AppStore charged first and then told me i can not download through mobility internet. how to get money back?

i just about had it with this incompatibility. you offer micro card slots for mobility internet, but i can not use the app store with that?
please could someone tell me how i get my money back for an app the appstore wont let me download?
there is no wifi where i am, just lte and 3g.
this is fraud at its best... first charge me and then tell me i can not download because it is 100 mb?!?!?!

Try these in order - from best option on down...
1. Do you have an up-to-date back up? If so, try copy the library6.iphoto file from the back up to the iPhoto Library allowing it to overwrite the damaged file.
2. Download <a href="http://www.fatcatsoftware.com/iplm/">iPhoto Library Manager</a> and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
3. If neither of these work then you'll need to create and populate a new library.
To create and populate a new *iPhoto 6* library:
Note this will give you a working library with the same Rolls and pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, modified versions, books, calendars etc.
Move the iPhoto Library to the desktop
Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
Go into the iPhoto Library on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual Roll Folders to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library on your desktop.
In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption.

If I open a folder, read a folder within,and then want to look at another in the same folder, how do I "go back" without having to reopen the folder?

Recently when I open a desktop folder and click on a folder within, then want to go back to the fullness of the original folder to open something else, I have to click on the original folder on my desktop. Is there anyway to "backspace" to go back to the holding folder so I can look at something else. I'm getting tired of having the folder go back to the desktop and then have to reopen it. Ideas?

I loaded 4.0 and rebooted. Now Firefox wiill NOT connect to the internet how do I fix this?

Email still works, crappy IE still works. I downloaded the new 4.0 ran the standard install, clicked finish, and Firefox has not connected to the internet since. I've rebooted a couple of times.

Open System Preferences/Network
Select the Location you use at home
You may need to click the Padlock bottom left at this point if it's locked, enter the admin password to unlock
In the left hand column drag the Ethernet connection to the top of the list and remove any you don't use
Click the Advanced button bottom right
Click the TCP/IP Tab
Set Configure IPv4 to Using DHCP
Click OK bottom right and you should see the Router IP number appear and a unique but similar one for your Mac
Click Ok then click Apply and close the Panel

I restored my phone from a previous back up and now all my apps are gone. Any idea on how to get them back?

I had liquid damage to my phone and had to receive a new one so I went home to restore it to its old settings from my back up on 5/8/11. I've had an iphone since 2008 so I have a lot of data and apps saved on to my computer, many of which I paid for. When my back up finished all my music, contacts, photos were restored but none of my apps. Can someone please help me get them back? Thank you!

After you restore from backup, you MUST sync to restore your iTunes content. No iTunes content is included in the iPhone backup. Your apps should be in your iTunes library, just sync them back to your phone. If for some reason your apps are not in your library, you can re-download them for free:
