Archiving Production Orders via SARA

Hello All,
When trying to preprocess the a production order in SARA i get an error (Archiving Object     PP_ORDER     Production Ord)
"Archiving object or class P_ORDER does not contain structure J_3ABSSI Message no. BA048"
The archiving is then terminated.
How can I correct this ?

Hello
I suppose you are using IS-AFS.
You should check your settings for P_ORDER on transaction ACLA according to note 700496.
Make sure that tables J_3ABSSI and J_3ABUNDL are included in P_ORDER and do not check the "Do not
delete" checkbox.

    Dear Gurus,
In OPJH transaction, I have removed residence time 1 & 2 and kept blank.
By running program PPARCHP1 in SE38 tcode, I am able to set deletion flag as well as deletion indicator in one execution. Now the Production order is having status DLFL and DLT.
What is the next step to archive the production order?
Please explain step by step procedure.
    Thanks and Regards,

  • Automatic creation of production orders via planned orders

    Hello experts!
is there a way via customizing to trigger an automatic creation of production order from a planned order when the planned order finished date is within the next week?
    thanks

    David,
    Not in customizing.
Most people create a job step after the RMMRP000 program step in their MRP job, using program PPBICO40.  Dynamic date range is available as a selection criteria against the opening date, which is the standard criteria for selecting and converting planned orders (not finish date).

  • Sending Production orders via Idoc to external system

    Hello,
I want to generate an Idoc for a production order when releasing or saving it. Is there an output control where I define the message link the purchase order?
    Thanks!!

By IDoc-Tunneling i am thinking of just putting the IDoc through XI without transformation in XML (like in one blogs of Michal). Because of this blog there seems only to be one step in IR - import IDoc. in ID there are the mandatory steps.
But if i want the ext. Admin to tell what parameters i need to communicate with the ext. system i have doubts in telling him just the IP and perhaps a program which we have to start via RFC configured in XI.

  • About archiving production order, maintenance prder

    hello friends,
what status required to archiving pp , pm order
what happen if order status is other than closed
    regards,
    kp

    Hi KP,
To archive the production order First  the order should have activated   Deletion flag . (status DLFL).
After the Inyitai residence time has passed (defined for Order type), the orders that have been flagged for deletion are assigned with deletion indicators (DELF).
After the second residence time has passed the orders are archived and deleted from database.
To set Deletion flag order  Sould have  closed status ( CLSD)
To close the Order order should have TECO status  and Other FI related process shoulh have completed
i am not sure about maintenance order

  • Settling of Cost for Production Order via WBS Element

    Hi Gurus,
Just would like to briefly understand, how I can make use of the WBS Element in the Production Order (Assignment tab) to use as cost settling for a production order? How do i automate the WBS Element in the production Order for a set of given parameters? Is there a config I can use to set a profile?
I have a scenario here as below:
I have various types of production orders:
    PO 1 = Production A
    PO 2 = Production B
    PO 3 = Production C
And for each of the above, I will individually have a WBS Element.
    PO1 - WBS Element A
    PO2 - WBS Element B
    PO3 - WBS Element C
And WBS Element A, B and C is a Level 2 WBS Element which are tied to WBS Element Z (Level 1 WBS Element), which will be settled to a project.
Appreciate your kind feedback on the above on how I can make it work in the PP Order.
    Thanks.
    Rgds.

    Hi Manoj,
I need to understand your process in more detail.
How do you procure?  Create a sales order with TAS item category to create a PReq and PO?
Very simple explanation: Resource Related billing/DIP profiles are used to accumulate costs on WBS elements and then bill the client as needed.

  • Error in archiving production order

    hi sap experts.
    i have a problem in transaction co78.
think that i want to archine order no 3-P90B3028 , i set deletion flag for this order before in co02.
now,i select archiving and maitain a variant ,in order ,enter the order no and save variant , in start time ,select immediate , and in spool params enter adobe pdf.
when i execute , system show this error : "jobs of type sub cannot be scheduled'
if i didnt set deletion flag and want to do this in co78 too,i have this error again.
i search scn and find this link : http://scn.sap.com/thread/1137979
it says about Residence Time, how can i customize this time?
why ,when i do this in program  PPARCHP1 ,system do this and havent any error.
    thanks for your helps.

    Hi,
Before archiving have you done deletion of the order.???..after setting deletion then only you can do the archiving of the order...
residence time 1 and residence time 2 are set in order type configuration...OPJH
The residence time 1 is the interval between the point at which the deletion flag is activated and the point at which the deletion indicator is activated.
The residence time 2 is the interval between the point at which the deletion indicator is activated and the point at which the order is archived and deleted from the database.
If the residence time 1 is equal to 0, the deletion flag and indicator are activated simultaneously.
Residence times are defined in the order type.
    Thanks
    Kumar

  • Looking For Standard SAP Report - Production Orders - Hours

Is anyone aware of a standard report in SAP's PP module that shows labor hours in a planned vs. actual fashion?  The report that resides in a single production order via the menu path Goto -> Costs -> Analysis is great.  Our Plant Managers though need a report that allows people to view orders in summary across their plant.
    Thanks.

    All -
I appreciate the suggestions.  I did try transactions S_ALR_87013127 and KRMI.  Here's what I found:
    - S_ALR_87013127 is good transaction our Plant Managers already use to see their performance on Plan vs. Actual for costs.  Unfortunately, hours are not included on the report.
    - KRMI is a transaction I had not used before.  I unfortunately couldn't get any actual line items to appear.

  • How Production Order finish date and time is being comptued by SAP?

    Hello Expert,
How Production Order finish date and time is being comptued by SAP? for example, we create a Production Order via CO01, the basic start date is 29.09.2008 and time is 04:00 it gives us basic finish date is 29.09.2008 and time is 13:28.
how does SAP compute the time 13:28 as it finished time
    Please explain me briefly.
    Thanks
    Ryan

    Hello Guys,
When we create Production Order in R/3 the time is calculated by routing but it is extended at SetUp machine time. It is not correct?. SetUp imachines time used only for first Production Order for the same product and it is plan manually, for others Production Order we need calculate time for production without SetUp machine time being pick up to compute finish time. how could we achieve this? only those Machine time will be check.
    thanks
