Array degraded but all drive modules are OK

The Xserve RAID is a 14 x 250 Gb P-ATA model. One of the module went bad 3 months ago; I had no spare and the applecare replacement took a whole month to arrive. In the mean time, I bought an Apple 400 Gb P-ATA module and used it without any problem (had to upgrade to 1.5).
Once I received the replacement 250 Go and since I had to reformat the array anyway (purpose of the RAID changed), I swapped the 400 for the 250 and kept the former as a spare.
Sorry for the looong intro, but now, the problem :
Another drive went bust and had to be replaced. Swapped the bad 250 for the "spare" 400 module. A yellow light appeared on the module instead of the green one. No rebuilding was done.
RAID admin says that the array is degraded but if I look at the drives, they are all OK. The only "problem" is that the Drive Cache is disabled for this module and enabled for the others in the array. I tried to re-enable it through the settings but if I restart the array, It switches back to disabled.
I tried to force a parity rebuild. Took almost 5 seconds and did not work. the event log states :

Last thing I tried was to shut down, unplug, wait, replug, restart. done nothing.
I would like to reformat the drive module but I have no P-ATA xserve here. I thought It might have come from the fact It was used before in the same array.
Any ideas ?

Me again. I backup up the data and deleted the array. When I try to create a new one, the drive module in question is unselectable and a message states :
Drive 12 already belongs to a RAID set. (except it doesn't). I more and more wish I had a P-ATA xserve to format the drive in, but I don't. Any idea on how to format directly a drive module in a Xserve RAID?

You can have a different receiving email in the Messages app on each device : Settings > Messages > Receive At . I'm not sure that there is a different way to have the message only go to one device.

When I print to pdf on Mac, the first page comes out fine but all the rest are magnified and shifted up and right

I click File>Print. Whether I open pdf in Preview, save to pdf, or just print, I get this error. The first page is fine, but all the rest are shifted up and to the right and magnified.
I've never been able to print out a multi-page document on Firefox with my new computer. I can copy/paste the address to Safari (gross) and it prints just fine, either to pdf or to a hard copy.
Save me from having to use Safari!

Making sure the fonts were embedded helped some, but it's still hit and miss. Sometimes I'm still missing pieces. One workaround I have found that works is just print one page without security to PDF, and then go back and replace the bad page(s) with them. So it will print properly, just not all the time. I have a copy of a word page and then what acrobat did to it. I just need to figure out how to post it here.

To resolve issues with sending and receiving iMessages, follow these steps first
Check iMessage system status for current service issues.
Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and make sure that you have registered iMessage with your phone number or Apple ID and that you have selected iMessage for use. Learn more about troubleshooting iMessage registration if the phone number or Apple ID isn't available for use.
Open Safari and navigate to www.apple.com to verify data connectivity. Learn more about troubleshootingcellular data or a Wi-Fi connection if a data connection isn't available.
iMessage over cellular data might not be available while on a call. Only 3G and faster GSM networks support simultaneous data and voice calls. Learn more about which network your phone supports. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi on to use iMessage while on a call if your network doesn't support simultaneous data and voice calls.
Restart your device.
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings on your iPhone.
If you are still unable to send or receive an iMessage, follow these steps
Make sure that the contact trying to message you isn't blocked in Settings > Messages > Blocked.
Verify that the contact you are attempting to send a message to is registered with iMessage.
If the issue occurs with a specific contact or contacts, back up or forward important messages and delete your current messaging threads with the contact. Create a new message to the contact and try again.
If the issue occurs with a specific contact or contacts, delete and re-create the contact in the Contacts application. Create a new message to the newly created contact and try again.
Back up and restore your device as new.

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
*Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
*Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
*Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

Which photos? If the missing photos were synced to the iPod then you have to get them from where you got them the first time. Synced photos are not in the backup that iTunes makes.

The original iPad can be updated to iOS 5.1.1. All more recent iPads can be updated to iOS 6.1.
If your iPad is running an iOS version prior to 5.0 you must update the iOS by connecting the iPad to your computer.
Start iTunes on the computer you normally sync with and connect your iPad.
Select your pad in iTunes on your computer.
Select Summary from the row of tabs presented.
Scroll down under Summary to find Check for Updates.
Follow the prompts. You might also disable virus protection software on your computer while doing the update. You can turn it back on when the update is complete.

Yes, I've that and it didn't work. Today, I reinstalled printer software on one printer and the "paused" message changed to "offline". It's a three-in-one printer. I turned off and on again and it still says "offline"

I also booted up Safai today which I hardly use and it was incredibly slow as well.
I don't know if it's Safari or me not using it for such a long time.
If the above fixes don't work, all I can suggest is to use Firefox or whatever until this attack thing blows over and see after that.

Yes, you do need iPhoto, or at least for the following: Plug it into the computer with the USB plug you get with it, and iTunes will automatically open. It doesn't matter if you keep it open or not, because you'll import them to iPhoto. When you open iPhoto, it will automatically go to your iPhone's inventory of photos. Choose a photo that you wish to import (or click import all), type in the titile, and click import. A pop-up message will come up that asks if yu want to keep originals. Click yes, and viola. Your photos are on your computer! Hope this helps.

Are the Apps still in your iTunes library? If they are simply make sure they are configured to sync to your iPod still. See this article for more details.
