Appstore doesn't word

Appstore tabs are always blank.
Everything else is running but i can't use AppStore
iTunes is running and I can buy something. So it's not a I'd apple problem.
On my iPhone 4 with the same os 6.0.1, AppStore is running, it's not a network problem
Any idea?
Please help me

I have seen a few other users having this same problem, but I have no real clue why it is happening. Try some basic troubleshooting steps and see if they do any good.
Quit the app completely and reboot the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered.

Be sure you are logged into the App Store using your Apple ID. Check in Settings > iTunes & App Store
You can also try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.

AppStore doesn't work anymore. I canot chose an application with key word the display stays white.

Un fact I cam open app stores, but if I want to find a new application after tap keyword the display stays white.

Go to the App Store and check out the Purchases List. If iPhoto is there then it will be v9.6.1
If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash
Install the App from the App Store.
Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.

One question often asked: Will I lose my Photos if I reinstall?
iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always.

Lion in AppStore doesn't show "installed" - it shows "buy"

Have faced a strange behavior of AppStore recently
1. I bought an iMac in late 2011
2. Lion OS WAS preinstalled. I am the first user.
3. The version that was installed - 10.7.2. At that point I could see Lion "installed" in AppStore under my Apple ID
4. In February I upgraded to 10.7.3
5. After the upgrade Lion does not show "installed" in AppStore. Instead it shows "BUY" button as if I do not have it....
6. Lion Up To Date program was designed for those who bought their macs with 10.6.8 after June 6th 2011 so that they can upgrade to Lion free of charge.
7. I had Lion from the very begining. So I do not need Lion Up To Date program.
8. I did not get any e-mails from Apple concerning any activities I had to make to make my Lion copy installed or smth like that
9. All I want is understand - WHY Lion does not show that it is INSTALLED in AppStore.
10. Please help me resolve the issue.

The App Store version of Lion is not something you would normally use in your situation in any event, so I don't think it really matters whether it says "Installed" or "Buy".
If Lion was obtained as part of the purchase of a new computer it is considered to be a separate product from the App Store version of Lion, and doesn't entitle you to subsequent free App Store downloads. Lion that comes pre-installed is covered by a "single-use" license that is only valid for the computer that it came with - its license is different from the more liberal license you get by purchasing the App Store version of Lion for an older computer.
If you need to re-install Lion at some point, you would normally do this for free by using the Recovery HD, not the App Store.

Appstore doesn't load security questions with in-app purchases

confirm my purchase,
then it asks to answer my security questions, it goes to the Appstore, but the screen from the appstore stays white, what to do?

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

Aperture update demands app store, but appstore doesn't work either

Hi, I have Aperture 3 installed. "About Aperture" reveals Version 3.1.1 1311300.1. I downloaded the 3.2.2 Update from the Apple website and it refused to run saying that I needed to use App Store to update. When I go to App Store, it says that everything's up to date. I bought Aperture 3 from the Apple Store, before App Store existed.. why is it asking me to go to App Store? Am I missing something important here?

To be able to download the Update from the AppStore you need to delete the 3.2.2 Update of Aperture you downloaded from the Apple Store. Then you should be able to use the "Updates" Button in the AppStore Application Toolbar to update Aperture.

Java script for doesn't word (its's made for index)

Hy,
I have a java-script, for indexes (for InDesign is CS3) - but it doesn't work.
I attached 2 files, the first one is the script, the second one is the error-message from InDesign CS3.
(My friend is working with CS4, the script there is ok.)
We renewed java-system, because for script, but we haven't better result... :-(

I dont have the time to do it, but you can make it work in both CS3 and CS4.

AppStore Doesn't Recognize My ID

Well a few weeks ago, I wanted to update my apps, such as iPhoto and iMovie but suddenly I figured it out it was not possible due to a server error probably. When I entered my ID ******@me.com the store give me an error message that says... "An error has ocurred" and som other times it gives me an error that says "Your device could not be identify or your password is incorrect" which seem very weird to me due I tried everything, authorize, and unathorized my MacBook but yet it won't go. If anybody can help me with this little problem, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

I've had the same problem as CharlieRJ. iMac running 10.6.8 - since a week ago, Mac app store doesn't recognize my p/w. says 'an unknown error occured.' My p/w works on my iphone and my friend's macbook, but not on my computer. internet works. the p/w was recognized before.
what do i do?

AppStore doesn't work!

When I open AppStore, I see only a blank screen for 10 seconds and after that AppStore shuts down.

Saw this on another post.
Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Comments section in yahoo doesn't word wrap properly when posting a comment

This is a very annoying problem that has been repeatable in FF 5
You try to post a comment in Yahoo and characters disappear on the right side and they DO show up when you actually post the comment.
WordWrap is not properly working. If you force a CR, the characters appear.

I'm not sure why the resolution would affect the resizer; is it a Windows 7 feature?
You can use a script to resize the box down to a width of 480px. Can you try this the next time the box isn't working? Just paste this to the address bar and press Enter:

If you display the bookmarks toolbar, you can create a button to run that script. Copy the script, right-click the bar and choose New Bookmark, then paste the code in where it says Location and assign a short name such as Y-box.
If you want an earlier version, 3.6.18 is up-to-date with security fixes. 3.5 is obsolete now.

Hello, I got my MacBook Air from a friend, who had installed GARAGEBAND in it. Now, I want to upgrade it, but APPSTORE doesn't let me upgrade it with my Apple ID. I wolud like to solve that problem buying it, but I don't find that opption on Appstore.

Because your Mac is second hand, the iLife apps belong to the original owner of the Mac. As is, these apps will never be yours and you will never be able to update them without the original owner's Apple ID. But to have the original owner's apps on a Mac that is now yours is also software piracy.
Just deleting the apps as suggested by the other user will not allow you to purchase these apps from the Mac App Store with your own account on this Mac. What needs to be done is your friend needs to call Apple Care and request that this Mac is disassociated from his Apple ID, that includes both OS X and the iLife apps. Then you should be able to use OS X Recovery to erase the HDD and install the latest version of the original OS X that came with the Mac and the iLife apps that you can then accept into your own Apple ID.
