Arrived in BW Processing: Data packet not yet processed

Hello Gurus,
Data is being loaded from export datasource (8RL*****) ti 2 data targets
The overall QM status is red (says processing is overdue)
The details tab shows
Extraction: Error occurred
Transfer(IDoc and TRFC): Error occurred
Processing (Data packet): Error occurred
   -- Transfer rule: Error occurred
     Bewegungsdaten received.Processing being started
     Message missing(35676 records) : Transfer rule finished
Update rule (0 records):Missing messages
Update(0 new/0 changed): Missing message
Processing end: Missing message
I checked the LUW in SM58 but didnt find anything.
I checked infosource (PSA) - one request is in RED, but when i check the data in PSA there are no errors.
What should I do in this case?
What might be the excat error.

Hi,
Check the DataSource in RSA3, if it is working fine and able to see the data in RSA3, there is no problem in DS level, then checl the Mappings and any routines in BW for that DS, if this is also fine then check the below options.
See Dumps in ST22, SM21 also.
Check RFC Connection between ECC and BW systems, i.e. RSA1-->Source System->Right Click on Source system and Check.
You must have the following profiles to BWREMOTE or ALEREMOTE users.So add it. Bcoz either of these two users will use in background to get extract the data from ECC, so add these profiels in BW.
S_BI-WHM_RFC, S_BI-WHM_SPC, S_BI-WX_RFC
And also check the following things.
1.Connections from BW to ECC and ECC to BW in SM59
2.Check Port,Partner Profiles,and Message Types in WE20 in ECC & BW.
3.Check Dumps in ST22, and SM21.
4.If Idocs are stuck i.e see the OLTP Idoc numbers in RSMO Screen in (BW) detials tab see in bottom, you can see OLTP Idoc number and take the Idoc numbers and then goto to ECC see the status in WE05 or WE02, if error then check the log else goto to BD87 in ECC and give the Idoc numbers and execute manually and see in RSMO and refresh.
5.Check the LUWs struck in SM58,User Name = * (star) and run it and see Strucked LUWs and select our LUW and execute manually and see in RSMO in BW.

I dont think its space problem.In st22 go with detail note.
What happend, how to correct it.Will help you to solve the problem.

Symptom
A DYNPRO_FIELD_CONVERSION dump occurs on screen 450 of the RSM1 function group (saplrsm1).

DYNPRO_FIELD_CONVERSION, 450, SAPLRSM1
Reason and Prerequisites
This is caused by a program error.
The screen contains unused, hidden fields/screen elements that are too small for the screen check that was intensified with the current Basis patch (kernel patch 880). These fields originate in the 4.0B period of BW 1.0 and are never used.
Solution
Depending on your BW system release, you must solve the problem as follows:
BW 3.0B
 ImportSupport Package 14 for 3.0B (BW 3.0B Patch 14 or SAPKW30B14) into your BW system. This Support Package will be available when note 571695 with the short text,"SAPBWNews BW 3.0B Support Package 14", which describes this Support Package in more detail, is released for customers.
BW 3.1 Content
 ImportSupport Package 8 for 3.1 Content (BW 3.10 Patch 08 or SAPKW31008) into your BW system.This Support Package will be availablewhen note 571743 with the short text, "SAPBWNews BW 3.1 Content Support Package 08", is released for customers.
The dump occurs with the invisible G_NEW_DATUM date field on the bottom right of the screen, which is only 1 byte long and can be deleted.
You can delete the following unused fields/screen elements:
%A_G_NEW_NOW Selectionfield group
G_NEW_ZEIT Input/output field
G_NEW_UNAME Input/output field
G_NEW_DATUM Input/output field
%#AUTOTEXT021 Text field
G_NEW_NOW Selection button
G_NEW_BATCH Selection button
You can delete these fields/screen elements because they are not used anywhere.
This deletion does not cause any problems.
After you delete the fields/screen elements, you must also delete the following rows in the flow logic in screen 450:
FIELD G_NEW_DATUM MODULE DOKU_NEW_DATUM.
FIELD G_NEW_ZEIT MODULE DOKU_NEW_ZEIT.
The function group is then syntactically correct.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide an advance correction.
The aforementioned notes may already be available to provide information in advance of the Support Package release.However, the short text will still contains the words "preliminary version" in this case.

Data packet not getting processed

I m loading data from one ODS to 4 regions , the source ODS is successfully loaded from der to the data targets the load is getting failed or taking loang time .
upto transfer rules the data is successful, in update rules data packets are not getting processed
kindly suggest solution, points will be assigned

Hi Katam,
In the target ODSs go to the monitor screen for a particular request -> in the menu bar go to environment -> transactRFC-> in the datawarehouse -> give the ID and date -> execute.
Check if there are entries in that. Usually this queue will be stuck and you need to execute the LUWs in the queue manually.
if it says transaction recorded u need to execute it manually

IDoc looks fine, but "Processing (data packet)" : No Data

Hi dear all:
we trying to loading data from R3 ECC 5.0 into BI 7.0. During the loading process, the status keeps "yellow".
When we checked the Details in the extractor monitor, the message shows in "Transfer (IDocs and TRFC) is "Request IDOC and Info IDoc 1 : Application document posted".
But the "Processing (data packet): No Data. We have checked on R3 in tcodes BD87 with IDoc number."IDoc entries in tRFC queues" shows red light under section of "IDoc in outbound processing".
In IDoc entries in tRFC queues, there is not revenant record for this IDoc. Also we used tcode SM37 to check job execution based on the request number of data loading. The job is shown released.
Can anyone give us some idea about what happened and how can we fix it.

Try this...heard there needs to be a setting made in T-code..SMWQR ..
U have to register the csa* queue...try getting more inputs on this...this is what I know abt this..

1. Check the master data settings of process 300900 in CP02. In the "Allocation" tab. all the necessory settings are maintained such as process diriver and defalut values like cost element, actvity allocation (should be "1" i.e. manual entry in your case)
2. Maintain the planning data for this business process through CP26 for year 2008.

I am working in a sharepoint migration project. We have migrated one SharePoint project from moss2007 to sp2013. Issue is when we are clicking on Popularity trend > usage report, it is throwing an error.
Issue: The data was not being processed to EVENT STORE folder which was present under the

I have verified few things in server which are mentioned below
Two timer jobs (Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Usage Data Processing, Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Usage Data Import) are running fine.
APPFabric Caching service has been started.
Analytics_GUID folder has been
shared with
WSS_ADMIN_WPG and WSS_WPG and Read/Write access was granted
.usage files are getting created and also the temporary(.tmp) file has been created.
uasage logging database for uasage data being transported. The data is available.
Please provide pointers on what needs to be done.

According to your description, my understanding is that you could not use popularity trend after you migrated SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2013.

Hi All,
I have one issue in BI part of Solman. For one of the scenario of Solution Manager uses its own BI component (BI_CONT 7.03 SP08 SAP_BW 700 SP15).
There is one background job which has to update the data in one of the infocube 0SMD_PE2D. This job is getting failed for the past 2 months.
When i check the logs of that background job, it shows the long text as below.
Loaded data is not yet visible in Reporting (see long text)
Message no. RSM1130
Diagnosis
There is an inconsistency between the load status of the data and the option of reporting on this data.
There is data in the InfoProvider that is OK from a quality point of view, but is not yet displayed in reporting.
The problem, for example, is to do with request 0000000494, number APO_R4CEHVODV7XS7MRL741GSMV9UB.
Procedure
Choose Refresh to remove the inconsistency.
I went to RSA1 and selected that cube and choose "Execution changes - Manage". On the right hand side under request tab page it shows all the requests with request status as Green. In Monitor there is No Data Available
I found a similar thread [Loaded data is not yet visible in Reporting for Data Mart destination cub; unfortunately solution is not updated.

In LISTCUBE i am getting the following error

System error in program SAPLRS_EXCEPTION and form RS_EXCEPTION_TO_MESSAGE
Source system is Solution Manager only, production client and BI by default its running in 001 client. We dont have any APO system in our landscape.

What is the frequency of your real time load? was it loading when you query the cube? Have you checked the status of the load? Yellow, if Yellow and if the load is completed Change the technical status to Green and you should be able to see the data. Are you sure your query restriction (if any) satisfies the data?
Probably if you look closely you would know the answer.

Error "Data packet not complete; for example, 000013" when reading from PSA

Dear all,
I have an issue with my data loading, when i execute my infopackage, i specify that it should be loaded into PSA before going to the data target. in my infopackage request i notice that i have got missing data package
e.g.
Data package 1 : everything OK
Data package 2 : everything OK
Data package 3 : everything OK
Data package 8 : everything OK
Data package 10 : everything OK
Data package 12 : everything OK
Data package 13 : everything OK
what happen to data package inbetween e.g. DP4, DP5 etc etc?
In my "step by step analysis" under the status tab everything is green and nothing seem to have went wrong, no short dump, no job cancelled, nothing.
Since everything "seems" to be alright, when i try to update subsequently to the data target, i get the following errors below.
Data packet not complete; for example, 000013
Request has errors / is incomplete
I got 2 questions here...
1. why do i have missing data package and it still showes me a green idicator?
2. how can i solve this and is this something i should be worried about?

you encounter these type of errors rarely...
but in RSMO screen, check for any TRFCs struck..
also go to the JOB in Source System and analyze the JOBLOG,
there you can find some information about what tht particular job did..!!!
and after that check for the same in the BW system...
perhaps while transferring?extracting the recordsthrough data packages, it might have missed ..
Force the request RED and repeat the IP again...
you dont need to worry about anything...simply force the request red and reload.. just let us know if the problem still persists after repeating the load...

I was researching the issue you are having and recommend a couple of things. First it might be a good idea to reset the device following iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting found here http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't quite get the device going again, I recommend restoring the device.

Can any body tell me that i had loaded 0fi_gl_4 that was succssefully load and also i loade it ods to infocube
but for further upadation in detail part there is one of the packageis not processed for that what happen is on statust bar icon is yellow and the technical status is red,n detail part when i go that unprocessed packet i try update manually for that when right click there was no option of manuall update there was only three option i.e simulate update,help node, display massage
more over data mart is also updated can any body tell
what could be the further solution for that

Hi Gurkiran
Click on the yellow data packet in the details tab. See the time below. Let it be T1. Now copy the request number from header tab.
Check in st22 for time T1 (both in warehouse and source system), whether there is a short dump for this.
If yes, then you have to proceed according to the error.
And if it time limit exceeded (or any other error which can be resloved by again updating the packet from PSA) and the load is through PSA, then you can do manual update for the yellow data packet. for this follow the procedure...
Menu Option Settings -->> Incorrect waiting time for status -->>
in that you have options. note the time as it is give there.
Suppose it is given 8 hrs.
change it to 2 seconds (or any other time but should be small)
refersh the IP once, the packet will turn red.
now you will get the option for mannual update.
Goto Edit menu option -->> Init Update -->> Packet should be processed in background.
now do mannual update for the red packet.
Before refreshing the screen change the time to 8hrs again. and then refresh.
For this mannual update, now you can monitor the Book job created in your name.

TRFC's not yet processed

Hi All,
I have a scenario here where my TFRC's for a load has't been processed yet but I see the processing of data packets are in green status. However the overall QM status of the load is in Yellow. Now if I start activating my ODS forcefully and hen try to push the TRFC's manually will those TFC's be considered? or will be of any use. Will activation be successful in this scenario?

Hi,
When Automatic Activation is on , then the source system does not think that the loading was over until the activation is over in BIW. So even the loading is over , there is some pending work in BIW( activation) to send the green signal to R/3 to say that tje loading over. So thats why BIW system makes the status to green and immedaitely turns it into yellow by starting the activation job.Once the activaion is over then BIW system sends the finishing signal of Uploading.

Data packets not updated in PSA (incorrect)

Can anybody help me on this topic.
A process chain is in error and the error message is "Data records were marked as incorrect in the PSA"
how can i maintenance the PSA to upload the relevant data packet
or is there any other way to edit the incorrect records or remove the error.

Hi,
You can go to the relevant PSA and check the data. There, you would be able to find the data records which are incorrect marked as red and others as green. Double click on any particular record and it would give you the reason for being in error and also allow you to edit the record.
Please note that the PSA records can only be edited if this particular data request has been deleted from the infoprovider. So, please ensure that this request has been deleted first from your dso/ infocube and then go for PSA maintenance.

Processing data packet (no data)

Hi all,
My issue is: I am trying to load data utilizing a custom datasource and a custom function module. When the job loads it runs successfully but no records are pulled over. However, I get records using the extractor checkor in the source system. This is working fine in our production environment (R3) but does not work in our test environment (my sap.)
Has anyone encounter a similiar problem or can suggest a possible solution?

There are no start routines, but there is a date selection in the infopackage. It uses an OLAP variable of the last 7 days. Everything shows up green except the processing of data packet shows a warning of no data.
I am confused whether this is a problem on the bw side or the sap side.
