If you live in the U.S. are you allowed to buy Japanese apps?
If they're in the US AppStore why not?
If you mean buying them from the Japanese AppStore, then no, it won't let you because you need an iTunes account for the country of the AppStore. And you can't open an iTunes Account to buy unless you have a credit card address for that country.

You have to be in a country, and have a billing address in that country, to download from its store. You can try requesting that the app be added to the Slovenia store, but unless the app's developer/rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

When I try to sync photos or music, I followed all the steps, picked onle folder, not the whole library. When I hit "apply" I got this message:
Are you sure you want to remove 30 apps from iPad. This will delete these apps and their data from the iPad" What can I change to just download the photos and not interfere with the apps?
(By the way, the memory is not even one quarter full)
Thanks for your help - PatI have the same problem. I updated my mac to 10.5, which then had me update apps like itunes, etc. then it wanted me to sync my purchased music to my ipad before i updated the ipad...which worked ok. then when i was syncing the photos i got the same message when i hit "apply" asking are you sure you want to delete the 12 apps from the ipad - clicked "no" and brought me back to the original screen. Got the same message when trying to move them from the hard drive to the ipad. WHat is going on and how do I correct this? Thanks

Thank you for your responses.. To Sjazbec, At least you guys in Germany and the Netherlands have some kind of posters from Apple to let you know that the feature is not available.
There is no such warning on the Irish Apple site.!
My point was that, I would not have even considered trying to reorganize my itunes library had I known that the feature is not available in Ireland.
And that falls into the domain of Apple Ireland advertising.. which I"m sorry to say is false and misleading.
There are no "posters" telling the Irish customer that icloud / itunes music is not available!
I"m not blaming Apple for not "having the feature" in Ireland.. I am upset at them for falsing advertising a feature that they cannot for whatever reason deliver to Irish customers..

3. Tap on your Apple ID
4.Tap "View Apple ID"

6. Tap "Country/Region."
7. Tap "Change Country/Region"
8. Select the country/region where you are located.

You can only use the country's store in which you are located and your payment method must be associated with that country.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

You can change the settings in Security & Privacy to "Anywhere"...
That should work... as to whether the printer driver will work, that's another question.

I cannot download an app from the app store, it keeps loading until it says "You have already purchased this app so it will be downloaded no at no additional charge", and then it prompt for password and I input it after which nothing happens.
I know my icloud has record of my installing this app before, but that was the first install that was failed during that time some other apps also keeps loading without respond whey they updated itself, and this app didn't install before I restart the device. But I don't see this app on my device after I restarted the device so it should have been installed on my device. It seems icloud has created some kind of dead loop that makes it not able to get the correct status about this app on my device.
I have no problem install this app on my other device (iPad) with the same account, but just fail on my iPhone. And it just fine installing other apps...... What happened !!?? @@

I have created an apple id on my pc but when i'm trying to download free apps from itunes store it's asking for credit card information which i don't have, that's why i went through apple support there i found "if you don't have credit card then click on none option but the problem is there isn't any none option so plzzzz some help me?
If you have an existing ID, & you don't want to use a credit card, you'll have to redeem an iTunes gift card. If you don't want to do that, you'll have to create a new ID by following the directions here, EXACTLY:

You can only sync to one iTunes Library/one computerbut you can manage music among different computers. See:

The only way to sync app from the desktop computer is to make that the syncing computer. You can't sync app from more than one iTunes Library/one computer.
To make the desktop computer the syncing computer you have to:
- get all apps and other item on the desktop computer
- Authorize the computer for the iTunes accounts inquestion
- Connect the iPod to the desktop computer and make a backup by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and selecting Backup
- Restore the iPod from that backup -
When I try to download a app from my new iPad and my iPhone 5 there are security questions that I may of forgot. But it works perfectly on my iPod . Is there any way to change the security passwords back to something I know ?
It seems to me this is craxy - I can play personal videos and put my pics up on the TV via wireless - but not things I bought through itunes. I guess I ahve to ask myself w hy I would want to keep buying things through itunes if I want to watch them on my TV> If I buy thorugh Amazon prime or netflix, I can watch in either place. I'm so frustrated and in desperate need of help, I don't know what else to do! Certain apps such as Tumblr (I've previously had the Tumblr app on my phone) and Vine will NOT dowload on my phone. I've tried deleting all apps from both my iPhone and iTunes, I've tried restoring my phone then backing it up, I've tried downloading the app from iTunes while my phone is plugged into my computer, etc. When I search the apps in the app store they show up but the 'FREE' button is white and unclickable, it's very frustrating. When I download it from iTunes while my phone is plugged in I can watch it download, but when it's done it immediately dissapears from the screen and from my phone. When I plug my phone into iTunes it say I have the Tumblr and Vine apps, but I assure you, I do not. I have deleted and tried to add them so many times but it never works. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!
Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!
