  • My changes to a duplicated page are not syncing up in the Creative Cloud. How can I fix this?

I'm using Adobe Proto on an iPad. I created one page and successfully viewed it in the Creative Cloud. Then I duplicated that 1st page so I could work on the next page in that project. I made some changes to the 2nd page and then synced the project with the Creative Cloud again.
Once I try to view the 2nd page in the Creative Cloud, it's still an exact copy of the 1st page. In other words, my changes on the 2nd page don't show up. I've tried synching the project many times and I get the same result. Tried opening the project from another browser, same result.
My changes to a duplicated page are not syncing up in the Creative Cloud. How can I fix this?
    Thank you.

Yes, I'm 99% certain the project is being synced. If I duplicate more than the one page so that I end up with more than 2 pages, I still see every single page that I duplicated and made changes as the initial version of the page.
I duplicated that 1st page again so that I have 3 pages. I made changes to the 3rd one and I'm still not seeing those changes when I look at the page in Creative Cloud. I see the new, 3rd page, so that should mean the project is being synced, correct?

  • I read that Photoshop Touch was included in the Creative Cloud.

I read that Photoshop Touch was included in the Creative Cloud. When I follow the links, I get to iTunes and it says $9.99. Does that get overrided when the order is places, or does Adobe refund, or what?
It should probably be more straightforward.

Yes, it is explicitly listed in the download center as one of the included items.
If it isnt available as part of CC, dont put it on the site.
    Not confusing at all.....

  • Wow, why does Creative Cloud suck so bad?   Why are there no FAQs in the Creative Cloud FAQ?

I am new to Creative Cloud.   I found some PSD event poster templates on line and I would like to be able to download some of these templates to create event posters.   I have modest goals.
    1) I found a link on the Adobe site for $9.99 monthly fee for photoshop + lightroom.   ok, seems reasonable to spend $10 for a month to see how it goes, I think
    2)  Once I get my CC account set up, there is no upgrade option or the $10 / month deal... only options are more expensive than $10 / month... but I can try it free for some time... ok I'll do that.  Hopefully, I will be able to do what I want to do with the free services?
    3)  Install create cloud app on my computer
    4)  click on install photoshop...   after 20 minutes only 3% downloaded.   darn!   Looks like I am not going to be creating any flyers tonight!
    5)   Is there something wrong?   Maybe I have done something stupid (I mean besides signing up for CC)... lemme check the Creative Cloud FAQ.   Oh!   There are no questions in the Creative Cloud FAQ.   Excellent...
It takes a special kind of talent to transform a potential customer who knows nothing about a product and turn that customer into a hater in one evening.
I just want to say congrats!

That's the page from which I started this troubled journey.  I clicked on "purchase"  and since I didn't have an account yet, it took me off to some other page to create an account, verify my email and all of that and then finally to a blank page... seemed like there was some delay from the time I created the account until the account became useable.   In the meantime I was continuously directed to a blank page every time I tried to log in.   After some time I was able to look at upgrade options, but the $10 offer was not one of my options.   Now, if I go back to the original page which had the $10 option and click on purchase, it seems like it is giving me the option to purchase.   The whole process seems very poorly designed and poorly executed.   Does the software work any better?
In any case, what I am looking to do is download some of the cheap or low cost event poster templates on the internet and edit them to create my own event posters.    I am not sure which Adobe application I need to do this.
Here is an example of the template
    thanks,
    David

  • Are swf files supported in the Creative Cloud?

Just wondering if sharing of swf files is supported in the Creative Cloud.
    Thanks!

At present, this is correct. You can upload and download .swf and .flv files like all other files. Creative Cloud has additional functionality around certain file types that enables you to view individual layers (.psd) or artboards (.ai) or pages (.pdf, .indd) directly in the browser. We will be adding additional capabilities like this for other formats in the future.

  • How do i get the apps included in the Creative Cloud price, downloaded for my ipad?

I've bought an iPad and I would like the apps that are included to my cloud membership. How do I get these apps without paying Apple in AppStore. These shouldn't cost me anything since they're included in my membership.

    Hi there,
Touch Apps are available separately from a Creative Cloud membership, as outlined here: https://creative.adobe.com/plans
However, if you are currently on a 1-year contract plan, you can receive a complimentary month after purchasing three qualifying Touch Apps. See the details for this offer here: http://store.adobe.com/store/en_us/popup/offer/touchapps.html

  • My Websites are not showing up on the Creative Cloud Control Panel

    Hi guys,
For some reason, just recently, my websites that I have hosted with BC, that I have built for clients, are not showing up on the right control panel? Usually when I load up CC, it shows the Website text as ...loading, then my sites appear... now, nothing.
    Help!?
    Thanks,
    Aaron

This seems to be a bug with Creative Cloud. I am encountering the same issue. We've gone ahead and notified the product team, but for now, you can access your websites by directly logging into Business Catalyst: http://www.businesscatalyst.com/admin/Index.aspx. Use the same log in information that you use for your Creative Cloud memberhsip.
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! Hopefully we'll get it sorted out soon.

  • Is the version of Illustrator CS6 installed the same as the one included with the Creative Cloud?

I have been using AI CS6 on a mac 10.8.2, since it came out. I recently updated to Crative Cloud. Adobe download manager says AI is installed. So I assume the version I have been using is the same one you download in Creative Cloud?

I have branched this out to a separate discussion.
WisconsinDan the versions are pretty much identical at this point.  We did release a feature update for Creative Cloud subscribers for Illustrator.  You should be able to access the update by going to Illustrator and select Help>Updates.  Alternately you will be notified of the update as part of the daily check for updates process.

  • Is there anything similar to Director in the Creative Cloud?

We are considering updating our current (wildly out of date) version of Director, but there are a number of other products in which we are interested that are part of the Creative Cloud. So, I was wondering if there was anything included in the Creative Cloud that is similar to Director, so we could just purchase just that subscription...? We are currently using Director to create Interfaces and launch videos/PDFs.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Litteandrea,
I wasn't that familiar with Director so had to read the synopsis here: Adobe Director - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Flash Pro is included with Creative Cloud so that might be one consideration.
Also, if you install Premiere Pro CS6 it includes Encore CS6 as part of the installation for authoring DVD or Blu-ray content. Depending on what you're wanting to create, i.e. interactive content for a kiosk or something

Authoring a Flash Based DVD for the Web | Short and Suite | Adobe TV
Not included with Creative Cloud, you might also want to look at Captivate or Presenter, these are part of the Technical Communications Suite, here is the FAQ FAQ | Technical Communication Suite 5

Elearning Software, Screen Capture, Mobile Learning, HTML5 Publishing | Adobe Captivate 8

  • Photoshop Elements & The Creative Cloud

Please add Photoshop Elements as part of the Creative Cloud! It may seem like Photoshop CS users don't need Elements, but many of us create products, tutorials and training for both programs and would really like the benefit of having it included with the rest of the Creative Cloud offerings. It's not an expensive program compared to the rest, but would be a really nice value added option to those of us subscribing. Thank you for your consideration.

    Hello,
You answered a question in this forum in 2012; today in 2015, the link everyone here is talking about is still broken and gives the following message; "Access to this community or content is restricted. If you think this is a mistake, please contact your administrator or the person who directed you here." I realize that the participation on this forum thread seems to be minimal, but I see a post dated January 9 2015 . . . so folks are still interested in the concept of having Element 13 Premiere and Photoshop included in the Creative Cloud package.
It would be nice if the link you offered as an answered to have your clients voices/votes heard . . . actually worked! its been over two years since a staff member even commented here.
Anyway, just thought this would be in my vote to have Elements included.
    Sincerely
    T

  • I want to know how much will cost my university the creative cloud?

I want to know how much will cost my university the creative cloud?
I'm needing 16 licenses for my students on the creative cloud. I saw that the price is per month. I want to compare the creative cloud between the adobe master collection cs6.
    Thanks for the help!

    Hi Edcastro,
    Welcome to Adobe Forum,
The desktop applications are the same with the both a suite or the Creative Cloud, they just activate differently - either a serial number for a suite, or your Adobe ID for the Creative Cloud.
The Adobe Education Buying Guide is here http://www.adobe.com/education/buying-guide.html.  The current price for students is actually cheaper than the one listed there. Go to the Creative Cloud Plans pagehttps://creative.adobe.com/plans and then click on the tab Plans for Students & Teachers.
All of the applications and services included in the Creative Cloud are shown here https://creative.adobe.com/apps. You can cross-reference that with the buying guide.
The CC also provides you access to certain services & give you storage space per seat.
    Hope this helps you.
    Regards,
    Rajshree

  • Photoshop Touch as part of the Creative Cloud

How do you download Photoshop touch as part of the Creative Cloud ?   When I click on download it opens up in itunes and ask for another payment.  Is it not included with  the Creative Cloud?

Adding to what Guido said, PS Touch is in several closed electronic marketplaces (Google Play, iTunes & Amazon's Appstore) so there's no easy way of linking those to your CC account.
That being said, once you buy PS Touch, you're practically locked in for any updates. (And PS Touch has come a long way since version 1.0.)
