Are there still no other payment-methods in germany?

Hello,
Searching the Adobe-Sites many old statements can be found which claim that other payment methods then CreditCard will be added to CC.
It is okay for me to pay for a whole year and I really would like to pay via giro transfer or debit.
It is also okay for me if you have any resellers / stores where I could do that.
Edit:/ By the way: I am interested in the students version of CC

Are there still bugs in Elements 4?
Looking at the feature list I am tempted to buy Elements 4. But I have read many reviews that indicate that it is "bug ridden"- most reviews are dated just after release. Have Adobe fixed the bugs now?

Unfortunately you seem to be suffering from what has come to be known in PE4 terms as the "Goldilocks Syndrome". Do you remember when Goldilocks ate the porridge; one was too hot; one was too cold and one was just right. This went on with the beds etc. Well, it seems (from this very forum) that PE4 has a similar problem; if your computer is over specified (even with ALL the latest available drivers installed), it won't run properly; if it is under specified (even with ALL the latest available drivers installed), it also won't run properly, it has to be just right. There are people out there who's computers are just right, as we don't hear from them, obviously.
See if you can take your copy of PE4 back to the shop (they should have told you that a new one was coming out, well, if they were a good shop) and wait for PE7 which should have all the PE4 bugs worked out. They don't have to do much with the interface as it's already flawless. Very difficult to improve on the best. They just have to make sure it works on E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E's computer.
Have a look at Steve's PE7 introduction video's on the Adobe website. That's how a software should work.

iphone 6 came with 8.x. From what I have been reading 8.1 was a positive update for people who already have 8.0. Those people with 7.x, I'd wait. People are still reporting:
-- wifi problems
-- video mirroring problems.
-- slow down of their device.

HDMI issues abound with all providers and all TV manufacturers. Samsung does seem to have its fair share of the complaints, and not just with Verizon FIOS. Always make sure you have the latest firmware for your TV. Others seem to find success by reverting to component plus audio cables (still full 1080i). A quick search of these forum for "HDMI handshake issues" will reveal several threads for you to study. Also try other forums for other providers. Another resource is avsforum.com where you can specifically search for problems unique to your very model of TV.

Generate check thorugh other payment method and multiple bank keys

I have around 20000 vendor (3 rd party company) for one company code, each using different vendor bank branch and sub-branch. Do I need to create 20000 bank keys or should I use account holder name to indicate different bank and branch. or there are other solution?
for one vendor, it is a company, I maintain payment method G (giro, local wire)in LFB1, I run F110, select that vendor and payment method G, but system generate paylink check, but according to my understanding, system will only generate check if we use payment method C, how can system generate check with payment method G?

Check the payment method details in Country in FBZP. According to my understanding there is a radio button to define a method as cheque payment.

After you pay for the order, you can change your payment information to None.
Creating a new iTunes Store or App Store account
When you create a new store account or sign in with an existing Apple ID (that you haven't used in the store), you must provide a payment method. If you want to remove the payment method after you create the account, you can change your payment information to None.
