Apps updates are not downloading in iOS7
I downloaded iOS7 on my iPhone 5 (Verizon) 32GB. I still have 14GB of free storage space.
Few days ago I clicked in the app store and noticed 17 updates.
I clicked on "Update all" and nothing was happening. I then clicked on each "update" button next to the apps and nothing happened.
I have the blue circle that is rotating. It stops after a little while without updating the apps.
The crazy thing I can install without problem new apps. The problems is related to existing one.
I tried to find individual updates under purchased apps (remember the apps updates issues couple of month ago). Same issue.
I click on resetting the networks, same issue.
I tried to uninstall the app then reinstall it, same issue.

It sounds like you are unable to update or download apps. They appear to get stuck or otherwise become unresponsive. I have a few recommendations to try here. First, close all the open apps on the device:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that, sign out of your iTunes account in Settings > iTunes and App stores, and restart the phone and re test the issue:

When trying to update IOS7 to IOS7.4 it takes forever and does not download, but my biggest concern is that my fav apps are not updating either. They say "waiting" or are just grayed out on the phone. I have also tried to take out the apps and reinstall them but they still won't download.
I wish I had never installed IOS7. I don't see advantages and it just takes more memory on my phone.

My iPad apps updates are not downloading
I have updates coming up on my apps but when I go to download they are not installing can anyone help out
Try a reset:
1. Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together) for about 10 seconds
2. Until you see the Apple logo (very important)
If the above doesn't work, try tapping on them to restart download. -
Ever since updating to ios6 my app updating has been horrible. Whether I try to update the apps through the cloud or if I update the apps on my computer and then sync through the USB the apps needing updates start to update and freeze in the installing mode. For four hours today my apps have been updating and are inaccessible. In the meantime when I click on the app store they are showing that all are updated. I have shut down my phone twice, all to no avail. This has happened to me several times since using ios6.

I am having a similiar issue, but I am not getting any error messages. The App Store tells me I have updates. I go to update all, then they just hang in limbo.
The first app listed was Pages which I thought was causing the problem as it requires Mt. Lion and I don't have that yet. None of the other apps would update. I deleted Pages from the ipad and tried again. When I go to the App store from my MBP, it tells me there are no updates, so I can't even download them to the computer. The ipad still tells me I have updates. I click the "update all" button but now, only one app loads at a time and I must wait awhile and repeat the update all to have another one load. I have not experienced this at all since I've owned it - over a year. Any insight would be helpful - trying to avoid Restore if possible. Thank you- -

I always enjoy looking at what applications are ready to be updated. Often times these updates bring about great new features to the device. I notice that were working an Apple device. Once you head into the App Store, it will advise to Update All or you may individually tap update for each app. I would ensure that a data connection or wi-fi connection is available while processing the update of applications. I'm sure you will find this information beneficial.

App updates are not removed after installing in update screen of iPhone and iPad
Whenever there is an update for an app, the same is displayed in the update screen of the App Store in both iPhone and iPad. After downloading and installing the patch, the app is not removed from the update screen. In earlier iOS versions, the same gets removed and only the pending apps for update remain.

Will this not increase the update screen list of patch updates over time?

Is anyone having trouble downloading app updates? I had no problem till about a week or so. Now when I go to the update screen, nothing happens. My wife also has a ipad and checked her update screen and she also has the same problem.
The update server is down; try this temporary workaround

EULA's for all updates are not downloading.
I hope someone can help... I've scoured the web for a possible solution but have found nothing as of yet. Updates that have software terms or EULA's are not usable because after synchronization I keep getting the error "This update cannot be approved
for installation because its Mircrosoft Software License Terms failed to download".
I have WSUS 3.2 running on a server 2003 R2 install. WSUS is configrued to go straight out to the internet, bypassing the proxy. I'm letting all HTTP/HTTPS traffic out of the firewall from this box. I made sure the Network Service account
has full control over the WSUS folder, as well as all users having read permission to the root of the drive it is on. Update files are being stored locally on the server. I've upgraded BITS to version 2.5 to try to remedy the problem. No
help there.

Apps from the app store are not downloaded to the proper location
My iTunes library is stored on a networked drive and the iTunes Music Folder Location preference is set to that drive. The problem is that when I purchase an app from the app store it is not stored in the folder that is set in iTunes, it stores it on my local drive under Music/iTunes/Mobile Applications.
Any ideas how I can have those apps stored where all of my other iTunes downloads are stored besides me having to manually move them?My does the same thing but I have my music library on an external Hard Drive. I was glad I found this out before I nuked my machine and reloaded the OS. I moved the apps to the hard drive and then pointed each app in itunes to it new location. That worked until I downloaded a new app and it put that app on my notebooks hard drive. For some reason apple has this as a default location that can not be changed. I think it will come back to hurt them when people like you and I do formate their hard drives and thinking that their apps are backed up. I guess we will have to wait to see if this is fixed in future updates of iTunes.
