Are 10.6 and 10.7 still available for purchase?

I have a macbook pro that is currently running snow leopard. lately I have noticed that most of the latest updates to my software requires 10.7 or higher to run, and I began wondering if I can still get 10.7 on the mac app store, or on a flash drive at apple? I also have a 2007 imac that needs to be upgraded to 10.6.8. is it still sold by apple? thanks!

You can skip 10.7 if your Computer is one that is supported as per the ML Download page.

No, not directly from adobe. They stop selling the previous version when a new one comes out, but if you look around you may still find it elsewhere.

I just recently had my 5th generation yellow iPod nano stolen and it looks like it's not coming back to me. I was on the Apple store website trying to see if it was available to repurchase, but I don't see it. Does anyone know if I'm just not seeing it and you can still buy it? I would preferably like to have an engraving put on the back. Also, I live in Canada if that changes anything.

Don't see any refurbished 5th Generation Nanos available in the US or Canada Apple Online store.
That's strange. I purchased a 16 GB 5th generation Nano refurb from Apple less than two months ago. It had the same warranty as a new one and including shipping, it cost around $163.00, a very good price. At that time there was an excellent selection of both 8 and 16 GB refurbs in all colors. Now there are none.
A very few generation 5's are available at Amazon Canada, but they're considerably more expensive than the one I bought. The selection, both new and used, is much better on the U.S.A. Amazon website, but they're also quite pricey. Contact them to find out if they will ship to Canada.

If you can't obtain a retail install DVD from Apple, look on eBay or Google the installer part numbers to possibly find at an on-line store. Here's what to look for:

Nope. The point of the 5C was to offer the cheaper alternative (iPhone 5 for al intents and purposes) in more colors. Apple has since removed the option to buy iPhone 5's from pretty much every one of there online stores.
Your carrier, and retail stores may still have some left over for now.

Has any Coldplay fan lost purchased content within iTunes, I have recently noticed my Coldplay Live 2012 purchased on iTunes is gone from my iCloud library and no longer available for purchase ! A bit strange considering there new album just went on sale

Recently I have noticed my iTune purchased concert movies after being put back in the cloud are currently missing.
I have never had purchased content from iTunes vanish from my iCloud library and also not be available for purchase on iTunes.
When I had Apple personnel attempt to push the content back to me, they could not find Coldplay's Live 2012.
Even more strange considering their new album just went on sale and renewed interest must be prompting fans to review their collections.
A beautifully shot concert film is missing, a sad situation to be sure!

LR 4 is not available for sale from Adobe. LR4 is the last version that will run on OSX 10.6.8+, Windows XP and Windows Vista. You may be able to find it still for sale on Amazon, but be careful of scammers that aren’t Adobe authorized resellers and are probably selling pirated software that won’t be able to be licensed. Also don’t buy the $80 upgrade version when you’ll need the $120 full version. The upgrade and full versions function the same, but the upgrade version requires having a previous version’s serial number in addition to the current version’s serial number to be licensed. Since you’re just starting out with LR you wouldn’t have a previous version serial number.
LR 5 is available for purchase both with and without paying a subscription. LR 5 requires OSX 10.7+ or Windows 7+.
If you are interested in LR 5.x without paying a subscription then download the LR 5.6 update from here, and run it in trial mode for up to 30 days, to see if it’ll work on your computer and with your workflow:

That error message is usually indicative of a problem with the App Store. If you look through the forums, you'll see that a number of people are experiencing the problem. Try again tomorrow.

The Sony RX100 III was first supported in Lightroom 5.5.
There will be no updates for older versions.
So your choices:
Upgrade to Lightroom 5, or
Download the free Adobe DNG converter, convert all Raw files from the RX100 III to DNG format then edit the DNGs in Lightroom 4.4

I really don't want to uninstall all of the CS6 suite

I just received a replacement file to test for the camera raw plugin. This fixed the problem on my installation of CS6 that had updated to 8.4 and was not able to launch Camera Raw from Bridge, and also Bridge was not able to view or alter any Metadata.
There was no need to reinstall PS, just a direct replacement of the file. I don't know how Adobe will be supplying the fix, but as of now, I would not recommend updating to Camera Raw / DNG 8.4 if you are using CS6 until the new file is available.

Yes, it's not good, but as has been said here many, many times, there's nothing Apple can do. The majority of the movie studios are unwilling to license their content for download sale. It's only been with the advent of rentals on the iTunes Store that most of the studios now participating have been willing to provide their content at all, something that was probably a large factor in Apple's decision to start the rental service. Unless and until the studios are willing to license a movie for download sale, there's nothing any download store can do.
