Arrange order of KM Folders

Hi guys,
I have a KM navigational iView configured to a KM Folder in /documents. Within it has sub folders and documents. I want to arrange them in a specific order which cannot be achieved by sorting base on time/name/size. Anyone knows how to do it?

How can I arrange a sequence of folders on my iPad?

I have about 30 folders given an object title, eg Widgets 1ft-4ft, Dingbats 1ft-4ft, and so on correctly ordered in iPhoto. I want the folders to appear in a sequential order by object name and sizes, but when I sync it throws some of the folders out of sequence. Any help would be gratefully received, thank you

How do I re-arrange order of songs in a playlist in itunes 10.3.1?

Just had a technician tune up my iMac yesterday and apparently he upgraded itunes to version 10.3.1. I just tried to re-arrange a playlist song order and I couldn't do it by trying to drag a song to a different order slot in the list. Can anyone explain how to do it please? Thanks! Allison

Allison, open the playlist and do two things: (1) Click above the column of numbers, so that a little triangle appears there. (2) Make sure Shuffle (the two crossing arrows at the lower left) is turned off.
Then you will be able to drag songs up or down in the playlist.

How to set default sort order for all folders/albums/etc

This is driving me nuts, having to change the sort order from manual to file name every time I change projects or folders (and I have a lot of both). Is there a way to set the default to just sort by file name ascending? Or sort by timestamp (that's date + time, not just date)?

Arranging/Ordering images in a slideshow

It seems that when I upload images to a slideshow, they play in a random order. Is it possible to have the images appear in a certain order?

The images in the slideshow appears in the order they appear in the thumbnails box, unless you have the option to shuffle, checked. Screen shot - http://prntscr.com/3mq8if
I will recommend that you, in order to arrange them in a certain order, use the thumbnails box and if you are not willing to use the thumbnails in your design then you can disable that once after you have arranged the images.

How do I sort the order of bookmark folders themselves?

I see plenty of instructions on how to sort marks ''within'' a folder, but I'm unable to find how to sort the order of the bookmark folders themselves. Ideally, I'd like to alphabetize them, but on occasion I might prefer sorting by the date the folder was created.

Don't use the Views menu to sort as that is only for viewing bookmarks in the bookmarks manager (hence the name of the menu item).<br />
To sort items you need to use Sort By Name in the right-click context menu in the right pane.

How to Re-arrange Order of Tracks

I simply want to re-arrange the order of tracks in Multitrack Mode. Please advise. (There I even said "Please"). I searched the lousy online manual, and NO HELP.

You should be able to grab the track panel at the upper left corner, over a dotted "gripper" area, and click-and-drag the track to whichever position you'd like.

Arranging webpages in sub-folders

Hello All,
I am working on a JSF application, where i want to arrange my webpages in sub-folders and corresponding beans in respective packages. So the hierarchy for my webpages should be something like : Web Pages > ui and the ui folder will again have subfolders like : reference, common, config etc. The corresponding beans will be put in the package: testproject > ui > reference,common,config etc.
The problem however is Netbeans adds getter methods for every bean in the bean classes. for example:

return (SessionBean)getBean("ui$common$SessionBean");
Obviously i don't want Netbeans to generate this code. Can anyone please suggest me the solution/workaround for this?
I know arranging my pages in this way will not allow me to use the design view. But i am anyway can not use design view as i am using Ajax4jsf library in my project.
I would very much appreciate if someone can help me on this...

Arrange Sort Files and Folders in CC Website

Does anyone know how to arrange and/or sort files and collections in the Creative Cloud website? I uploaded files, and they are currently listed there in the order they were updated. I would like to sort them alphabetically with collections first then files. How can I do this? Thanks.

Currently there is no functionality like you describe, but I agree that this would be really helpful.

CAN'T SELECT INDIVIDUAL PAGES IN THUMBNAILS TO RE-ARRANGE ORDER...

I have two Pages documents with text boxes, photos etc, which I created with separate pages using 'Sections' (add Blank) so that I could change page order etc in the thumbnails preview.
I've just opened the documents to edit/update them and both are now not allowing me to select and move the individual pages in the thumbnail viewer.
When I try to select a page it selects the whole document, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid by creating the pages/document with 'sections'.
Also I can't insert a new page into the document where I choose. I want to add new pages into various places in the document and can't.
Anyone have any idea how I can make the pages individually selectable again? And be able to insert a page where I choose? Took hours to create these documents and don't want to start from scratch again.
And does anyone know why suddenly the pages are 'locked' locked together when I specifically created the document with separate section pages? Want to avoid this happening in future; REALLY annoying!
If this is a Pages fault it stinks. If you can't simply re-arrange pages in a Pages document by drag and drop that's BAD! Anyone know a good alternative to Pages which allows this function?

Ok, you are expecting Pages to work in a way it doesn't. You seem to have a Word processing document and the idea is to add or delete content, not pages. Pages will adjust to commode the contetn.
On the other hand if you can Insert > Section breaks where you want to add a page or Insert > Page break.
Layout documents will work as you want it but you need to use text boxes to being able to add text.

How to change the order of picture folders loaded from my Computer to my TV via Apple TV?

My picture folders have this format: YYYY-mm Folder name. In iTunes I activate homesharing and chose my photo gallery on my PC.
I would like to have folder, say 2012-08 "Folder name" to appear on the top(not at the bottom) of the long list of folders on my TV. How can that be done?

Ordering albums within folders

When I drag albums within folders sometimes they go to where I want them, sometimes they just snap back to the top of the list. From other fora this seems to be a definite bug.
1) Anybody know otherwise?
2) There used to be an option to report bugs it's not leaping out at me today.
Any anydeas anyone?

It's ticked 'Manual'. But you got me thinking. So I ticked by 'Kind' - just to force it to toggle - and then rearranged manually. It's behaving itself now and I can move things where I want.

Last time I checked this could not be done in iPhoto and I figured I'd take a shot in case it can be done in Aperture.

Check to make sure your Mac Pro is not logged in to your MMe account. Then in iPhoto's Accounts preference pane also make sure your MMe account isn't active. If it's listed in the Account window on the left select it and click on the "-" button below the window.

Tool re-arranging order for personal preference

I am a #1 PSCS5 user and there is no prog. to compare--- one major request for the next build---please make the tools arrangeable per user preference. As an artist, most of the tools I use are either at the top or 3/4 down- eating my time up on tasks. I understand the sequence of layout that you have presented. If I could place the tools I use most in a 1,2,3 order my timing would be cut in half...and I do work fast! Know that there are certain shortcuts to this request but none that would compare if I could place in the sequence I that I use. I am sure that I am not the only person who would appreciate this! Thank you for considering this request!

have downloaded but now need to get this to work... created new tool order but have yet to get this to be recogonized by PS but see there are responses that address this... will try... so will let you know later if this works for me! A... says this is a 30 day trial... is everything a trail and error?

Music ordering within F# folders in ipod_control?

May seem like a really stupid question actually, but I was wondering if anyone knew 'for sure' how new songs were added to the iPod's ipod_control/music folder.
my hunch is that the new songs are added to the highest numbered 'F' folder but that said I'm not 100% sure.
Will really help speed up my regular backups if I only have to do 1 folder instead of all 49 of them :P

Those weird folder and file names are the actual songs on your iPod.
They are not on the iPod twice. They will be on your computer once and on the iPod once.
(They appear with the weird names to make it difficult to copy - or "pirate" - music from your iPod to someone else's computer.)
iTunes is able to decode them and shows the actual artist name, song name, etc.
