As I exchanged phone is not from Russia

Question

Hello .The beginning I want to say that upset purchase the phone from Italy.
here is the serial number dnyhfkp8dtc0 (md235ip/a)
I live in Saint-Petersburg and I have discovered the defect to the phone..and that is : module for the transmission of wifi ,as I explained.
the problem in the following : the phone connects to the signal ,but keeps it short..if to attach the charger then the signal lasts longer.
when I came to one of your warranty service centers ,I was told that the free service I refused ,because the phone has not been purchased in Russia and I need to go to Italy ,that it would replaced by a different model ,but the problem is that I have no such opportunity for travel
in the service I was also told that I can exchange phone in the nearest city ,Helsinki. so is this and what other options YOU can offer..

здравствуйте .для начала хочу сказать,что расстроен покупкой телефона из Италии.

сам я живу в Санкт-Петербурге и у меня обнаружился дефект телефона..а именно : модуль для передачи wifi ,как мне объяснили.
проблема в следующем : телефон соединяется с сигналом ,но держит он его недолго..если присоединить зарядное устройство то сигнал держится дольше.
когда я пришел в один из ваших гарантийных сервисных центров ,мне сказали что в бесплатном обслуживании мне отказано ,так как телефон не был куплен в России и мне нужно ехать в италию ,что бы его заменить на другую модель ,но проблема в том ,что у меня нет такой возможности путешествовать
в сервисе мне так же сказали что я могу обменять телефон в ближайшем городе ,как Хельсинки .так ли это и какие еще варианты ВЫ можете предложить..

Don't post personal information such as serial numbers on a user forum - you are NOT talking to Apple here - it is a user forum and anybody who posts is just a user and NOT from Apple.
If you want to contact Apple, then contact them directly.
iPhone warranty is NOT international so if you purchased the phone in Italy, then it will be county specific and you can only get help with your phone in Italy or another European country.  Warranty for an iPhone purchased in an EU country - part of Europe is valid for the whole of Europe, so you should be able to get help in Italy, Germany, France and the UK etc., but not Russia.
Unfortunately, there is nothing else that you can do - if you purchased the phone in Italy, then you need to go back there or another EU country to get a replacement.  Either this, or you have to buy another phone in Russia.
