics for some contacts

    Most of my contacts have pics associated with the contact entry.  For some reason some contacts (not all) will lose there pic.  Even after I restore the pic, after I close the contact app and open it a few hours later, the contact pic will disappear again.
    This is very frustrating!

    I will figure out to to use Mail, Contacts and Calendar in best possible conditions, don't worry. I use them all the time, so for me it's a vital question, overwise I just sell the Playbook. 
    So far, Contacts suck because of the limitations enumerated in my first post, Messages suck because of the impossibility to select multiple messages at once and Calendar sucks because it doesn't support the Floating Time Zone.
    All iCal users that use and abse this feature understand me

    I purchased & in app purchase & it did not download into my app but charged me for it. It says already purchased but not yet down loaded when I try again. But I can not get it to down load ?

    What happens when you try to do an in-app purchase, does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ...

    so i went into itunes and i just bought a song and it started downloading, but then an error screen came up and i had to close itunes. when i re-opened itunes i went in and looked for the song but it wasn't in my library. then i went into my itunes account and it said that i was already billed for it. so i went into check for purchases and it said i got my song but i didn't. Ever since then i keep getting billed for things but the purchases are no where in sight.... PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
