Archiving not happening

Dear All,
I am doing the archiving for External storage system(Legacy Server) for Document management server. Can any one guide me like which Archive object I need to select for archiving the same.
I tried with Archiving object CV_DVS, but it is not archiving.

Hi,
I'm not sure why you are doing this. Once you archive the items older than 30 days, it should contain these items that are older than 90 days, 180 days and 1 year.
Even you archive these items in the order 1 year first, then 180 days, 90 days, 30 days, after then it will only archive items older than 30 days.
Anyway, you can try Clark's suggestion and check if it is helpful. Or you can let me know more about your requirement.

Project Server 2013 on premises Project Archiving not happening

Dear All
I have a small problem, in that my overnight jobs are not kicking off. Things like the Scheduled Project Backups and the OLAP cube. The cube builds ok if I do it manually, it just doesn't even start overnight.
I've had a look in the Time Job Status page in Sharepoint, but simply can't see anything there that indicates there is a scheduled job for the backups or the archive. Nothing appears to be failing, it's just not there.
If anyone has any ideas I'd very much appreciate it.

I used one of my calls with MS for this in the end, and after much checking and deliberating they came up with the same solution as you did. Thought you'd like to know.
The actual issue was that my PWA instance had no WebAppUsername account against it, quite how I managed to do that I don't know. The following Sharepoint Powershell commands identified that little problem.
$serviceapp = get-spserviceapplication | ? {$_.TypeName –like “*Project*”}
$pwainstances = $serviceapp.Sitecollection
$pwainstances
The final command prints out a table of information for each PWA instance, thought it might be useful for someone if they experience a similar problem.

Archive is not happening for Sales Order

I want to archive sales order but it is not happening.
Following is scenario.
I have completed sales order cycle till amount posting
va01-vl01n-PGI-vf01-f-28
and document flow has shown it is done but still when i am running report S3VBAKPTS it shows document can not be archived billing document is not complete.
Help me for the same

once the subsequenat document created for a sales order, you cannot archive that sales order.

Post read option-archive not working in SFTP proxy service in osb

Hi,
i created SFTP protocol based proxy in osb also make the following option in sftp transport page of proxy,
Post read option :Archive
Archive directory: sftp://vms.oracle.com:22/D2O/osbarchive
Tested throuh WINSCP,files are picking up from input directory and it was succesfully going to output directory that i configured in business service,
bUT ARCHIVE IS NOT HAPPENING,I checked the archive directory after testing but nothing aws therei tried options like checking remotestreaming in sftp transport,that one also not working for me
,Pls help me to solve this issue.

Firefox thinks I am in Indonesia, how do I reset this to in US (all sites I access from firefox default to Indonesian, e.g. google and yahoo). I have cleared the cache. This does not happen on explorer on same laptop.

I am based in the US. Since a business trip to Jakarta, everything I bring up in Firefox defaults to Indonesia, e.g. yahoo comes up in Indonesian id.yahoo.com, google displays as google.co.id.
I have:
- cleared the firefox cache.
- searched settings for a country or language setting
- searched firefox help archive
This does not happen on explorer on the same pc.

I believe that our “Werbung problem” adds an additional second hyperlink to the pop-up window. This second link is activated whenever you trigger a saved hyperlink to a Mail.com site.
I had the same problem and eliminated it by deleting all bookmarks, hyperlinks and automatic links that take firefox to a mail.com address. So I just deleted all bookmarks I had saved for mail.com. I also changed my home page link because it also went to my email at mail.com. I then did a warm boot, opened firefox and re-saved my bookmarks and homepage to the desired addresses. Good luck.

DB2 Log file Management is not happening properly

Hi experts,
I am running SAP ERP6.0 EHP4 on DB2 9.5 FP4
I have enabled Archive log by providing First Log Archive Method (LOGARCHMETH1) =DISK: /db2/PRD/log_archive
I have brought down SAP & Database and started database .After starting DB , taken full offline backup.
Didnu2019t change below parameters as these are replaced by LOGARCHMETH1 in newer versions as per documents.
Log retain for recovery enabled=OFF
User exit for logging enabled =OFF
/db2/PRD/log_dir (Online transaction Logs) is 25% full but I couldnu2019t find even single file in /db2/PRD/log_archive
I am suspecting DB2 Log file Management is not happening properly as I couldnu2019t find any offline transaction logs in /db2/PRD/log_archive file system
Request you let me know where it went wrong & what could be the issue

From your post it seems that there is a space character between "DISK:" and the path you have provided.
Maybe this is only a wrong display here in the forum.
Nevertheless, can you check it in your system, it should rather look like DISK:/db2/PRD/log_archive.
Can you initiate an archive command with the "db2 archive log for db prd" command.
What does the db2diag.log tell for this archiving attempt?

Office 2013 Auto Archiving not working

Dear Sir / Madam,
We are using MS OFFICE 2013 with Windows 8.
Problem we face is Auto Archiving not working at all. We have defined all the parameters, still it is not working. We are using Exchange Server and all the emails are Archived to local PST files after a defined time period.
We have defined all the steps required to do Auto Archiving.
Your help is required in this since we have tried all the options.

What's the size or your archive.pst file? Please first make sure it's not getting close to 50 GB limit.
If the size far below 50 GB, please try to use the Inbox Repair tool to scan and repair the archive.pst file. If the file is corrupt, the autoarchive will not happen.

VG-204 SIP - PSTN outbound not happening from CUCM

I have VG204 configured as SIP , SIP trunk is established to CUCM 7.x , Outbound to PSTN calls is not happening but Extension dialing within CUCM DB is happening. Inbound from PSTN works.
Call manager is not forwarding the calls initiated from vg204 extn to PSTN gateway .

I hit the back button and go back to the form fill in page. It will not take me to the page of results. This does not happen in other browsers.

I can no longer open my Comcast email when I launch from Firefox - it takes me to the email preview page but will not allow me to open the inbox . Does not happen with Internet Explorer.

Unfortunately, iOS 7 is too hard to push for the iPhone 4 and therefore has a lot of effects turned off to try to get it to run as smoothly as possible.
However, it becomes better and better with each update coming but it's hard to do anything about the hardware on an already released phones.
If you still have trouble or think they are too hard. My tip is, if so, to restore your iPhone 4 and make a clean setup with no iCloud backup. But all your photos in a photostream so you can access it later.
