Apps Store category section is blank

I have got a new 3GS 32G Iphone, every thing is running fine except that when logging to apps store the category section is blank while the feature and Top25 and search is working fine, what should I do ?

App Store is just a blank page

I open the iTunes store, the music store loads fine, so do all the other stores except the app store -- I get a blank screen. No error code, no pop up, just a blank space where the App Store should be. If I look up an app in my Firefox browser, I can hit the "view in iTunes link" and see the app in iTunes and even download it. If I click on the category the app is in (like "Games"), I get a blank screen again. I'm running Win 7 home premium 64 bit, my DSL is running fine, otherwise (surfing, Spotify, YouTube, Netflix...).
Anyone else having the same problem? Apple tells me it's not on their end. Should I reinstall iTunes?

Apple support only tells me that they are not aware of any problems and the store is running fine, "...
I have verified that the iTunes Store is functioning and accepting connections, which indicates that the issue is related to your internet connection, local network, or your local computer itself."
Have you tried contacting support?

IOS 6.0.1 update still no fix for App Store Purchased section

iOS 6.0.1 update still no fix for App Store Purchased section. Keep crashing after few seconds and kicked back to home.
Does apple even aware of this problem???

The steps that I have dines so far is similar to you I think. I have all so tried a restore on all my devices running 6.0.1 and still nothing. Have spoke to staff in an Apple shop and they were no help at all and kind said it was my devices that had the issue and nothing to do with anything at Apples end. Have all s spoke to staff in a premium retail seller of Apple products and again, no he,o what so ever. I think it's clearly a issue at Apples end with the serves sending out that data when request. IOS6 is full of bugs and runs so slow it silly.
I'm thinking that Android is the way the forward after all the problems I've had with iOS6.

There are a lot of other threads from people reporting a problem with a blank Updates tab in the App Store app - it looks like there is a problem at Apple's end which they need to fix.
Some posts are suggesting that you if you go into the Purchased tab in the App Store app you might be able to update the apps from there, though you will need to scroll through the list to find those with updates and individually update them.

Currently trying to download netflix onto iPad mini, whenever it goes to open in App Store it is just blank? My restriction settings are all open, have tried signing out of my account and back in but no luck!

As above, the netlfix link opens the App Store however is just blank...

Try this:
Quit all apps: Double tap the Home button and swipe the app preview page up for each open app
then
Reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears (no data will be lost)

App store category went missing

I seem to have a problem.
I just purchased the New iPad.
And when browsing through the app store, I can't seem to find "games" among the different categories?!
Not in the Top list nor in the sektion "categories". When browsing on my iPhone I can find the games category?!
I can still find games when searching for them.
Why is this, and how do I get the games category back for my iPad App Store?

Open up Categories and then try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. When the screen goes blank power On again in the normal way.] It is absolutely/appsolutely safe!

Just bought launch pro, I click on Recall, it goes to App Store and shows a blank white screen. Like I'm being blocked from this. All other supported apps open in App Store, just not Recall, please help

I just bought the Launch Pro app. Within the app it shows all supported apps, one of them is Recall, I click on Recall it goes to the App Store but doesn't open, it's just a blank white square, all the other apps that I have tried open fine. I've long suspected that my X is getting EVERY WORD that's spoken in my house and every email, web site that I go to...every everything. Can someone please help. I found smart mailboxes on my lap top that I didn't set up, the night that I discovered these my laptop crashed. Help help help.

When I click on App Store icon, screen goes blank. Any ideas?

Badge on App Store icon says I have one app to update, so click on the icon, and screen is completely blank white. Info bar at top is visible, as well as a solid gray bar below that info bar, but white from there to bottom of screen. No activity at all. Ideas? Running IOS6 on an iPhone 4

False alarm. App store was frozen, but reset phone three times, and on third try, app store opened.

How can I fix the problem in my iPhone 4s where the app store updates screen is blank?

I have a problem with the apps store updates in my iPhone 4S. It doesn't display the updates, it's just a blank white screen. I tried hardstarting my phone a number of times, holding the home button at startup when the apple logo appears until it dissapears but the problem still persists. Can anyone show me how to resolve this problem?

Change it to Farenheit and it will display what you are accustomed to.

App Store updates gives a blank screen

Opened App Store app and selected update. Alligator is blank screen. The other choices, featured, etc seem to being fine. I tried a shutdown, restart. Problem continues. Notei have same problem on iPad and iPad mini. Don' t dare try on iPhone

There have been numerous reports on the forum today regarding this issue. It seems to be an issue at Apple, but no information has been posted on the status site.

App Store Updates Page is Blank

Yesterday my iPad 2 App Store app indicated I had several application updates to download. I opened the App Store app and selected Updates which had a little red "3" circled next to it. As I've done in the past, I expected to see three apps that needed to be updated. Instead the Updates page was blank. Nada, nothing displayed. I've read past discussion about this type of problem. I've tried several previously described solutions without success. This function worked fine two days ago. Is Apple having a server problem. Is anyone else experiencing this same problem? The rest of the App Store app works fine. It's just the Updates function that isn't.

In the mean time you can still manually update apps that you know have been updated (for example, if you heard that App X got some cool new feature and you want to try it now). Tap on the Purchased tab, make sure 'All' is selected at the top, and browse through the list of apps. Any apps that are out of date on your device will say 'Update' on their button (rather than 'Open' or the download-from-iCloud icon). If you have a lot of apps you may have to go through the alphabet along the left side.
Even after doing this, I still had '3' on the Updates badge, but originally it said 12 and I probably updated around 9 apps. When the App Store issues are worked out hopefully this number will become more accurate. BTW, I'm having this issue on my iPad Mini but not my iPhone 5 (both latest version of iOS 6).

App Store Updates screen is blank

I just upgraded my iphone 3gs to the new ios 6.1, and now my app store updates is not working. The icon is showing that I have 3 available updates, but when I click on the app store and go to updates tab, the screen is blank.

Here's what I have tried so far:
Hit "home" twice and shut down the app store, reopened, no help.
Changed language to another language then back to English, no help.
Signed out of iTunes store and back in, no help.
Hard shut down, then back on, no help.
The other tabs work, just the updates tab is blank.

This morning I received a firmware update from Apple. Installed it and my mouse suddenly started jumping all over the screen. After hours of searching I deleted everything out of my preferences folder. That fixed the issue but I had to reset all my filters and stuff in Photoshop and Illustrator, frustrating. Next I attempted to view my account information in the App Store via OSX Lion, nothing, blank screen.
I'm starting to feel like a PC user... LOL
