Are all CU's necessary to install?

I'm currently patched to SP1 in my 2013 farm, there are alot of CU's between it and FEB 2015.
If i wanted to go up to FEB2015 CU do i have to install all of the CU's in between?
Also, If i'm running server, do i need to install foundation CU's on to my farm?

IE11 compatibility doesn't appear to be a priority and really doesn't get better with any CU.
Server includes Foundation, you don't need to install them separately.
CUs are cumulative. From SP1, you would apply, for example, Feb 2015 CU, and you'd be up-to-date. Because security patches post-SP1 (MS14-044 in particular) cause certain errors, it may be advantageous to apply a CU that corrects the issues with this summer's
patches, for example, the Sept 2014 CU. And there are other CUs, such as the April 2014 CU that introduced AlwaysOn management from the SharePoint Management Shell, or like the Nov 2014 CU that greatly improve certain Search capabilities. Or the Feb 2015 CU
that makes it a very quick process to migrate from a Path-based to a Host-named Site Collection.
