ARE 1 Print out

Dear all,
Can you please tell me where can we take ARE 1 doc print out ?

Hi Veera,
While creating ARE-1 Document against the Excise Invoice, you have to tick the check box for Print ARE-1 Document.
Then while saving it asks for the communication method and give BL11 or local printer. Then if you click on Print Preview. It shows the form to be printed. And the movement ARE-1 document is saved, the print out will come.
Else you have to go with spool request- schedule jobs and get the print out.
Hope this addresses your requirement.
Revert me back for further clarifications.
Best Regards
SRI

  • 8.5x11 pages received via email are printing out 11x17???

As of Yesterday (6/24/08), all PDF's that are being emailed to me are printing as if they are 11x17 pages?
The pages being emailed are portrait landscaped, and are 8.5x11 sheets. My print function is set up to reflect this. However, the "preview" on the print function is showing the pages laid out on an 11x17 sheet, so it is taking 2 sheets to print what SHOULD be one sheet. Is anyone else experiencing this?
I have Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional.

Its possible you changed the default page setup in your printer driver. Go into the printer control panel in Windows - and check the preferences on the driver?

  • My quilt patterns are printing out 1/16 th of an inch too small according to my 1 inch test blocks.

I have a psc 2410xi Photosmart . If the pattern is not exact it will throw the outcome of my quilt off. All help appreciated.

This document is useful in adjusting print output:
    http://www.hp.com/united-states/consumer/digital_photography/print_better_photos/tips/printer-settin...
In particular, on the features tab (mentioned in that document) there is a check box for "Print at actual size" which may help in this case.
The size of the margins can make a difference as well, if you are printing something that basically covers the entire printable area, margins will make it smaller to fit.
Settings can be set in the printer driver and in any software that you are printing from.

  • Adobe PDF files are printing out smaller than 8 1/2 by 11; only happens on Firefox not IE.

I downloaded the latest free version of Adobe Reader.
Now on Firefox, the page view is surrounded by a black screen. I can increase the view size, and have the document fill the whole page. However, when I go to print, the document prints smaller than an 8 1/2 x 11 page with black space (almost as if I scanned something without a cover) all around it.
Not only is it difficult to read some files, I'm wasting black ink.
I happened to be on another site using Internet Explorer and when I downloaded a file using that browser, everything was normal. No unusual size dimensions, no problems printing.
Seems to be a Firefox issue.
    Any suggestions?

You can change the action for Portable Document Format (PDF) from Preview in Firefox to use the Adobe Reader or to Always Ask.
    *Tools > Options > Applications
    *http://kb.mozillazine.org/File_types_and_download_actions
You can set the pdfjs.disabled pref to true on the <b>about:config</b> page to disable the build-in PDF viewer and use the Adobe Reader instead.

  • A serious problem with AAR 5.0 in printing out a book

I have written a book in MS Word 2000 and I converted it in a PDF file with AR 5.0
Then I tried to print it out as a book.
I rotated the pages and included two A4 pages in one so that an A4 sheet to have 4 pages on both sides.
In order to do this trick, I rotated the horizontal text page
to vertical position on the left side for printing out the page 1 and on the right side for printing out the page 2. This must be done in order to have the 4 pages printed out in a sequence and in an A4 sheet.
    The procedure is as follows:
First, I print out the page one (1) while having my PDF text page rotated vertically on the left side and the printing out is successful.
Then I rotate again the page vertically to face on the right side to print out the page two (2) in the same sheet.
Here is where the problem begins.
The page 1 is printed out well BUT its top/bottom margin is different than the page 2, which is printed in a lower position on the A4 sheet.
The margins all around the page look perfect but the two of them are printed out with one line lower that makes one page higher or lower than the other and not in a straight line as it is supposed to be.
I have tried to find out what causes this problem with no success so I am into contact with you requesting an immediate help. I know that it is a small but serious problem particularly for my case as an author and I believe that the solution can be given only by an expert of Adobe Acrobat 5.O
Please, inform me about any adjustment that must be done to solve this margin situation (problem) as I know that AAR 5.0 is an excellent software and can do this work for me.

    Emmanouel

This has nothing to do with Adobe's OpenType development tools, which is the purpose of this forum. I think you need to post this in the Acrobat Windows forum!

  • When I attach a file to email, it prints out instead

I'm running Reader on MacBook -- my attachments to email are printing out instead of attaching. . .?

Edit > Attachments > Insert Attachments at End of Message. If a new message is the active window, the option applies only to that message. If you don't have a new message open, then the option becomes Always Insert Attachments at End of Message.

  • My problem is that after printing the first photo or picture, when I come to print a second, both the Colour Management and Epson Colour Controls are greyed out and showing No Colour Management

I have recently purchased a Mac computer (updated to Maverick) to go with my Epson Stylus Photo RX500 printer which has given excellent service with my old Windows computer. However, when trying to print pictures or photos via Photoshop Elements 11, the best results I can get are using the Colour Management and Epson Colour controls in the printing options box.
My problem is that after printing the first photo or picture, when I come to print a second, both the Colour Management and Epson Colour Controls are greyed out and showing No Colour Management, The only way I can reset the controls is to shut down the printer and computer and restart.
Could there may be a setting somewhere that I need to adjust please?  I have been in touch with Epson and they say that the Epson Colour controls are part of the Photoshop Elements software but a post on the Adobe forum brought no results and I am unable to contact Adobe.
    <Edited by Host>

Hello Garry. Thanks for the reply. I guess I should have used a different title from "How do I post a question?" That should come after trying to resolved the colour settings first. However, to answer your question, after experimenting with all the different settings in Photoshop Elements and Epson software, I now start with PSE11 Colour settings then click "no colour management" then after clicking Print, I choose "More Options/Colour Management/Colour Handling/Printer Manages Colour" then I choose "Page Setup/Layout/Colour Matching" which then shows Epson Colour Controls but I also choose "Layout/Colour Management" which then shows "Colour Controls/Mode" I then of course choose an Epson printer profile depending on the paper I am using. I get good results but as I said, the Colour Matching and Colour Controls are then greyed out. Hope that makes sense.

  • Since updating to Yosemite and CS6 2 of my print options are greyed out on my epson R2880 print pane?

My colour and colour settings options are 'greyed out' on my  Epson printer pane since updating to Yosemite and CS6,this happened before after running a software update on the printer driver! The driver version at that time was 6.62 and now it has updated to version 9.00....could this be the problem??

That's strange ... did you try restarting before printer install? You also may need to delete the printer itself (System Preferences > Printers & Scanners) and add it again , in order to access the proper drivers (?)
Can you show screen shot(s) of your incomplete print dialog?

  • Newbie:  In printing dialog, "Scale to" size options are greyed out

I am in the initial stages of figuring out how to use Aperture (v1.5). I am currently trying to make a 5x7 print of a photo.
In the print dialog, "Scale to" 4x6, 5x7, 8x10 size options are greyed out (only "fit image" and "fill entire page" are available).
I've tried searching through the forums, but to no avail...
    Thanks!

Click the Arrange button on the toolbar and select the desired option.

  • When I try and print a web page in the print screen ALL the Print Frame options are greyed out. It won't let me print a page as I see it. I need to pring a page as is. How do I do it in the new 8.0??

I go to print and try to select the radio button to print all frames, but It's not working

The '''Print Frames''' options are greyed out unless the web page is made with Frames. I-Frames don't work the same.
Check out this '''''frames test page''''' - http://www.draac.com/framestest.html <br />Is the '''Print Frames''' part of the print dialog box active?
As far as printing a page as you see it, many web pages use '''print.css''' files for print-media. The print.css specifies exactly what is to be sent to the printer and it can control the formatting of the printed page.

  • Boxes are not printing after taking print out

    Dear All,
i have developed a script ,which contains some rows and columns. To display rows and columns i have used BOX command. In print preview all boxes are coming properly, but if i take Print out(Even in PDF view also) some boxes are not printing. What would be the problem here?
    with regards
    Naresh

    Hi friend,
There must be some problem in printer settings
    or
Try reducing the size of the box and see because of the size also printer may avoid the boxes.
Just try these both i think either one of the both must be a problem.
Still did not get the desired output please revert back to me. I will help you.
    Thanks,

  • Photosmart 8700 not printing Black & colours are washed out

Have an A3 Photosmart 8700 printer which has for no reason started to print in muted / knocked back colour and a solid black is now printing out as a washed out grey.
I've cleaned the printheads at all levels, tried a new cartridge, all of the normal things but cannot get it to work & cannot find anything online for this model.
In addition occasionally the printer will quit with a 'Filter Failed' message and I have to resend the document.
    Please Help! Thanks.

  • Canon pixma pro 9500 having problems with my print out. colors are glazed and missing colors

canon pixma pro 9500 having problems with my print out. colors are glazed and missing colors
i have prfiled the mac and printer wiht colormunki and uplodated the profile sucessfully
i set the printer to correct icc profile
print out comes out same with glazed colors and missing tones/colors
however when i use the same printer on windows and with light room, following same icc profile, colormunki calibrated profile, the print our are excellent.
i have also tried using printer manage profile using the Mac and Aperture and get same poor prints
can  you please assist and thanks

I've a Pro9000 and also use Colormunki successfully.
When I use Colormunki, I calibrate both of my monitors and the printer/paper combination. Colormunki saves the generated profiles to the correct places -- I don't load or change any profiles after that as that would mess-up what the Colormunki had just done for me, and this would likely mess-up the prints.
Though I double-check the settings in the print dialogue, the choice for the printer handling things is already grayed-out. Colorsync handles it all just fine.

  • I want to print. 'selection' and' print frames' are greyed out.

I want to print info on a page. 'selection' & 'print frames' are greyed out.
    == This happened ==
    Every time Firefox opened
    == forever

    Hi,
My dad told me he had this 'no selection' problem when he wanted to print out a selection in Hotmail, so I had a hunt around, but didn't find a definitive solution.
So, I have done some playing around, and have come up with this solution which works if you want to print out a selection in Hotmail (using firefox), but it is now greyed out.
It seems to be connected with the way that Hotmail handles frames.
(Thought I would post it as posts like this have helped me a ton in the past :0))
'''To print a selection in hotmail you need to do this.'''
1/ On the email you want to print click the small Printer icon in the hotmail menu.
There is no need to highlight a selection at this stage because the email is in a frame, so it will do no good anyway.
2/ A new page will open up and the printer dialog box will open up.
    Close the printer dialog box.
3/ Highlight the text selection that you want to print on that page.
4/ Press Ctrl-P on the keyboard.
5/ The printer dialog box will now pop up again and you will be able to choose 'Selection'
    Your selection will now print.

    Hi Vickey, S,
Sorry for the delay in response. Is it happening with all the files?
Also, please write the steps you are taking to type in the document.
You might try uninstalling and re installing the Reader in case it is happening with all the files.
URL to install the Adobe Reader is Adobe - Adobe Reader download - All versions
