Art work for a whole play list

I have lots of songs in a play list i want to know how to assign an art work for all of them
in one step instead of assigning image to each song one by one

I too have the exact same problem. It appears to be an error in the RSS feed generated by iWeb.
I found a link in the XML file for the "background" artwork from the iWeb template I chose to use. I replaced that line of code with location of the artwork I want to appear on iTunes Music Store.

Looks like blame is incorrectly placed. Turns out my iSCSI connector is struggling with Mavericks. When I placed the iTunes library on a local drive, everything came back to normal.

I am having trouble adding art work for itunes 12.0.1.26. Trying to add artwork after you go into "get info" and then "add artwork" doesn't work. Can anyone help. BTW, went into the authorization edit and gave my user id permission to modify things as was suggested in one posting, but that didn't work either.

When you say "mouse button", do you mean clicking on the controls in the upper left of the iTunes window or do you mean that you have special media keys on your mouse?

Did anything happen to prior to your phone acting this way? It sounds like your screen is dead, but it is hard to say without knowing what what the cause.
1) was this a gradual problem? Did the phone screen start dimming a couple months ago and now has degraded or after some event (known or unknown to you), the phone started behaving this way.
2) Can you give more specifics on the problem? You said you have a black screen, but also you can see what you're doing on screen. Is the screen just really dim? Is the screen completely black? Does anything else besides attempting to reset the device cause it to flash white?

Album Art works for most, but not all

I was reading previous forums on the subject, but no clear answer was given..
The album art shows up fine in itunes and my library and works for most of my music on my ipod, but how come some album's art does appear? I have it set manually and select 'Get Info' then 'Artwork' and add it from there, then drag in the finished product to my ipod. I've been doing that and it works fine for most of the albums, but every so often, the album art will not appear on my ipod. Am I doing something wrong? I take them all from the same source (amazon.com) but it makes no sense to me how some randomly don't appear.
I tried deleting the artwork and re-adding it, but nothing happened again. If you could answer why it works for most but not all or how I can get the album art to appear for the ones it will not by re-doing something, it would be appreciated. thanks.

I encountered the same problem in the beginning. When I compared the size of the original images, the working ones seemed to be smaller in general, so I reduced the size of all covers I intended to upload on the pod to 300x300 pixels.
This seemed to work - for 2 days. I bought the pod on friday, had pictures on sunday, but on Monday (after the first time the pod was fully discharged) none were left left.
So I ended searching this forum for related problems...
And decided to join my problem to this entry.

Art work for my podcast didn't upload to iTMS

I used GB and iWeb's podcast template to produce and post my first podcast. Everything went okay, except that the artwork did not load. Instead of the art work that I designed, a portion of the background for my iWeb podcast page shows up as the artwork.

Art work for song title

Hi All
I wonder is there a tool on that can be used to search for art work based on artist and song title rather that album.
Surly there must be something out there that can do this rather simple task, or is it that simple!

Yoga B8000-F, Worked for three whole days...

Auto-Rotate seems to be cooked.
I can boot and be in landscape, but once I turn it 90 degrees to portrait, it will flip to portrait, but not back to landscape when I turn back.
While in portrait, I can rotate 180 degrees and the display will flip accordingly, but never when I turn 90 degrees.
Screen "auto rotate" is not "locked" under the quick settings.
If I go into Settings> Accessibility and turn auto-rotate off, it switches to landscape mode, even if I'm holding it in portrait. I'll then rotate to landscape mode, turn auto-rotate on, it remains in landscape, but once I rotate again to portrait, it is stuck there until I toggle the Accessibility setting again.
Three factory resets, all to no avail.
I'm sorry to say I'm done with this model. I do not want to bother with taking a chance on a replacement that might work for properly for just 3 weeks or three months.

Tricks for getting your play list in order.

I was having trouble with getting my play list right, I couldn't get albums which had tracks that featured more artists than just the original artists to show up as one album. When you order on artist you get a cover image for each different artist. When you order album on artist your albums with 'multiple' artist get shoved to the bottom. After a lot of trial and error I finally got it right. And seeing as a lot of people are having this problem I post this in a new topic.
I will post in a problem -> solution overview.

+Select all songs, go to show info and change the album artist to your preferred one.+
_I don't want my compilation albums to show up between my other artists numerous times_
+There are two ways to change this, depending on your preference.+
+- Set the album as compilation and use album on artist to order. This will move the album to the bottom of the list.+
+- Set the album artist to where you want it to show up in the list. For example "Hit list 3" will move it between Faithless and John Legend.+
_I want a specific album to move to the bottom of the list but it has only one artist._
Set the album to compilation and put a space behind the name of the artist of a track. I-Tunes will think the album has different artists and move it to the bottom with the other multiple artists compilations.

The issues you describe are a function and set up of the web site and not the trackpad. They want you to use the sites directional arrows and screen re-sizer that they provide on the web page. For those sites and sites that are similar the only option is to play their game and use their tools.

I have just tried this and it worked. I found the image via google, opened up get info on itunes then dragged image into artwork box.
As far as I can tell this works as it has always worked.

After installing WMP the media buttons dont work for iTunes(back/play/for and backward)-sound control

hello, since i got my computer, i've been using iTunes.
i was happy, media keys working perfectly and all, but 1 month ago, i had to install WMP to run a diferent format that itunes dont support and after that day, my media keys stop working for itunes, first i think it war my keyboard(microsoft laser 5000) and a software conflict.
but now i buy a razer blackwidow ultimate(yesterday) and still dont working...
i spend all my weekend trying to figure out whats the problem, but i dont know.
i tried tutorials for similar problems, but noting worked...
and now the media keys arent working even on WMP
I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!

It sounds like you are syncing photos from iPhoto on your computer but not all the photos you set to sync are actually coming over, and they are disorganized. Based on what you are describing, I would recommend deleting the iPod Photo cache which stores picture information that iTunes uses to sync photos from your iPhoto library. The following article will help you do that:

When you use iTunes to sync photos to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, iTunes creates a folder called iPod Photo Cache. The iPod Photo Cache stores photos that are optimized for display on your device. The location of this folder depends on the syncing options you select. In iTunes, if you change the selection in the Sync Photos From menu, a new iPod Photo Cache folder will be created (and the previous folder will remain).
