Are the Frame or JFrame objects not supported when used by applets??????

Is there anyone to help me ?
I've an applet which uses Frame objects. With the "appletViewer" executable the results are
perfect.
But Netsacape Communicator seems not to support Frames..?!? Is this possible?????

Oh..Thanks for the replies.
But the reason was that I was still using Netscape Communicator 4.5.
With Netscape Communicator 6.1 installed yesterday; everything is
normal. i.e. I can observe the frames that applet creates... :-))

"charging is not supported" when using the cable that came with ipod

I get an error message that "charging is not supported" when plugged in using the only cable that came with my ipod touch. My ipod will charge for 5 minutes then when I check on it, I notice this error on screen and the ipod has stopped charging. I'm using the same charging method I have always used since I owned this ipod which has been over 2 years now and this only started happening recently. I believe this started when I upgraded to 5.0.1.

The auto recovery dat should be in the Microsoft User Data folder in your documents folder, not in the Library. However, I Haven't had to look recently.

The problem is when my table (transparent table) has a deep data type in it (example : a string field, so with undefined length).
Here is my code :

TRANSFER dobj TO dset [LENGTH len]
 [NO END OF LINE].
dobj must be character-type . Use String.
Please read the F1 help for the TRANSFER Statement and also please check the example
In your case assign the <fs> to Casting File asfollows
DATA: file TYPE string VALUE `flights.dat`,
 wa TYPE spfli.
FIELD-SYMBOLS TYPE x.
ASSIGN wa TO CASTING.
TRANSFER TO file.

Has anybody come across this error and found a fool-proof solution? I have found some stuff on the web but nothing seems to work. In particular this one on the Apple Help doesn't:

I have a W2K3 server where the volume is. It's a new Mac with OSX 10.8 and is connecting with AFP (I don’t want to move to SMB yet). There are older Macs with lower OS and all of them work fine. I have checked all the basic stuff and it is set-up correctly (hosts file on Mac, network, etc.).

Where did you get these phones?
These and other forums are full of people with iPhone unlocking problems - the net result is that, as others have said, is:
If you bought them from Apple they will be (and stay) unlocked.
If you bought them PAYG from CPW then they will lock to the first SIM activated.
Any other contract or PAYG phone iPhone bought from the networks WILL be locked by them too.
However, all is not lost. The original purchaser can request for the phones to be unlocked by Apple, via the carrier. The carriers usually charge around £20 to do this, or gratis if you're out of contract.
You are the original purchaser, right? If not, you need to get in touch with that person and pray they'll help you out.

This reply is months late, but hopefully it'll help you or someone else searching with this problem. I was having the same problem and found a way to get rid of it (permanently, it seems so far). The diagram below shows the steps I took in detail.
Note: This seems to especially be a problem if your photo files on the same disk as a Mac OS installation or bootable backup.

This is how I solved it, thanks to combined information posted on forums:
1. Got a new external hard drive formatted for Mac (I was using read-only Windows from my PC)
2. Created a folder in new external drive >imported to LR->send to trash- empty trash
3. The above was still not working until I noticed one day magically the missing picture icon started to show up in LR
4. I went to the "set as rejected"pictures> locate missing pic (and nearby ones)
5. Selected the pics -photo>remove> delete from disk
Done!!!
Thanks to the hours spent on searching different threads, and to the relentless users because LR never provided any kind of support or formal response to solve this by just letting users to getting lost in frustration .

But I suspect this is likely one of those things for which you will always have to use a full computer rather than a iPad.

Fix for "The version of the server you are trying to connect to is not supported."

Like many of you, I experienced the following problem with Lion:
"The version of the server you are trying to connect to is not supported. Please contact your system administrator to resolve the problem."
I googled and found a workaround for that. It worked for me, maybe worth a try:

Same problem here, and the above fixes do not work. I'm running 10.7.5, and the defaults write commands do not appear to work: the plist reverts to its default state after each connection attempt.
I can confirm that the correct values are entered in the plist immediately after performing the defauts write commands (while logged in as root) described in those links, by opening the plist file in xcode. But regardless of rebooting or not, the file immediately reverts to its default values as soon as an afp connection is made. Extremely frustrating. The "defaults write" simply doesn't stick.
I desperately need to pull some data off of a Mac IIci that is running Shareway IP under System 7.5.5. This always worked seamlessly in 10.4 though 10.6: I really need a working solution for 10.7. Thanks for any help...

I connected a portable hard drive to my Airport Extreme. I can see the hard drive in Airport Utility / Disks but I'm getting an error when I try to connect this disk from Finder / Network / Airport Extreme. I googled and didn't find a solution.

I am facing below error when trying to run my add-on in Windows Server 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2008 service pack 2.
Error: MetaData operations are not supported when a user transaction is active
It runs fine in Sql Server 2005.
Kindly tell me a solution to sort this out.

Can we see your code, it looks to me like the error is quite descriptive - its saying you can't do any metadata operation (creating/updating user fields, user tables using userfieldsMD or usertablesMD objects) while in a transaction.
Previous SDK examples have shown that you can do it, but they it is not possible - it may be that SQL 2008 has a tighter control over this. (Did you also do a B1 upgrade, or just change SQL version?)

into the tool
2) We can see the tickets assigned for a particular user name.
3) You can list all open tickets by giving the Date Range
