Are Microsoft IntelliPoint Pro 6.1 for Mac and IntelliType Pro 6.1 for Mac compatible with Mac OS 10.6.7?

These arent compatible with Mac OS 10.6.7.
I only found some drivers for Mac OS 10.2 to 10.4 on the official Microsoft site.

I own a Mac and need to purchase an Acrobat program for teaching purposes. I recently purchased the Acrobat Standard XI and quickly discovered that it is not compatible with Mac. There is very little information online to guide customers as to which Acrobat, if any, is Mac compatible. Could someone please give me some guidance?

I just bought an iPad and just realised that it's not compatible with MAC OS X 10.4.11 when I tried to hook it into iTunes. Therefore I will need to upgrade. C
an someone advise on what OS I should upgrade to and how? I assume Snow Leopard would be my best option, but I'm not sure if I can upgrade to this from MAC OS X 10.4.11.
Also I've never upgraded before, so will everything on my current Note Book be preserved such as iTunes library, documents, iPhoto's library etc.

I was faced with the same dilemma, and wound up upgrading to Leopard on my G5. My approach, which worked well, was to get a retail box through eBay, then upgrade online to 10.5.8.
You're always well advised to do a backup before an OS upgrade. Find many discussions about upgrading in the OS forums.

If you purchased Lion for your iMac, just log into the Mac App Store from your MacBook using the Apple ID under which you purchased Lion and go to the Purchases page. You will be able to download and install Lion there.

The only place you get get Lion is from the Mac App Store. If you found some other site, that was an illegal copy and almost certainly tied to someone else's Apple ID and hence unusable by you. If the link was just to the Mac App Store, see above.
As to the problem with synchronization to iCloud, that's not a 10.6 question, so I'd suggest you take up that specific issue in either the Lion or iCloud forums, providing full details, and someone there can probably help you sort things out.

This is an alternative solution that works great for me. I always carry a small and lightweight DC to AC converter with me in my case when I'm on the road. It's a Wagan Tech Smart AC 100 USB that I picked up at Costco for under 20 bucks. 100 watt capability and allows me to use all my electronics and chargers on the road. I can use it to charge the cellphone, laptop, ipod, etc.
Even includes a USB port on the side for charging USB based products and also includes the aircraft adaptor (and of course a cigarette lighter adaptor) and everything fits into a small cloth bag (included).

P.S. I just noticed that you are from the U.K. I'm sure this will still work as your MacBook charger should autoswitch down to 110v input, you'll just need to make sure you have the North American plug installed. Try zap PRAM and SMC Reset. If you have ATI 5770 which many have upgraded to you won't be able to use older DVD or systems than 10.6.5

Are Apple power adapter universal for MacBooks and MacBook Pro's manufactured over the past few years. I would like order a spare power adapter and I own three laptops all which have been purchased in the past three years. I have two MacBooks and one MacBook Pro.

Not sure what you are asking. The AC adaptors for MBs and MBPs are not the same. The former is rated at 65 watts and the latte is rated at 85 watts. The latter could be used with a MB or a MBP, but the former could not be used with a MBP. Both adaptors have the same MagSafe connector. They would work on any appropriate Intel model since 2006.

New mac and logic pro 9

Last week my old G5 died and I,m looking at getting a new mac and logic pro 9.
My G5 had logic pro 7 and 8 installed on it. I was wondering do I need to install
those back on my new mac so I can upgrade to logic 9 or could I just install logic 9 on my new computer. I have the key that came with logic 7 and that's what I used to install logic 8 with. I really don't want to put those on my new computer. Also will logic 9 load my logic 8 songs.

Why not? You could install just the apps, they do not take much space and you know for sure you can always open your old projects.
Also will logic 9 load my logic 8 songs.
In principle, yes. But it can vary, depending on what you use(d) in those L8 projects (environment alterations, 3rd party plugins etc etc). If they won't load, use L8. I'ld advise you to install both L7 and L8, just in case. Just skip the samplecontent etc on both installs, do only the apps themselves.
