I have a fully paid Creative Cloud membership. but when I click on Creative Cloud it says an update is available. When I click to get the update it starts, then stops at 43% and I get Error Code 1. Contact Customer Support and when I click on that I am sent in an unending circle with never any option to get chat, or phone support!! Yeah I finally had to call Adobe and some there did a screen share with me and they took care of it. I am running OSX 10.9.3 my issue was that the latex OSX update didn't communicate with the app. Like I said Adobe did a screen share with me and fixed it for me I think he just uninstalled and reinstalled and I want to say thats what took care of it.

When I open my Apps tab on Creative Cloud it doesn't come up with my apps it just says "Download Error. Contact support." I have tried re-downloading it 3 or 4 times and it still doesn't work.
I've downloaded it on my macbook pro. I had it before but deleted it accidentally when cleaning my laptop.Start by running the cleaner tool and reading the other article.

I'm seeing two "Lightroom 5″ under the apps tab in creative cloud.
I’m seeing two “Lightroom 5″ under the apps tab in creative cloud. Both having the same name unlike Photoshop CC and Photoshop CC (2014). The only difference being that one has an “Update” box next to it while the other has “Up to date”. So is one of this the CC 2014 version of Lightroom or something’s screwed up on my side? I'm on the photography plan.

I have an iPod Touch which I've had for almost 4 years, with 32 GB of memory. I am unable to update it, and consequently cannot install any newer apps. I am very disappointed that I spent a lot of $$; now Apple wants me to spend $$ again to get a new one. As I mentioned, I am pretty upset. Does anyone know if there's a work around?
I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.

On Creative Cloud,Photoshop CC Trial (or any other Adobe programs) does not download , States "Download error Press Retry to try again... (49)". How can I resolve this?
Try logging out of the CC Application and restarting your computer. Also, try running the CC app as an administrator.

My adress mail has not been updated in the App Store as I've changed it in Apple. I can't reach any new App now
Apps you have bought are associated with your apple id and not the device you bought it from.... you just need to delete the app you are no longer using or wanting, being on your Device/iTunes on your mac... you can always re-download them at any stage if you decide you would like to use them again.. Just login to using your apple id, choose purchases and it download.
