Arent adobe story included in creative cloud

do we need to pay extra for adobe story when we already havecreative cloud

There is an issue when logging into adobe story.  If you select adobe story from the Apps page of creative cloud, you are taken to a "Get Started" link.  Because you are already logged into cloud the system screws up and sends you to the free page with an option to purchase an upgrade.  Any link you use to try and log in results in similar results.  The following fix works some/most of the time. Completely log out of creative cloud and close the Creative cloud app on your system.  Clear your brouser cashe if needed.  Use the link below to connect to the Adobe Story home page.  Now when you connect you will be asked to log in again.  This time the system will see you are an adobe creative cloud authorized user and take you to the Adobe story CC Plus page.  There in the middle of the page you will see an option to download the "Desktop" version of the program if you need that option.  I used Windows IE 11 on a Windows 8.1 machine and this worked for me after hours of futile attempts via the Adobe pages.  Hover over the link to see the path.  Good Luck

  • Lightroom included in Creative Cloud? Timing?

I'm asking a question that has been asked before, but with no response! WHEN is Lightroom going to be included in Creative Cloud. I am using a trial version of LR 4.1 and have only 7 days to go. I do NOT want to purchase LR and find that all of a sudden it is included in Creative Could. Please, Adobe, a definitive answer. Thank you!

Victoria, you're absolutely right about the post.
However, Adobe should make some sort of overture to people who have bought into the Creative Cloud and want to have LR4 as well. After all, they announced that it is coming SOON. That leaves people like me out on a limb not knowing where to turn. Should I spend the money (waste is the proper word!) to upgrade from version 3 or should I just let the trial version expire and wait until they finally added to CC. Adobe should give their customers a little guidance!

I've searched the website but still don't see what's included in Creative Cloud. I assume Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. But does it also include Bridge and Acrobat pro?
Thank you and sorry if the answer is obvious...

  • Sites included in Creative Cloud

Can anybody tell me what level of Business Catalyst sites are included in Creative Cloud. The web pages only say five sites, amd customer support can't seem to find the answer. Of the sites correspond only to the basic level, they really don't do anything for me.

The sites included are the basic level, see: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4355322#4355322
You will be able to upgrade them soon, see: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4387492#4387492

  • My adobe presenter redemption code (creative cloud) membership does not work.

my adobe presenter redemption code (creative cloud) membership does not work.  Each time I input my presenter code at creativecloud/redeem it returns a message 'ooops, this code has been redeemed.'

I got both installed but on installing Presenter keeps giving errors that a previous version is installed on the computer and cannot proceed.  I verified that there is no previous version and keep redoing the install and get stuck AGAIN and AGAIN at this point.
I also verified that I have the latest version of Flash on Chrome and I have the latest version.  Why is Adobe so all over on downloading/installing their products.  I (and other paying customers)  cannot waste more time on this very simple procedure just because the software packages are not packaged properly or. the teams in charge of ensuring the products DID NOT correctly package the products securely (with the updates included) and more importantly, ensured that the products were linked to user accounts who purchased them.

I am a long-term user of Lightroom as a standalone product with a perpetual licence. As a retired person on limited income, it is very disappointing to me that Adobe have introduced the 'Creative Cloud' (CC) subscription service in order for me to be able to continue upgrading this excellent product. It will be for me too expensive at the minimum cost of £9 per month. The additional services that CC brings are personally of no relevance or usefulness. Adobe should be prepared to support existing users who are, like myself, non commercial, amateur photographers by giving them the simple opportunity to upgrade to Lightroom 6 as a standalone, perpetual licence product. As a member of a camera club I know my co-members who use Lightroom are equally disappointed by this move to a subscription-only service.

That is possible, John, but it is only speculation on your part. Might, not will.

There is a "Lightroom 6" upgrade available for US $79 if you have a valid license for any of the earlier versions. From what I can tell, the only difference between Lightroom 6 Full, Lightroom 6 Upgrade and LightroomCC is in the license. The download file is the same.
Other differences - with CC you get LrMobile/LrWeb and they throw in a free copy of Photoshop too.
Yes, but when I bought my standalone license and clicked on the "Download" button it took me to the LightroomCC page. The downloaded file is named Lightroom 6, but in the CC app the installed program is LightroomCC (2015).

  • Accessing multiple PSD layers in Adobe Photoshop Touch from Creative Cloud is important to me.

Accessing multiple PSD layers in Adobe Photoshop Touch from Creative Cloud is important to me. When will Touch be updated with this function? Want the ability to view multiple layers the same way Creative Cloud website can. Having the ability to turn multiple layers on an off in Touch from and uploaded PSD file. As it stand Touch flattens imported Layered PSD files. (Not very useful)

    Hi Bford225,
I moved your post over to the Photoshop Touch forum because it seemed mostly about Photoshop Touch.
Currently, I'd recommend converting RAW images to Jpeg in either Photoshop or Lightroom and then uploading them to Creative Cloud for working with them in Photoshop Touch. I know raw support is something our developers are considering so please add your vote here:
    http://forums.adobe.com/ideas/1227
How you best incorporate Photoshop Touch into your workflow is hard to say. What works best for one person may not be true for everyone. Photoshop Touch obviously doesn't have all the capabilities of its desktop counterpart but it does have the ease of use and portability of being on a tablet. Personally, I like using Photoshop Touch for editing images taken with the iPad or my iPhone for convience versus transferring to transfer to the computer, or even if I still do, I can do some of the initial edits from the tablet first. Its nice when I only have the tablet available and not a computer. For images I take with my DSLR I always do my editing in Photoshop and Lightroom. I'm able to make any adjustments on the computer much faster than on a tablet.
If you have the option to shoot in both Jpeg and RAW that might be good option (best of both worlds). Do you have the ability to import images from the camera without using a computer - using a camera connectivity kit or something like that? My recommendation would be expermentation, test out different workflows on the tablet and see how you like it and find what works best for you.

  • Install Adobe Photoshop CS6 after Creative Cloud failed...

When I start my Adobe Photoshop, I alwasy get asked to reactivate my abonnement even if I bought a CS6 Version with a Serialnumber... This product is registrated in my Adobe Acount. What can I do to use my Adobe Photoshop with my serialkey instead with Creative Cloud.... (I used the Removal Tool from Adobe to remove my Creative Cloud Applications bevor I installed the CS6 Adobe Photoshop without Creative Cloud..)

Claudias31518194 what specific error do you receive them you open Photoshop CS6?  Did you previously evaluate the Creative Cloud version of Photoshop?  If so I would recommend removing all installed Adobe Creative software titles and reinstalling the versions you plan to continue using.
Without doing so you may still have upgraded components installed which could lead to unexpected results similar to the repeated request to activate.  You can find details regarding the uninstall process at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.
If you need a fresh copy of the retail installation files for Creative Suite 6 they are available at Download CS6 products.
