Are 4s's that are bought in store sim free
Are 4s's bought in store sim free/unlocked?
Depends on which Country and "which "store
The only iPhones available unlocked are from Apple Retail Stores or Apple .Com etc
All others will be locked to a carrier ,one way or another
You need to be specific about the Country on a WorldWide Forum

Bought iPhone as "SIM-Free", but it not work with my local SIM card
I have bought iPhone Serial No: 82108W75A4T in Canada as "SIM-Free", but it not work with my local SIM (Orange in Israel) card. Where to check: it is or not Factory Unlocked or have any hardware/software problems or have carrier ("adhered" any phone company)
In the local Orange: They tried with them SIM, the same negative result.
I have addressed to Canadien phone wireless carriers.
From some [Rogers'] has already received the answer:

I bought ipnone5 from apple store sim free is it still unlocked to any network
HI
i brought my iphone5 from the apple store been using a O2. Sim in is it still unlockedIf you requested an unlocked iPhone at the Apple Store, your iPhone should be unlocked. This should be indicated on your receipt and on the retail sales box. If the O2 logo and name are included on the retail sales box, the iPhone is not unlocked.
It isn't the SIM that is unlocked, it is the iPhone itself. -
Some songs, which are bought in the iTunes store, will be played iTunes but not on my iPod touch. Has somebody an explanation for that? Thanks,
No, you should have Restrictions OFF.
Computer's iTunes > Preferences > Parental Preferences > everything should be unchecked.
Are the songs also on computer's iTunes? -
How do I get a refund for an Itunes gift that I bought for someone that cannot redeem it as they are in a different country?
It was not imediately clear that purchases coudl only be redeemed within the country of purchase. You can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I have an album that I bought that is in my purchased bin but seems that the tracks are disconected or the machine coul not locate them...
Your should be able to delete the broken entries, then redownload from the Purchased link in the right-hand column of the iTunes Store page.

When I synch my phone or other devices to itunes, I get a message that the following songs could not be synched to itunes because the file could not be converted. However, these are songs that I bought directly from Itunes. Any suggestions?
Hello rafagee,
I understand that you are not able to sync a few songs you purchased from iTunes to your iPhone and other devices. There may be an issue with the file, but if you have the Apple ID and password used to purchase the songs, you can redownload them. You can even download the song directly to your iPhone. I found an article that will give you steps to do this on your computer and on your iPhone:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities.

I have just bought a new iPhone and gave my old one to my Mum. My problem is that even with a new SIM and phone number I seem to be getting her messages as well as mine on my thread. They are also being recorded as both sent and received so she must be paying twice for each SMS sent. Help please
Wipe iPhone/iPad/iPod touch clean
There are a few steps to do:
Switch off iMessage in Settings > Messages
Switch off FaceTime in Settings > FaceTime (iPod touch 4th Generation or later, iPhone 4 or later and iPad 2 or later)
Delete iCloud in Settings > iCloud > Delete Account
Finally Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
Un-register your device: https://supportprofile.apple.com
Now you can sell/give.
Now, you should get her a new Apple ID to sign in the options above. -
After installing the latest of iTunes the original files for almost 300 songs cannot be found for syncing to my iPod. The files are songs that were bought from iTunes, and copied into iTunes from CDs.
Apparently, security programs like Macafee and Norton view Itunes updates as new programs and block then from access. If you add Itunes to the list of exemptions, it solves the problem.

Why are some apps that I bought not on my purchased items on my itunes account?
Why are some apps that I bought not on my purchased items on my itunes account? I bought 4 apps, then had to reset my iPad, later when trying to download them back onto the iPad, they were not listed under by Purchased apps in my account in iTunes. Thanks for any help!
Plug in your iPhone to iTunes on your Computer, let it sync the games onto the Computer, then plug in your iPad and go to Apps in iTunes and select the apps then apply and it will download them to the iPad :)
If you have trouble when in Apps in iTunes on your Computer, it will say iPhone and iPod touch Apps. Hope this helps!! -
None of my movies or tv shows that I bought on itunes are working, what should I do?
Everytime I try to watch a movie it plays without sound and none of my tv shows will play at all.
Got it all sorted!! Thanks to the Apple support crew who helped me with my issue.. It wasn't an iTunes issues but rather a hidden folder that supports iTunes authorization in my laptop that was stopping the stores being accessed and from me watching my movies... Many thanks to all!!!

i have purchased itunes match but the cloud will not load on my ipad 4.it works on my iphone 5 & it originally worked on my ipad.the only music that will show up is stuff that i bought from the itunes store.any ideas on how to get this to work?
On the MBP, in iTunes, switch to Song view and enable the iCloud Status column by pulling down View > View options and selecting the option for "iCloud Status." Close the small window. Look for any tracks that have a status of "waiting." If you see several of them disable iTunes Match while holding down the Option key. Quit iTunes, wait a few seconds, then open it again and turn iTM back on. Let it compelete the scan. Wait until all tracks that are "waiting" have a status of either "matched" or "uploaded."
On the iPad, turn off iTunes Match then launch the Music app and let the contents clear out. Power cycle the iPad for good measure, then re-enable the service once all the tracks in iTunes have been processed. -
I updated my iPod and it erased everything i had on it. How do i retrieve the songs that i bought from the iTunes store? when i try to download/buy them again they tell me i have already purchased them do i want to buy them again? I have authorized my computer but none of them are in my music now.
You buy one and only one download.
It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
Certainly you did not update your ipod without making sure that you had transferred anything purchased on the ipod to your computer and included it in your regular backup copy of your computer. -
I'm having this problem, that I bought some songs from my iPhone in iTunes Store, but I don't want to have them in my iPhone anymore. I tried to erase the songs from my Music Library, but when I syncronize the iPhone automatically, these songs are copied again to my Music Library, so there's no way to get rid of them. Although, I would like to keep these songs in my iTunes Media folder. I tried to do it manually, but I couldn't still.
I would really appreciate that someone could help mepunzete wrote:

WHY can't you do it the way 100 million people do it? -
how do i get music back that i bought in itunes store?
Woah there fella, if your files have been deleted and you still keep the same hard-drive you might want to use some undelete software first, such as http://www.officerecovery.com/freeundelete/ which I am not familiar with. Just make sure you recover the files into an external or different drive than the one you are recovering first... Otherwise it won't work. You could porbably restore most of your data this way, music and everything else.
Otherwise:
1. Open iTunes (latest version).
2. On the left ruler, under "Store", click on "Purchased".
3. On the bottom right of the screen click on "Download Previous Purchases".
4. Download whatever you like.

Purchase Order Download ALE Config for automation
We need to automate the current PO idoc creation message download whenever a PO is created , changed or deleted. We have set up an output type Z005 for it and manual creation of idocs from the Purchase Order works fine. We need to automate it though.
