  • Link between Service Order / Confirmation in CRM and Purchase Order in ECC

    Hi all,
Does anyone knows what the possible link is between a Service Order / Service Order Confirmation in CRM and a Purchase Order in ECC ? I heard that this could be found somewhere in the document flow of a Service Order ....
How do we get the Purchase Order number from ECC in the Document flow section of an Service Order in CRM ?
We need the PO number somehow to be able to create a Goods Received document in ECC from CRM.
    BR,
    Abjuh

    Hello Abjuh,
As of CRM 4.0 (with Service Industry extensions), you can automatically create ECC Purchase Orders from a CRM service order.
It is possible to track the status of the individual service order items with the document flow.
Please refer to the SAP Help for more information.

  • Sales document field in Service order

    Hi,
In my scenario,Service order is getting created from sales order. But in the Order header I am not able to see the Sales Document field. But some of the service order types in IDES, Iam seeing the sales document field (above the biling form field) in the service order which got generated through sales order.
How to get this Sales Documnet field.
    Regards
    SB

    HI
    As per your query
    We have 2 order types say SM01 & SM02
In SM01 - Revenue posting is not allowed, so you have to assign a contract (Sales Document and Item No)
In SM02 - Revenue Posting is allowed, so u cannot assign sales documents in this. Settlement wil be done in the order itself...
In CS, we use SM01, assign the contract with Service Product Material.

  • DMS Document Link in production Order

    Hi,
When we create a production order and save it after releasing ,it prints orginal copy of shop paper . I am able to print shoppaper but it does not contain Documents present in prod. order. We are fetching this documents from DRAD table in associated ADOBE form driver program.
But when i reprint the prod. order , i can see documents in shop paper.
Reason is that DRAD table is not getting updated at that time. i Tried to look for runtime structures but not able to the appropriate value. There is one internal table whihc stores this value but it shows values only when i see its value through debugger else no value comes into it.
So,if anyone could help that how to get documents number present in prod. order at the time of creation.
Does somebody knows suitable runtime structure or How to handle delay database update or if there is some other way to do it.
    Please provide some inputs.
    Thanks

    Hi Mayank,
Kindly find following link. I think you need to make a object link of documents with production order first then you can use these documents for various reports:

  • Link between service order and terms of payment

    Hello experts,
can anybody tell me the link between an order and terms of payment of the current buyer? Which tables do I have to join? Or is there any function module to use for that purpose?
    Very urgent!
    Thanks in advance
    Tanja

    Hi Tanja,
instead of directly selecting some data from the DB tables you should read this information via the BOL (c.f BOL Programing - CRM - SCN Wiki for a short introduction).
Using the transaction GENIL_MODEL_BROWSER you can browse through the data model and find the suitable relations for reading the required data. In your case one possible approach to access the data is BTAdminH->BTHeaderBillingSet->BTBillingSetBuAg. Once you have the BuAg BOL object you can simply read the TOFPAYM property.

  • Get Guid of service order from Document nos !

    Hello,
Can anybody tell me the function module which will import Document nos of service order and return me the Guid of that document.
Similarly i need function module which would accept document nos and return me the process type.
I know its directly available from table crmd_orderadm_h.
However its not efficient since the tables contains over lacs of records.
Also this table has primary key guid, so if we search this table using nonprimary key like document nos( object_id) the system wil scan for all records and thus it will be inefficient.
    Any FM's ??
Helpfull answer will be handsomely rewarded.
    Regards,
    Anand.

    Hi Anand,
    Try
    SE38---CRM_ORDER_READ-Display-Enter the transaction number.

  • How to attach documents to service order item

    Hello all,
can anybody of you tell me how I can configure my system in such a way that I can attach a document in transaction IW32/IW31 to an operation of the order?
Currently I can attach a document to the service order sm01 with
    System>Services for object>Create Attachement.
But then the document is not related to any operation of the order.
Thanks in advance for your help and regards,

assigning it is easy -once you went through the setup process- there's a little icon in your service order (tabstrip 'operations') with a hammer and another tool in it - bottom right corner.
i'm sorry i know next to nothing about maintenance plans but are they not created using general task lists?. then we would be back to my suggestion from earlier to attach them there. but i'm pretty sure you will find all the documentation on help.sap.com. it'll be worth your time, just you try it.
i forgot a little piece of information in my last post: GOS is a tool that connects your backend (R/3 or whatever) to your frontend in some ways ... that's why you don't get it on item-level. if you are using production ressources it's a 'backend-only' feature. you see, you can use GOS to display the IDOC that created your service order but since an IDOC creates the complete order ... you have another viewpoint of hierachy with GOS ... and while we're at it: GOS is not available for users of type 'service'. check in SU01 for that setting. browse the SDN security forum - we discussed GOS more often lately.

  • Attacments  to  service Order (PM)

    Hi Friends,
I wish u all happy new year 2007.
    This is regarding plant maintenance(PM).
In IW32(change in service order) I have created attachment documents under service notification .
I want to know if there are any attacments to perticular service order.
Because i want to display an icon in the script if there are any attacments to the service order.
How can I find? AreĀ  there any tables that are linked with service order and attachments?
    Please help me friends.
    thanks in adavance.
    Regards,
    Saya

    Hi,
there are two threads in abap general forum. In fact, you may look for attachments with
SELECT * UP TO 1 ROWS
    FROM srgbtbrel
    WHERE
    instid_a = g_object_gos-objkey AND
    typeid_a = g_object_gos-objtype AND
    catid_a = 'BO' ,
where objkey is order number an objtype is business object key of the order. To show all attachments in a list you can use methods of CL_GOS_MANAGER. It is described in sap help.

  • How do I insert a document in a production order?

    Hi
Does anyone know how I can insert a document in a production order on the "Document Links"?
I have a assembly drawing that I would like to be printed on release.

    Hi,
As rightly said you can have the documents or document links in material master or in BOM. But if you prefer to have the documents attached to Document links in production order, you can assign those documents to the operation of production order and remember to maintain the document link activated for production order (PORDER) for the document type.
    Thanks.

  • SERVICE order option in SHOP in 4 STEPS

    Hi,
We are on SRm 7 ECS.
In the SHOP in 4 STEPS,is it possible to display link for service order? We tried chnaging the parameter is_scr_itmchoice-temp_lab to X in badi BBP_SC_MODIFY_UI but tahta didnt help.
    Please advise.

    Hello,
As per standard, this link won't be available in shop 4 steps.
As far as I know, BBP_SC_MODIFY_UI would be used only to display default settings link in 4 steps.
Not sure if service order can be displayed in 4 steps.

    Ricardo
