AppStore rechaza mi VISA

Al intentar acceder con mi Apple ID me pide una cuenta bancaria para poder descargar apps. Al hacerlo pone:
"Tu forma de pago ha sido rechazada.Introduce la información de una tarjeta vigente"
La cosa es que hace apenas 3 días compré mi Mac en Apple con esta mi misma cuenta
¿Alguna solución?

Revise la información de la cuenta y asegúrese de que está entrando en la dirección de facturación exactamente como el banco imprime la dirección que aparece en su estado de cuenta

Apart from the $1 temporary store holding charge what happens when you try to buy something ? Are you getting any error messages ?
The $1 will be charged each time that you add/change your card details, it's to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

I am now living in Korea.i have bought some app from AppStore using my Visa debit card.i thought they will withdraw money after purchasing app.but I thought they didn't withdraw money from my card.Does that mean , I have to give money by myself .As far as I have bought 8 apps and they have sent me a receipt in my email address.

What happens when you try to do the in-app purchase, if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?

Get an iTunes gift card & redeem that in iTunes. You can setup an App store account without a credit card, but to purchase paid content you need a payment method.

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free content without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

well actually I have a problem, I have a Visa card and as I recieved a gift card from my friend from USA, aftrer redeeming the card and spend it through app strore, now, I have 0.98$ and I can't spend for other apps since there is not any app which is exactly 0.98$ . So I've tried several times to get back to my visa card to go to appstore and buy my favorate apps, but the matter is that my visa is from Canada and I recieved a notice in which untill I didn't spenc the 0.98$, I'm not able to change my location and this really is a big problem for me. Would you please fix the problem that I can change my apple ID location to use my visa card?
Moreover I have to say that as I go to a trip several times a year, I prefere to use giftcards insted of my visacard specially when I'm not in canada, and most goftcards sold in these countries are from US. So It would be a big problem that I always should email apple support inorder to do sth to allow me to change my location scince I would like to have my visa also.
would you please help me with this matter?

Than I wanted to download FREE application from AppStore and I was invited to confirm my creditcard informations due the security reason. When I have done it, it automaticaly withdrawn from my creditcard 1.89 EUROS!! Today two times!!! WHY????

I've created a new apple I.D for U.S But my Wells Fargo Bank's Debit Visa is being declined, or something doesn't match! Because I've activated the Card but when using AppStore app. it refers me to iTunes help without any specific problem, which usually turns red! And I'm currently out of U.S, so apple refers me to other countries that my I.D and Visa doesn't work. What's the matter? What should I do?

Do you encounter same slowness in Shanghai? When I visit AppStore on my iPad, it behaves extremely slow!!!! I'm in Shanghai (China). The weird thing is when I visit AppStore via mobile network like China Unicom or China Mobile, it is slow but still be tolerable. AppStore seems totaly doesn't work when I visit with ADSL(China Telcom).
Please advise. Thx
