Apps not available in the UK

Part of the keynote featured certain applications which were available for BB10 - WhatsApp being one of them. I can see it on BlackBerry World but am unable to install it as it's not available in my region. Can any one explain why this is and when WhatsApp might make it to UK devices?

App not available in the Greek App Store

I just got a monopoly zapped edition that requires the corresponding app for my iPad. The app is not available in the Greek App Store. What can I do? Did I just wasted my money?

You will not be able to buy an App if it available in the App Store of another country unless you have a billing address and a bank card/credit card issued in that country.

Cloud tv Android App not available outside the USA

Why is the new cloud TV android app not available to people outside of the USA (Google play store restriction)?
As far as I can tell the iOS app can be installed by anyone so this seems unnecessary.
Also on the EU Toshiba website it mentions the cloud TV app for android.
On a separate note, does anyone know when the firmware update will be released which provides miracast support for the cloud TV platform?

Why is the google plus app not available in the pakistani app store?

Ive been waiting for the Google+ app for a month and finally when it arrives its not availeble in the Pakistani app store. Why? the rest of the world is happily using it. When it will be available? is there a way to get it from the US app store? can someone gift the app to me.

I've got a British iPad (and account) but am in Canada for 6 months. How can I download apps not available on the uk site only the us/Canada site

I'm in Canada but have a uk account. I can't change it to a Canadian account as my cards are all registered to the uk so it won't let me move it to the right domain. The iPad recognises I am not in the uk as I can't watch Bbc Iplayer but I can't get apps for tv here. Any ideas how I can do it?

You would have to open an account in the Canadian iTunes Store, which will require a Canadian payment method (Canada-issued credit card or prepaid iTunes card) and a valid Canadian mailing address.

Thanks petermac87...but for some reason, the only purchases showing are OS. So assuming iPhoto is in Mountain Lion, I was hoping to look under Hidden Items there as you suggested, but there is no option for that. Only option is to download Mountain Lion again, not iPhoto specifically. Any ideas welcome!

I've no problem using BT wifi on my device (Nook BNTV400) so why is the app not available for that device? It's not like the nook is proprietory, everything else I've tried to find in the play store works fine.
Is the apk available for download direct from bt?

if you can connect to btwifi without the app then I wouldn't bother trying to find the apk file
if you have an android smartphone then you can download the app and get the apk file to sideload on to your nook

I updated to Yosemite. iPhoto says I need to update to the latest version. The app store says the version I need is not available in the US. Thus iPhoto won't work or even open at this point

I updated to the yosemite system. My iPhoto says I need to update to the latest version for it to work with yosemite. The app store searches and then states the version I need is not available in the US. Currently I cannot use iPhoto. Suggestions?

If you go into the iLife support forum for iPhoto, there are a couple good threads. Basically, iPhoto can't be downloaded by anyone anywhere in the world unless the app store has it listed in your "purchases" list. The threads contain a lot of steps and it looks like this could be difficult for novices like me.
