I tried what you said but it still didn't help.
It only affects some of my apps other apps are fine.
For some reason in some of my apps the iPad, time and battery icons get bigger on the top of my screen so I can't see the top of the app page which effects some of the games and applications.

Google Spreadsheet tabs are covered by task bar in latest Firefox version

When I open a Google spreadsheet in FF, I can no longer see the tabs for separate sheets at the bottom of the spreadsheet because they are covered by the task bar. This does not occur when the same spreadsheet is displayed in Chrome and the problems has only just started occurring with FF 4.0. Is there any solution to this?

The problem seems to be solved suddenly. I don't know why but every time I load maps now I see the full version and not the lite one. It looks so strange…

Black area covering 2nd file open

I just installed Adobe 9.3 (new install) and I am having a problem when I open a second PDF. I open the first file and it is fine. When I open the second or subsequent files a black area covers most of the document and I cannot read it. If I close the 2nd document and reopen the same thing happens. It does not matter which file is open first or second, the second has this black area covering the document.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and there was no change. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having some problems formulating a query to find the set of fields that are covered by one set of views and not another.
I won't paste the abomination I'm currently butting heads with but basically I'm using INFORMATION_SCHEMA.VIEW_COLUMN_USAGE
I need underlying field name (not alias), view that includes it and table that it comes from.
Any pointers would be greatly helpful

How get area covered by text drawn on a jpanel?

I'm trying to get the full area that a string of text covers when drawn on a JPanel. I use the below code and the width seems to be correct, but the height is wrong (I use it to make the mouse cursor change when over it). I can't seem to get the exact location of every pixel of the characters. It's either too low or misses the bottom part (I've been altering the code a lot). What am I doing wrong?

dbThat's weird - it works! The problem is when i use the LineMetrics, the value it gives for getAscent() is actually the text's height! TextLayout has this correctly as the height.

In an idle situation how much area is covered by a cisco 3502i acceccpoint , I understand there are many factor that will effect this , thats why I am adking in idle situation , I am looking for a number is square feet.

Data you can get about 5000 sqft
Voice about 3200 sqft
Location probalby more like 2600 sqft
these should be considered general guidlines, your mileage may vary.

Photos are covering text

First timer here,
I created a page and it looked great, but my photo was covering the links at the top. So I went back in and moved it down just a little and all of a sudden the text that had been on the photo was gone. I found it underneath, but I can't figure out how to make it show up again on top of the photo.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what am I doing wrong?

Some of the files in my pictures are covered with a white page, how do I clear it?

I was working in Sony Vegas to put a dvd together with both video and pictures, the program kept becoming unresponsive and after about the 4th time I noticed that some of my picture files were covered with a white page. I can open the files to see my photos but I can not up load the photos any longer. Any clue how to resolve this issue?

Depending on your anticipated traffic loads, a high-gain omni in the center with directionals on the periphery aimed at the omni usually works pretty well.
If you are anticipating heavy traffic from each/all peripheral locations, then you may want to go with several APs at the center, each with a directional antenna toward the remote it will serve.
If you are trying to cover a large area for clients (i.e. WISP) then you're looking at a large matrix of APs ala cellular ... conencted either by cabling, or an RF backbone (like the 15000 series ... 802.11b to the clients, 802.11a forms a mesh backbone).
Some details would help.
