Are you waiting to get error message, or are you toggling back and forth?

Just curious of the 'technique' you are using. Are you waiting to get the "network connection was reset" error message or are you just quickly hitting the "i" and "m" keys back and forth?
I've been doing a little bit of both with NO success.

I clicked back and forth a couple of times and after the 7th or 8th time I would wait. It finally worked after 30 minutes of doing this. Hope you are up and runnung soon.:)

By rebuilding your library.
Back up your iPhoto library before you do that.
If iPhoto is open, quit it.
Hold down the Option and Command keys while you open iPhoto (click the iPhoto icon in the Dock).
The Photo Library First Aid window opens.
Click "Rebuild database" and click the "rebuild" button.

The startup disk may need repairing ...
Launch Disk Utility located in HD > Applications > Utilities
Select the startup disk on the left then select the First Aid tab.
Click: Verify Disk (not Verify Disk Permissions)
If the disk needs repairing, restart your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys. From there you can access the built in utilities in OS X Recovery to repair the startup disk.

Select a Finder window, Finder->View->Customize Toolbar…, and add it back.

If you don't have a SuperDrive you will not be able to burn DVDs.
Did iDVD come preinstalled on your Mac? If it did then you should have a SuperDrive and be able to burn DVDS. Check the Disk Burning section of System Information
to see what you can read and write with your optical drive:

When attempting to play songs on itunes, getting error message that file cannot be found and asked if i want to locate it. not sure where it went. do have new computer and all files were transferred to new machine.

I just tried to play some songs that i have in itunes and i get an error message that says file can't be located. It appears to be on about half the songs of the thousands I have in there. I do have a new computer and transferred the itunes library about a month ago. I have successfully managed ipod on new computer. I wonder if it is a licensing issue but this is just the second computer althought the third hard drive these songs have been on. It is affecting songs loaded from CD's and purchased from itunes on the old computer alike.

When tracks in iTunes display a it means the file cannot be located; it may have been moved or deleted. You'll have to locate the file manually if it is still available. For more information refer to the following article:

Trying to download from audible.co.uk but get error message that iTunes is incorrectly loaded and i should reinstall - error message 1007. I have no idea how to do this or why i get the message as iTunes works perfectly well.

I am not that computer literate. I want to know why i can't get my audible books onto my iTunes. I get an error message that says iTunes was inccorectly loaded and i should reload it. Not only do I not know how to do this but i don't think it needs to be done. I have used itunes for other things and it is working perfectly OK. I get an error message 1007

I try to open Firefox. Get error message saying Firefox is already running and needs to close - another error message say Firefox can't open

Turned on laptop (rebooted) after being away from it for a few hours. Went to open my home page. Error message popped up saying Firefox is already running and must be closed. I closed it and another error message popped up saying Firefox can't open - incomplete or missing files.
I went into Processes to close Firefox. Selected 'end process' but nothing happened.
Tried to use Internet Explorer but it just gets hung up. Cannot access anything.

What's the precise text of that message please, tex? (There's a couple of different ones I can think of that you might be getting.)

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

In fact, XE 11.2 is currently not supported on 64 bit Windows machines. See the [url http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17781_01/install.112/e18803/toc.htm#BABHICJH]System Requirements documented in the Installation Guide for XE 11.2.
The error you receive has been reported often when people tried to install on 64 bit anyway. There are workarounds for that issue, e. g. described in this thread: {thread:id=2289186}

I am trying to create a Genius list using the update Genius on the Store but I keep getting error message 4002. I have deleted and reinstalled iTunes but the same thing keeps happening.

After soak test update, I get error messages repeatedly. It's not like my games aren't working, it is my messaging and "android os"...my lifeline at work!

Oh no, I am sorry to hear your messages are not working since the software update. I greatlly appreciate doing all that troubleshooting to try and get the messaging application back in business. I know how much I rely on my messages so I can understand the urgency to get this resolved. Have you had a resolution ticket opened since you started experiencing issues with your messages? Does this happen with all contacts or just some? Please provide additional information to ensure we get to the bottom of this for you.
