Arghhhh tugo locked me out!
Evening guys,
OK, deep breath!
Tugo has glitched out on me, failing to send texts. So I cleared cache, and data.
That took me to the login screen.
Every time I entered the phone number and password a popup appeared saying something along the lines of "not available for pay monthly customers try later" then all of a sudden it said only three codes allowed in 24hrs. And to try back in 24hrs.
So, as cs are closed I've tried live chat (I know) and they're less than useless (I know) basically they've said you've got to wait the 24hrs and they can't reset it..
Is this correct? Can live chat reset the tugo account?
Is there anything I can do in the mean time? Where I live (the position of the building) I rely on that app, otherwise it's hit and miss as to whether I've got a signal.
I could go outside and pick up 4g but that's hardly convenient atm.

It may not work now, but delete the app completely and re-install it.
Log in with your original log in details. If it doesn't work then I'm afraid you need to get CS to reset it for you which does take 24 hours (if you're lucky)

Due to my brother locking me out of my ipod touch I had to wait an hour to log in again. Unfortunately when I did this, I, again put in the wrong password twice more, each time locking me out for a further 60 minutes. On my 3rd attempt to log in the wrong password was entered again. This time though instead of logging me out for another 60mins it now tells me to "connect to itunes" but I have no idea how to do this and I am now unable to use my ipod. My Iphone 4 has locked me out. Homescreen will show up but cannot get slider to open keypad. SOmetimes if I tap enough things the key pad will display. When I enter the passcode it will not register. If I hit each passcode number twice it will register but then tells me I have the wrong code. I also have boxes and rectangles that appear to highlight items which never used to come up. Anyone have any experience with something like this?

Moving along, press and hold both the power button and home button together for about 10 seconds. Then, press the power putton to turn it back on. -
When I powered off my iPod Touch (2nd Gen) and back on, it created a password, which I never had one set. After trying several times, it has locked me out officially and is saying, "iPod is disabled Connect to iTunes." When I managed to get it into recovery mode, it will start to restore it, then come up with an error message saying, "The iPod "iPod" could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build."
Any idea on how to get it to restore?

I did have a password, but got rid of it in November of 2011. I did try it, as well as several other passwords.Start here.

I set up an apple id for my 12 year old, a verfication email was sent, but google has locked her out because of age. How do I get the verfication email?
Should each person in my house have their own apple id and password?

Ask Google... they locked you out of the email account. -
Does anyone know of an IPhone app to lock myself out of my phone for a certain period of time?
Does anyone know of an app I can use so that I can lock myself out of my phone for a specified time interval? There are times where my phone becomes a distraction and it would be easier to just lock myself out of it for 45 mins than to go to the trouble of putting it somewhere were I won't notice it and it will be too far away from me to just pick it up and start searching social media sites as procrastination.
It's called "SelfControl". It can be a little hard to learn to use but it's worth the effort.

my friend took my phone and tried to guess my password to unlock it, and he locked me out of my phone for a minute, but when it unlocked and i tried to use my phone all of my apps, photos, all my data had been deleted. how can i get them back?
As Ocean20 say, your only shot at recovering the photos and data is to restore from a backup (with iTunes if you took the backup with iTunes, through iCloud if you took the backup through iCloud).
The erasure is to prevent your data from falling into the hands of somebody who takes your phone and eventually guesses your password. If you feel that the inconvenience caused by this feature and your friend outweighs the trouble that somebody could cause if they got possession of your contacts and other data, you can change this behaviour.
Settings > General > Passcode Lock > Erase Data > OFF -

My children have accidetly locked me out of my iPhone 4s, I was showing my youngest how to put a pass word on her ipod, by using my phone as a demo and when it came time to put the pass code in my baby touched the screen and ...well...uh oh. Now the pass code to get into the phone is a mystery. How do I fix this I can't get into my phone at all . I've never synced my iphone to my computer but I do sync to Icloud. I have to pay $19.99 just to talk to someone from apple support.

My phone has locked me out!!!!
My stupid husband was trying to break in to my phone, kept entering the wrong password. Now my iphone is disbled for x time. I enter my correct password and it wont work and locks me out even longer. Does anyone have a solution?
sorry to hear that and sorry I can't offer any technical advise. But maybe a relationship advise - make your husband buy you a new phone if you can't get it to work again. That will teach him not to break into anyone's phone again Just kidding BTW... sorry

i have a new email so have a new apple ID now and am trying to change it in icloud. but it has locked me out and won't send my email a reset password link for some reason. even though it says its sent, it doesnt come to the email address. help!
Welcome to the Apple community.
If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
You will need to show patience with the procedure and be prepared to demonstrate without question that the account belongs to you. Don’t expect access to be restored immediately and if you aren’t the owner of the Apple ID registered to the device the account won’t be reset.

help!!!!! i just uploaded 2 days ago the new 7 update to my phone , then yesterday morning , it said disabled and asked me for my pass code . I couldnt remember what it was , so after trying different ones it finally locked me out for good. how do i fix this !!!!!!?????
If your phone is disabled from entering the wrong passcode too many times you'll have to restore it to remove the passcode, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212.

Did an IOS update last week and after the Ipad rebooted it said slide to unlock then asked for a passcode to be entered..... I have never set a passcode ever ??
What number do I enter to unlock the Ipad ... have tried the usual 0000 and 9999 etc but just locks me out .... HELP !!!
Or is there a way to go back to factory settings ?? (Without losing my Apple ID etc)
ThanksIf this was your first update to iOS 7 then you were asked to CREATE a passcode. Also there would have been a small Skip button to avoid creating the passcode. If, when you encountered that request you went ahead and entered a passcode number then you must use that number to unlock your device. Once the device is unlocked you can change or delete the passcode using the Settings app.
To completely remove the passcode lock you need to connect your iPad to the computer you normally sync with and restore the iPad. This will erase all data on the iPad so be sure your info, photos, etc. are backed up first. -
After my friend locked me out of my iPhone with too many wrong password attempts I restored my iPhone via recovery mode and now it is showing that picture of a cable leading towards itunes, and itunes says the sim is not supported but it is the original sim. How do I fix this?
Something went wrong with the update, this can and does happen with every version of iOS.
There is nothing wrong with the update.
Simply restore the device via iTunes on the computer.
If iTunes is stating it will take hours to update, that indicates an extremely slow Internet connection and is likely the reason the OTA update failed. -
