Are the application sqrs delivered with the OVM?

I would like to thank Wijnand Gritter, Jim Marion and Nicolas Gasparotto for there work on converting the templates from OVM to virtual box it was was very helpful it getting mine (HCM) up and running. Does anyone know if the sqrs were not included for some reason? I was trying to run per010 as a test and it was not found. I checked the error log and then the directory that it pointed to but the directory was not found. I used Wijnand Gritter blog to install. Any help would be appreciated.
when you look at the SQR config in psprcs.cfg on the vm is states

The readme that came with the PIA-Batch vm states
AppTools (PS_APP_HOME): /opt/oracle/psft/pt/apptools (mounted from DB VM)
Also stated in Jim Marions blog, to mount PS_APP_HOME add following line to /etc/fstab
FSCM912DB:/opt/oracle/psft/ptdb/apptools /opt/oracle/psft/pt/apptools nfs rsize=8192,wsize=8192,timeo=14,intr
(modify db server name with your db server name)

That way you do not have to copy the Application SQR from the DB vm to the PIA-Batch server

Well, when I want to create an account using account wizard or when modifying existing account in "configure-kmail" window, It says:
"Could not access KWallet. If you want to store the password permanently then you have to activate it. If you do not want to use KWallet, check the box below, but note that you will be prompted for your password when needed."
I've installed kwalletmanager but it doesn't work. It opens with an empty window unless running as root which is useless.
About sounds, kmail is one example. I changed almost all notification sounds in systemsettings-> Notifications-> Event source: Plasma Workspace-> Question, Warning, Critical Message, ... but kmail uses the old default ones. Dolphin does the same.
I had problems with theming for qt4 applicatins that solved by using "qtconfig-qt4", and I'm wondering if I'm missing something else too. You know, I'm new to Arch, in Kubuntu things are a little different. -
What are the better load/performance testing tools available for Flex Application with BlazeDS RO?
In my application is designed with Flex3, ActionScript3, BlazeDS Remote Objects.
Just i tried with OPENSTA but i cant do the dynamic parameterization in their generated scripts because the response of the calls is binary values and also we cant get the response using with SCL language.
While testing with OPENSTA with HttpService, i can do the dynamic parameterization and got the response.

If they are "singletons" - that is, only one instance of each CFC is needed to be in memory and can be reused/shared from multiple parts of your application - caching them in the application scope is common. Just make sure they are thread safe ("var" or local.* all your method variables).
You might consider taking advantage of a dependency injection framework, such as DI/1 (part of the FW/1 MVC framework), ColdSpring, or WireBox (a module of the ColdBox platform that can be used independently). They have mechanisms for handling and caching singletons. Then you wouldn't have to go to the application scope to get your CFC instances.

Why Toshiba notebooks are not delivered with the common Vista install CD
Our household now has two x Toshiba laptops, both of which were supplied with MS Vista Home Premium pre-installed.
The nature of the Recovery Media provided with these machines is such that (a) we do not have sufficient flexibility over volume/partition sizes, program locations etc., and, more specifically.
It makes it necessary for the majority of the bundled software (Norton Security etc.,) to be installed by default in the event of a system failure. (And immediately uninstalled following recovery! An unnecessary waste of time.)
Bearing in mind that a proportion of the price paid for each laptop must have included a cost for the Vista Operating System, does anyone know if it is possible to obtain a Master Recovery disk which ONLY consists of the operating system, and which allows us the flexibility of configuration which used to be available when the OS was purchased as a separate product.
Additionally, please let me know if it is possible to purchase Toshiba laptops as a RAW machine, i.e no OS supplied, and I will then buy my own and cut out the rubbish which is supplied on the pre-installed media.>Why Toshiba notebooks are not delivered with the common Vista install CD?
The answer is very simple: software is bundled to hardware and when you buy notebook you buy license for preinstalled Vista version and you can install recovery media so often you want and it belongs JUST to your notebook model. It cannot be used with other notebook or PCs.
If you get usual Vista installations DVD it can be installed on each computer system. For such purposes you must buy Microsoft installations DVD.
As you already wrote Toshiba recovery image contains much software that can be not useful for you. You can remove it from the system and nobody force you to use them. I do the same.
After clean OS installation the first thing I do is to remove or software I don't need or I don't like.
I optimise preinstalled OS on my own. -
in the synchronized application photos taken with another camera are distorted, as well as those taken on the site for the iphone
Does the new IOS 8 and instagram only allow pictures taken with the phone? as I can still choose from those, just not the ones I upload/save.
I don't know about instagram, but apps, that not yet have been upgraded to iOS8 can only access the photos that appear in the "Recently Added" album, because there is no longer a Camera Roll.
As a work-around, try to create an album of the photos you want to share to instagram. For other apps this helped to make photos accesible. -
Why are the application in the apple store are not compatible with the iPod touch 4g? Apple please realize there are some of us who still have the iPod touch 4g! I just want to know.
Once I find the game i will truly screenshot that it states "not compatible for these models". I just find it RIDICULOUS that my iPod touch is in good condition and some of the applications that I want download sometimes are not compatible with my iPod touch 4g. I am not going to buy an ipod 5th generation if my 4g is still going strong since the year of 2010.

I hear that having an app for my future website is the way to go in the future. It will help to even the playing field for small business such as mine.THere will great ways to feel out the personal preferences of prospective clients. My site will be written in microsoft. It will have a blogg, store, database, and a community forum. What are the pros and cons to having an app. What are the possible expences to expect with building,launching, hosting and maintaining an app compared to advertising on a deskop. I hear PCC and SEO can often add up to over $5000 a month. Hosting will cost at least a couple thousand a year.

Microsoft is a company, not a programming language.
I would also recommend you do some reasearch on HTML5 so that there is no need to create an app for each platform, but rather have a single site that will run on multiple platforms.
Maybe look into contracting/hiring a good web designer. -

I get this error when I perform a DB Attach upgrade from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013.
"web application is configured with claims authentication mode however the content database you are trying to attach is intended to be used against a windows classic authentication mode."
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.There is other way of fixing this issue apart from what Amit mentioned. Create a classic based web application in SP 2013 using PowerShell.

Where are the actual Aperture files located? Only in the application? I am transitioning to Lightroom and would like to only move some of the files. Advice appreciated. Also anyone know how to transfer in with edits? Using iMac, OS X, most recent Aperture and Lightroom 5.7 with plugin for Aperture.

Read this concise guide.
The files you imported into an Aperture Library can be exported (at any time, and repeatedly) using the command "File ▹ Export ▹ Originals". Your Originals are never altered. What went in is what comes out.
Adjustments and changes to the metadata that you made since creating an Image in Aperture by importing a file are saved to a text file. This file is combined, on-the-fly, with the Original to create the Image that you see in Aperture. There is no file saved to disk that is the full-size Image. Thumbnails are saved, and Previews are saved. These are JPG files, almost always smaller than the Original. They are not substitutes for the Image for the use you have.
When you need a file of an Image to use in another program, you export the Image from Aperture. "Export" means "Make me a file of this Image according to these file specs I'm providing". The way to get files of your adjusted Images is simple: create them by exporting. Specify "Original size", and use a loss-less image-file format (e.g. TIFF 16-bit) if you want to retain as much visual information as possible.
Search the Web for information about transitioning from Aperture to Lightroom. Note that I say "transitioning". You cannot move a database from one format to another without significant changes, and likely some loss of information. Adobe provides a tool and some instructions. I strongly recommend working out the process step-by-step, and then proceeding with first a few Images, then a bushel-ful, and stopping to use the first few, the the bushel-ful, before committing your entire collection to the process.
As always, never use any computer file without having a back-up.
We have seen mixed reports here of the success of the LR tool that creates a LR database from your Aperture database.
If you want to carefully define the process, and test and refine it, use the excellent process-development, analysis, and execution program inShort.
Sadly, there is not and can never be a good, thorough re-positioning of the digital assets in your Aperture Library to become digital assets in a LR database. Just as a metaphor for any user contemplating transitioning to another digital asset manager: that would be like digging up a house in one country, planting it in a hole in another country, and expecting to be able to use the toilet and the sinks, turn on the lights, cook dinner, and sleep soundly.

Manage SPARC LDOMs with the OVM x86 GUI?
Today I watched this recent Oracle video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MuGGZ1uLeN8
Note the use of "Oracle VM Manager" to migrate SPARC guest domains between a T3 and T4 host (see 0:18 to 0:36).
I'm fairly confident this is the Linux-based tool that comes with the OVM for x86 product. I don't think it's OC for OEM.
Does anyone know whether you can use Oracle VM Manager with SPARC? I would be interested to hear more about it.

Supporting split-bus (multiple IO domain) configurations is vital. We agree that all of our serious datacenter customers use that as a best practice. As you've noted, OpsCenter has thus far not supported those configurations well, but that is being addressed as a top priority. One of the challenges we have with the Oracle VM Manager is its origin as a management entity for Xen deployments on x86, where there is a notion of a single "dom0". We are having to teach OVM Manager about LDoms control infrastructure (control domain, multiple IO domains etc.) - it is one of a dozen really important things that we are working madly on.
Brownfield is also in that dozen really important things - OVM manager has a leg up as it already has some brownfield support now; we expect even in the technology preview for SPARC that Oracle VM manager can discover LDoms already on your SPARC systems; the degree to which you can then actively manage those domains through the manager will be explained at time of release. There is a requirement to add some management agent bits to your existing server, and that your control domain is running S11. Best thing customers can do now is start moving their control domains and IO service domains to S11 in preparation not just of the Oracle VM Manager (and in general better management capabilities), but also for new advanced feature support. You can keep your application domains running S10. -

since you implements the backing bean from PagePhaseListener. some where the same view is excuting before getting the selected record. Even if you select the record after excuteQuery() it will set the first record as selected. Please try to check some where query is excuting.
try give some more details like what are all the methods you are using in PagePhaseListener and where you worte u r coding.

We have a product which is a custom application based on SharePoint Foundation 2010. Right now, for each of our client we create a dedicated server and host the application in the standalone deployment. Now, the requirement is to host multiple clients in a
farm deployment.
Challenges are: 1. The product has same name for the wsp that is deployed on different client servers as of now. How to distinguish for different clients on same farm

What is the best practice to tackle this?For the most part, these are not SharePoint questions per se, but product-specific questions you'd better ask the vendor about. To get in some more detail:
1. It totally depends on the scope of the solution. If its global, then you're out of luck and any changes you make affect all instances that use it. Better ask the vendor about it.

3. This is very application specific and really should be answered by the vendor. Not related to SharePoint at all.

All apps are tied to the apple id that it was used to purchase or download the app.
did you use a different id to buy the app?

goodnight. as you know apple has evolved considerably until today but there are people who do not have ability to buy new products. in my case I would like to know why the apple do not let the iphone 3g update to iOS 4.3 as are several applications that can not put on my iphone 3g due to this reason. Why does not Apple make a repository with applications for ios 4.2.1? or else do not work in an update to ios 4.3 on iphone 3g?
This has nothing to do with Apple, as Apple does not make the apps.
This is the decision of the app maker.
Contact those app makers and ask them why they do this.
