Apps not showing update available in app store‎

Hi there,
I am not seeing apps to be updated in Marketplace, I need to manually visit the app and then tap on "update" button, if I came to know that there is an update for it.
I am using Lumia 920 on AT&T.
What's worng with that phone? This is my second replacement from Nokia! Come on guys! Stop serving broken experience.

Thanks @cjlim. You are right, there should be a fix coming from MS.
@adrianhughes yes, QR is a good alternate, however imagine I have 30+ non-Nokia apps and I don't have time to go around all the apps everyday in App Store or keep my eye out for app updates announcement on WPCentral.com or any other blog and then manually visit the apps and tap Update individual.
Although I love Metro UI, and Lumia 920 camera is far ahead from iPhone however things are still not yet matured in Nokia+Microsoft world yet. Oh well.
By the way I just verified that only Nokia Lumia related WP8 having that issue. HTC 8x don't have that kind of bug.

4.Tap "View Apple ID"
5. Enter your user name and password.
6. Tap "Country/Region."

App World shows update available, but I can not find it

Hi,
since I've updated App World to version 3.1.1.21 - I do get on my Home Screen the information, that in App World would by an update available. When I switch to the App World icon, also this is showing me that an update would be available. I open App World and click My World and there is no of my Apps flagged for an update. After that, I leave the App World and the update flage (red asterix) is cleared from the App World Icon, but is still on my Home Screen on the App World Icon.
When I take out the battery, the Update flag appears again also on the App World Icon.
Any idea How to find out, why this red asterix on the Home Screen can not be cleared? I've already checked Options->Applications and could not find any updates available for Third Party, Core or Add-On.

Try to open App World and while in My World open the menu and choose "Refresh List". I'm not sure if this helps, but its worth trying!!

App not showing on the iphone App Store

Hi all,
We just released ou iOS app on the App Sore from the state "Pending Developer Release" about 6 hours ago.
Its version 2 of an app that was only available on iPad, but this new version is built fo both iPad and iPhone.
The App Store on iPad has been showing the new version for about 2 hours, but the iPhone App Store doesnt yet show the app.
Its possible that propagation times are different for the different devices' stores? But we were just wondering if anyone has any experience with DPS apps released for iPhone and iPad?
We've looked for the app on the South African store and the USA store but its nowhere to be found. (its configured to be available on all countries' stores) The browser link below is our app - it states that the app is 'designed for both iPhone and iPad' and 'Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch' - so we believe our app itself isnt the problem.

looks like propagation for the ipad app store and the iphone app store are different. our app was on the ipad store after about 5 hours, iphone store took about 11 hours.
(this wasnt for approval, this was after we release it from 'pending developer release')

Apps not showing up on Purchused Apps on IPAD 2 and I see that the program has an update. What should I do?

I downloaded a few games that has ingame bonuses as well where you have to pay to unlock a few features but these games doesn't show up on Purchased App page so i'm worried that if i unistall them I'll have to pay for everything again. I noticed that the game site says recently it has a game update. what should I do?

Installed apps not showing. Says 'no apps installed yet' despite installing several.

I'm using Creative Cloud on Windows 7 but the installed apps area is blank, with the 'you have not installed any applications yet' notification. So far I've installed Photoshop, Illustrator, Muse, Acrobat and Indesign. Because of this I'm not sure if any updates are also available (but not showing) for said apps. The CC icon on my task bar also has a red exclamation mark over it.
Any suggestions?

Updates App says application updates available but App Catalog says no updates available

I'm having an issue where the Updates app says that application updates are available, but when I click the button and it opens the App Catalog My Applications page, none are available. I recently doctored my phone, and wonder if it happened somewhere in that process. And tried the suggestion of removing the .db file, but that doesn't work. It seems I might have a "phantom" app, and was wondering how I can determine which app that is to redownload it and remove it to fix this problem. I can PM my Palm profile e-mail when needed if that is the solution to the problem.
In addition, possibly related to this, is that whenever I go to Preferences + Accounts from the My Applications scene in the App Catalog, it freezes. It doesn't even get to the Accounts page, it just freezes with the menu displayed where I clicked Preferences + Accounts. This works from the main App Catalog scene. Not sure if this has to do with an issue with my Palm Profile and phantom app, but clearly something isn't happening right.
I did two doctors, and a full device reset as well, so I have exhausted those options in trying to fix this problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Went through Palm support. Basically how I fixed it was:
Asked for the list of "installed" apps on my Palm Profile.
Installed all the apps that were missing from my device that existed in the profile.
Removed the ones I didn't want by doing "delete application" from the app catalog.
With a little luck, and after a reboot, the issue went away.
I think what originally started this issue was after a doctor, I cancelled the download of some of the apps so they would restore faster. I don't think that deleted them from the palm profile.
Anyway, in case anyone runs into this problem, thats how I got past it.

Nope...you've got it right. If you log into AppWorld/BBID on a different BB, but use those existing credentials, the BB that is registered to AppWorld will shift to the new BB you are then logging in from, and all records in AW will shift to the new BB as well.

Creative Cloud Desktop not showing updates available.

Several students in my design class are running into problems where their Creative Cloud Desktop is not showing that there are updates to their applications. I was discussing some new features released for CC 2014 last week at Adobe Max, and would require them to be running the 2014.2.x.x (or .1) versions of several applications. I verified that each student, for example, is still running Photoshop 2014.0.x. and I have .2.0.
On one students machine I had them uninstall and reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application – the new installer was downloaded from Adobe, so it should be the latest update.
Lastly, I had them remove the .db file from the OOBE folder in their Users director, to see if it would force a refresh – no effect.
I can't verify that this is consistent across all machines, but I think nearly all of them had started by installing the trial of CC2014 - and then subscribed (on my recommendation) in order to have the appropriate software for the course. I'd hate for them to all have to uninstall and reinstall from scratch...

Launch CC desktop .
Try also to search for updates from applications help menu.

App Store icon shows updates available, but all apps up to date

Just bought Iphone 5c, second day, App store icon shows updates available, but PC, store and other Iphones show none. Tried resetting, updates to ios 8.02, synching, going through each app individually to see if there is an update, no luck.
Wnen I reset, the icon shows a badge with 7 updates available. I opened App Store, bottom right (update icon) showed the same. Tapped it, the update screen appears (as normal), and the 7 on the update icon disappeared, screen says UPDATES All apps are up to date. However, on the home screen, the App store badge still shows 7 updates.
Anyone else having the same prob? What is the fix?

Tried that, tries a soft reset, and a hard reset, no luck. Funny thing is, my other iphones and IPad work fine, its just the Iphone 5.

I have to actually same problem today 23.10.2012. For an example I have only changed billing methods and have bought hundreds of apps but I remember clearly that I bought for an example ,,Wikipanion Plus'' and ,,OPlayer'' which is now HD OPlayer and I did not see them in purchased items, neither ,,not on ipad/iphone'' nour ,,not on my computer'' and I check in both my computer. I confirm hereby that I took the chance to re-buy these two Apps again through the same account but I got the message ,,As you have bought the previous version on this account you will get this update for free'' so I clicked yes and I got them both. This doesnt only proof that I have purchased them before and purchased items in iTunes Store has some lacks to fix but also it proofs that I also bought them through that specific account as I had to confirm the buying process. In my opnion this is not a thing which Apple should be relaxed with as its very important that powerusers and regular consumers can trust and rely on doing business and to shop via iTunes. I have a lot of expensive Apple Hardware and for me this is a stepping stone and a serious test on the circle of trust. If this cant be fixed I cannot recommend others to trust the store.

Though the new update shows in the software update menu.

Software Update option is only available if you have IOS 5 or above.
Your iPhone 3G IOS 4.2.1 is the end of line, there's no more update for this model.

ATtempt to power off your device and power it back on, if that doesn't work reset all settings should resolve it for you

If the app is G-Toolkit and you have a Gmail app on your iPhone, delete the Gmail app. Apparently the G-Tool kit is tied to a Gmail app. From searching the web my impression is that G-Toolkit is not spyware and is from a legitimate company that produces app for several platforms.
