AQM Network Recording with off-board recording server

Hello Champs,
Facing issue with network recording with AQM license
I am having an environment with AQM license designed to perform network recording. I have done the following :-
The sync between UCCX and AQM is successfull. Agents are imported to Quality Administrator.Though this was not documented ibm odbc created only in base server and this was after this that the test connection was successful...
The VOIP devices are shown in Quality administrator and are enabled for recording ( network )
Work flow created for both quality management and Archive recording.
The recording location set as a folder in recording server.
On the Call Manager end :-
Cretaed recording profile.
cretated SIP trunk with destination address QM server ( first i tried with Base server IP and then with recording server IP , both not working )
created route pattern 4567 and pointed to SIP trunk.
enabled bib in device page, gave recording profile and automatic recording enabled on line page .
DNA ws showing route this pattern, so there is no issues with CSS partition.
i can login with agent, manager and supervisor accounts to calabrio web page.. BUT THERE ARE NO RECORDINGS HAPPENING..
Kindly help me as this has been eating my head for many days now and have very limited documentation regarding AQM from cisco.

Sorry Saeed.. i didnt get you .. it would be very kind of you if you can elaborate your point please...

  • Downloading a recording with the "output/recording.zip?download=zip" URL...

I wanted to know if anyone else has had issues with downloading recordings with this extention lately.  I’m having a problem downloading our recordings as a zip. I’m sending you the screen shot of the recording playback after having used the zip option (http://lacoe.adobeconnect.com/p61oik8wy0m/output/2011welcome.zip?download=zip). Everything from the recording shows up fine except for the content that was in the main share pod. This pod contained the PPTs and images that were used during the presentation.
Everything showed up fine when I tried the “Make Offline” option. Though this was the case, I don’t wish to use this method because 1) its painfully slow and 2) the resulting recording (.flv) is of very poor quality.

When you download the files with that query string it pulls down the files Connect uses to recreate the meeting. Since Connect doesn't record the session in a traditional video file, you don't get everything in that zip file. If you look in the XML you will see that it calls to the content on the server (http: //lacoe.adobeconnect.com/pjan30ng0 for example). This is how Connect keeps the interactivity of the content and makes it play like you are in the live session (less the chat function).
The shot you have above is indicitive of a recording that you moved to a different Connect account, so the call to the content is now a broken link, and that is why it never resolves. When you do an offline version you are making a video file of the recording and thus don't need to call to the content.

  • How to select Most recent record with rest of record in ascending order...?

    Dear Expert,
I have one table called Tab1 & have a lot columns. For this schenario, i mentioned few of the columns.
    The columns are
    product_type varchar2(100),
curr_date date (storing with time stamp),
    other1_cloumn varchar2(10),
    other2_cloumn varchar2(10)
Now I want to display all the records in ascending order except most recent record for every product_type || Union all || Most recent records in ascending order in single query.
    For example...
    product_type curr_date date other1_cloumn other2_cloumn
    1, "10-May-2005 10:10:10", 10, 10
    1, "10-May-2005 10:10:11", 10, 10
    1, "10-May-2005 10:10:12", 10, 10
    1, "10-May-2005 10:10:09", 10, 10
    2, "10-May-2005 10:10:10", 10, 10
    2, "10-May-2005 10:10:11", 10, 10
    2, "10-May-2005 10:10:12", 10, 10
    2, "10-May-2005 10:10:09", 10, 10
    3, "10-May-2005 10:10:10", 10, 10
    3, "10-May-2005 10:10:11", 10, 10
    3, "10-May-2005 10:10:12", 10, 10
    3, "10-May-2005 10:10:09", 10, 10
Now I want to display (OUTPUT) like...
    1, "10-May-2005 10:10:10", 10, 10
    1, "10-May-2005 10:10:11", 10, 10
    1, "10-May-2005 10:10:09", 10, 10
    2, "10-May-2005 10:10:10", 10, 10
    2, "10-May-2005 10:10:11", 10, 10
    2, "10-May-2005 10:10:09", 10, 10
    3, "10-May-2005 10:10:10", 10, 10
    3, "10-May-2005 10:10:11", 10, 10
    3, "10-May-2005 10:10:09", 10, 10
    1, "10-May-2005 10:10:12", 10, 10
    2, "10-May-2005 10:10:12", 10, 10
    3, "10-May-2005 10:10:12", 10, 10
    Plz, provide a solution....

    I want to display like...
    select * from tab1 where (product_type,curr_date) in
    (select product_type,max(curr_date) from tab1 group by product_type)
    order by product_type
    Union All
(select * from tab1 where (product_type,curr_date) NOT IN
    (select product_type,max(curr_date) from tab1 group by product_type)
    order by product_type)
But, In the above case, The ORDER BY Clause will not work...How to get this one...?
I mean.. I want to display all the records in ascending order except Most recent record base on Product type and next I want to display Most recent record in ascending order. I want to display both cases in a single query...?

  • Select the one record with the latest record

I have the following table called tblSales:
    SKU   TransDate   Color
    ===   ======  ====
    123   1/1/2015    Red
    123   1/2/2015    Red
    123   1/5/2015    Red
    123   1/1/2015    White
    123   1/2/2015    White
    123   1/3/2015    White
    123   1/1/2015    Blue
    123   1/2/2015    Blue
    123   1/5/2015    Blue
I need to create a query along the lines "SELECT the latest record FROM tblSales WHERE Color = 'White''
In this example, the record dated 1/3/2015 would be the result.  I know that MAX(TransDate) is used here, but not sure how.
    Thanks.
    Ken

    Karl,
I had already tried that.  It returns all 3 records having SKU = 123 and Color = White.
Worst case scenario is I can always search for White 123s using a query with TransDate DESC and then get the first record.  I was just hoping for something a bit more elegant.
    Thanks for your help though.
    Ken

  • Add each column record with next column record

    Dear all,
I have created a crosstab with the column "Order Numbers". Each Order number is calculated per day.
I would like to know how can I create a formula so that each record in the column field is calculated by adding the next column field.
    For example
    Order numbers
    1
    2
    3
    4
    5
Formula should display the records like this
    Order Numbers
    1
    3 (12)+
    6 (123)
    10 (1234)+
    15 (12345)
So in other words each record in each field of the column is adding the next field.
Something like ColumnRecord= Column Record+Next column Record.
    How can we achieve this?
    Many thanks
    Regards
    Jehanzeb

    Hellooo,
    I have sorted it.
    here is what I did
Firstly I selected the Column field (percentage field).
    Clicked format -
    > then Suppress and clicked on x+2
    added the following formula
    whileprintingrecords;
    numbervar x := x + currentfieldvalue;
    false
Then I clicked on Display String x+2 and entered this.
    whileprintingrecords;
    numbervar x;
    totext(x,2)+"%"
Then I clicked on border->background> and added this formula
    whileprintingrecords;
    numbervar x := 0;
    defaultattribute
all set and it is working perfectly.
I hope this helps someone who is seeking this type of formula

  • Calls not being recorded with AQM 8.5

We have installed AQM 8.5 with UCCX 8.5 and CCM 8.6 but the agent calls (voice & screenshots) are not being recorded on their desktops, AQM is sync with UCCX and have verified with manual sync and found no issue. Clint applications ( calabrio plug ins & desktop agent recording service) has been installed on the agent machine. The agent machine is daisy chained with a 7945 phone. On AQM server configurations done as per administration guide. Is there any service or application which needs to be started along with CAD for recording.

  • Updating record with check out in Workflow by Import Server

    Hi,
I have a Workflow starting with "Checkout". During the Workflow, a syndicate is executed, a WebService is called and the response is processed by Import Server.
The record is not updated because it's u201Ccheckoutedu201D.
The user that executes the Import Server is the Admin, which have all roles and the u201CAuto-Join checked out recordsu201D parameter is u201Cyesu201D.
Can I update a record with check out by Import Server? The MDM version is 5.5.64.71
    Thank you,
    Evandro

    Lets start with this....
    1. Auto-Join checkout records -->Yes ; should join the record which is already checkedout as well as in workflow.
    2. Check the [owner] assigned to workflow record that might stop you to AUTO-JOIN this record to exisiting.
    please feel free to revert.
    thanks

  • How to pass record Group from Forms with DATA_PARAMETER to Reports Server

How to pass record Group from Forms with DATA_PARAMETER to Reports Server using RUN_REPORT_OBJECT?
When we use products on run time we are using data_parameter for passing record Groups to reports via run_product but now we have to use application server and reports server for same reports.
We met with <FRM-41214 Unable to run reports> for passing DATA_PARAMETER to reports server when used RUN_REPORTS_OBJECT.
How can we pass record Group from Forms with DATA_PARAMETER to Reports Server using RUN_REPORT_OBJECT?
    Thanks,

    Hi Mandeep,
Could you please tell me how can i pass data parameter from forms to report through run_product.

  • Databse of 1888 Byte Per Record with 259 Fixed Fields Stumped CR?!?

My Database of  15 million records/rows at 1888 Byte Per Record with 259 Fixed Fields STUMPED CR?!
    Executive Summary :
I have lots of data. There are 15 million of records in some of my database files. But I need to drill into the data and get counts for each field.
I need to know how many times each data field (row) is populated in a database file. For example,  how many of my records have last name? how many have first name? date of birth? etc.  I need a simple report made using SAP "Crystal Reports 2011" Workstation type edition that SUMS each data  row into a single column output like csv.
My database sizes can range from 1,000 to 18 million records that are in fixed field asci format with 1888 bytes and 256 rows per record!  The report  needs to SUM each data field or, in the case of a data field with a minimum of twelve tables, SUM each value of a table.
My contracted CR programmer is an expert although she was new to data files this humongous. Can anyone here help us get CR to work on my data? Here was her conclusion, Crystal Reports Fail:
My file is 14.1 gb  as well. However, when run through Crystal Reports, it
only returns 2,274,876 records. Therefore, I am going to assume that there
is a Record Limit for Text files of this. I searched through all the
registry settings and there is nothing that appears to be limiting it. I
went online for a while to see if there was any information on it, and just
like when I used to work there, there was nothing concrete. Business Objects
does not physically test this large of data retrieval, therefore they don't
    know the exact record limits.
I'm not sure what to suggest, but I don't think Crystal Reports is going to
work for you and I wouldn't have known that from the beginning without
testing your data. I'm 99% sure there is a refund policy on the software, so
you shouldn't have any issues returning it.
Since I only specialize in Crystal Reports, I'm not sure what other software
can handle this amount of data. Possibly Cognos, but you may want to find
out from them or do some research.
If your data were in a database that can run stored procedures (like SQL
Server or Oracle) then you could write SQL to only return the counts. Then
when Crystal connected to the stored procedure, it should work, but I can't
say for sure without testing it. And I don't have SQL Server or Oracle
installed on my machine. I believe MYSQL (the free version) has a limit to
the number of records it can hold and I'm sure 8 million would be over the
limit. Also, I'm not sure if it supports stored procedures. I have used it
once before and found it extremely cumbersome and limited. I think SQL
Server and Oracle are quite pricey, so I don't think that this will even be
    an option for you.

    Hi Shawn,
I actually contacted the same person you did also. Summer was a Report Designer Resource here and knows her stuff and the Report Designer as much as our Developer who wrote it do.
As I suggested in my first reply is to get all that data into a real database, one that can run Stored Procedures to do all the crunching unfortunately is the only way I can see this ever working.
Windows 7 and 8 CPU's doesn't help, 64 bit may but the problem is CR Designer is a 32 bit application so it can't take advantage of the 64 bit memory addressing space.
What you could so is post your question to the forum:
    [Business Decision Making with BI|Marketing Library;
This is a forum for managers or anyone who wants to have a non-technical discussion about making informed decisions with analytics tools. Ask questions and share your experiences on how to effectively utilize data to address real business problems. Experts from inside and outside SAP will be monitoring these conversations and offering their knowledge along with the broader community.
Someone in there may have another SAP product that might be able to load your flat file into a data tool that CR can report off of.
I still think a copy of MS SQL 2008 Express is your best and likely cheapest solution and then you can simply import the data into it which it has an Import Wizard that makes it relatively easy to do... Although you may have to break your file into pieces for it to be able to process also.
You need to be flexible on that data source, I doubt you'll find anything that can report off of that huge of text file.
    Good luck
    Don

  • Recording with audio interface FCA 202 Behringer

Recording from mixing board through audio interface and was wondering how to record new track and listen to the other tracks at same time to play to? I know I want to use headphones but where do I plug headphones into? tried coming off of computer and did not work. Could come off of audio interface but that would probley give me just my sound going to the computer. Not quite sure of the signal pattern I need to set up?... Do I patch another cable out of the interface to the board and listen with headphones off the board. Not sure if the audio interface works in 2 diffrent directions at once thru the firewire cable..

You choose the output in Garageband > Preferences > Audio Midi. Just choose built in output and monitor from your mac.
If you return audio from the interface back to the mixer you could monitor from the mixer. Also monitoring playback along with a dry input will insure zero latency.

    Hi j2399123,
It sounds like your screen recording is doing what it was designed to do, capture what is happening on your screen, with optional voice over with the microphone.
Screen recording is for recording what you see on the screen, it is not a "video capture" option, like for capturing a movie with sound that is playing on your screen.
For the QuickTime recording options, check out "Recording with QuickTime Player" in
Mac Basics: QuickTime Player creates, plays, edits, and shares video and audio files

  • Need Help With File Matching Records

I need help with my file matching program.
Here is how it suppose to work: FileMatch class should contain methods to read oldmast.txt and trans.txt. When a match occurs (i.e., records with the same account number appear in both the master file and the transaction file), add the dollar amount in the transaction record to the current balance in the master record, and write the "newmast.txt" record. (Assume that purchases are indicated by positive amounts in the transaction file and payments by negative amounts.)
When there is a master record for a particular account, but no corresponding transaction record, merely write the master record to "newmast.txt". When there is a transaction record, but no corresponding master record, print to a log file the message "Unmatched transaction record for account number ..." (fill in the account number from the transaction record). The log file should be a text file named "log.txt".

Much help is appreciated. Please help.

From the output, it looks like one problem is just formatting -- apparently you're including a newline in log entries and not using tabs for the newmast output file.
As to why the numbers are off -- just from glancing over it, it appears that the problem is when you add multiple transaction values. Since account.combine() is so simple, I suspect that you're either adding creating transaction objects incorrectly or not creating them when you should be.
Create test input data that isolates a single case of this (e.g., just the Mary Smith case), and then running your program in a debugger or adding debugging code to the add/combine method, so you can see what's happening in detail.
Also I'd recommend reconsidering your design. It's a red flag if a class has a name with "Create" in it. Classes represent bundles of independant state and transformations on that state, not things to do.
