Are downloaded items viewable only once on the iPod?
As a test, I purchased one TV video (School House Rock's "How a bill becomes a law") and successfully downloaded it onto my iPod.
However, after viewing it only once, the item is no longer listed on my iPod.
Are purchased items only viewable once? Do I have to purchase this again in order to see and hear it on my iPod? The item is listed in my Purchase Folder, but not on my iPod folder, or on the iPod itself.
I can't say I've ever seen this issue before where an iTunes store item suddenly disappears from the iPod after viewing only once.
I suppose you could purchase another item and see if the same thing happens, if they are stored in your iTunes library at least you can put them back on the iPod once again.
Do they transfer back to the iPod again? If not, it may be that for some reason the iPod or it's software has become corrupted. This doesn't mean that the item is not on your iPod (hence iTunes refusal to let you transfer it again), just that the iPod cannot read it.
There have been an awful lot of strange things going on over the last 12 months or so with purchased music and videos.
Have you been through the basic troubleshooting steps of The Five Rs?
Did you know that you can report a problem with any item you've bought?
In iTunes click on the store tab, then "view my account". From there you can report a problem with that video.

Why are lyrics not viewable in itunes in the same way as on the ipod? In itunes all you get is "Get Info" then "Lyrics" and that screen then locks itunes until you close it. Inflexible, annoying and surely unnecessary?
All songs need Album, Artist and title.

I am using a WebService call in my pdf form but I want to call that webservice only once from the form by that particular user. How can we do that?
I tried to do this by adding the invisible text field in the form and maintain a flag to check the webservice is executed or not. but when I close the pdf and again reopen then the webservice is executed at the first time so how can I solve this problem?

NinadSet the Hidden fields Binding property to 'Normal' that way the value in that field is persistent. And then always check for the flag before you execute the code for calling WSDL. Hope this helps.

Why are the application in the apple store are not compatible with the iPod touch 4g? Apple please realize there are some of us who still have the iPod touch 4g! I just want to know.
Once I find the game i will truly screenshot that it states "not compatible for these models". I just find it RIDICULOUS that my iPod touch is in good condition and some of the applications that I want download sometimes are not compatible with my iPod touch 4g. when i try to add music to my ipod it takes centuries to download then when i click on the ipod while its syncing my itunes freezes up..any suggestions?
In itune did you play any of the songs downloaded. If so plug your ipod back in an manualy check off to sync all music. If that doesn't work you might have to restore the ipod.

I have been given to itunes numerous times by Apple. ITUNES have referred me back to Apple as I may not have the current software on my IPOD TOUCH, model MC086LL. I have purchased/downloaded songs, but they will not sync to my IPOD. ITUNES again said this is an issue with the IPOD TOUCH software not them. Does anyone know how I can get this resolved??
Carolyn Samit, what are yo saying? He say he has a MC086LL at iOS 4,2. That is a 2G iPod. The software update comes with iOS 5 and the 2G can only go to iOS 4.2.1

Downloaded movies now only available via the Cloud
I've purchased (not rented) and downloaded several movies and TV shows to my daughter's iPad (over the past several months). All of a sudden, as of yesterday, only three of them are still available directly from the device (i.e. operating without WiFi in Airplane Mode), the rest are only available via the Cloud. This has occured on both iPads that this iTunes account is registered. My 4-year old daughter says she clicked an "X" when she went to watch a movie, but as I wasn't there when it happened, I don't know what she clicked exactly and where. What iOS version is on the iPad (Settings > General > About > Version) ? On iOS 5 and possibly 6 (I can't remember when it changed), you could delete films and/or TV programmes from the Videos app by pressing and holding it on the selection screen in the app, and after a second or two it would get an 'x' on its top left corner - tapping that would delete it from the device.

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
