Apps won't load since I updated my iPad 4 to iOS 7

Just (reluctantly) updated my iPad 4 to iOS 7. Several apps are staying in the 'waiting' position. Have lost many and some won't load. My Words with Friends game is 'waiting' to load, yet, the App Store says it's loaded. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Also, can I revert back to what I had before?

Fully close the App Store App. Double tap your home button which will bring the most recently used apps. You'll see the app icon below and a screen shot of the open app page above. With your finger, swipe the open app page upward and the app will close. It's a good idea to regularly close apps when yout using them.
Tap your home button once to bring back your home screen.
App store should operate normally again when you open it.

Safari, Google Chrome, other browsers, Updates, Youtube, App Store all get time outs. Internet is unworkable.

Sorry, you cannot downgrade iOS software.
First thing to try is a reboot of your iPad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appear. Let go of the buttons and let the iPad restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Cs5 won't load since yosemite update

Since I updated with Yosemite I can't open my Photoshop cs5. I get the error message ...
To open “Adobe Photoshop CS5” you need to install the legacy Java SE 6 runtime.
I have updated my Java, verified it and it all seems up to date. I have also uninstalled and re installed my CS5 but still no joy!
What should I try next????

It wants this one: Java for OS X 2014-001 Install and it should fix the problem.

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.

Yes, I tried that (thanks for the suggestion, though!). In my music app, when I click on certain songs, the screen moves to try to start the song, but then it bounces back to the menu screen without playing the song. On many albums, when I click on the first song, a song about halfway through the album will start to play rather than that first song. My other apps seems to be fixed, but not the music function.

i also have the same problem, i came across this topic hoping to find an answer. luckily i had just solved my problem. this happened to me twice... i resolved the first problem by restoring to factory setting which is not a good solution cause all my FREE downloaded apps were erased too. so i have to download again.... lately it happened again.. same problem.. but i have resolved it by updating my ups in app store... HOPE this wont happen again.... cause its really bothersome since there arent so many wifi spots here... programs i had are mostly free so maybe its one reason for this problem.... the last app i used b4 the problem was a pdf viewing app... hope this helps...

My app won't load it was working earlier but now it won't. I turned the phone off and turn it back off. Killed all the apps and uninstalled it and reinstalled a few minutes later. so your starting it up and its just crashing right away, yes? can you tell me what app it acutally is? as iOS6 is so new my thought would be that its probably incompatable with it at this time, im having trouble with my networks app that just will not let me log in at all!
id suggest going to the page of the app on the app store and look to see if it says if its compatable or not? as for a error log its in usage data, which is in settings > general > about, and i think its near the bottom.

I am still having the same problem, I tried rebooting several times and adjusting my firewall. The only way I have found to work around the problem is to upload the CD to my MacBook Pro and pull it over to my iMac using home share. FYI, I have not updated my MacBook to iTunes 12 or OS X Yosemite.

It sounds like you may have multiple problems, but none of them are likely to be caused by malware.
First, the internet-related issues may be related to adware or a network compromise. I tend to lean more towards the latter, based on your description of the problem. See:

If investigation shows that this is not a network-specific issue, then it's probably adware. See my Adware Removal Guide for help finding and removing it. Note that you mention AdBlock as if it should have prevented this, but it's important to understand that ad blockers do not protect you against adware in any way. Neither would any kind of anti-virus software, which often doesn't detect adware.
As for the other issues, it sounds like you've got some serious corruption. I would be inclined to say it sounds like a failing drive, except it sounds like you just got it replaced. How did you get all your files back after the new drive was installed?

Try this:
1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.
