As of 6pm 7/11 NOTHING works. Website login, App login... nothing
Really? Why is this happening. Nothing is working. Keep getting error messages when I log into the app saying: "WARNING: No groups returned from Server. No devices or custom views will be visible" ... been getting this message now for over 2 hours. Me and 2 other of my friends that have the system are getting the same message. Why does the biggest telecommunication company have things like this happen? Do you not have failsafe's set in place to prevent this. This is simply unacceptable for this to happen for a security system provided by such a huge company. How do I know if I was away and someone broke into my house that ATT would even get the message. How often does this happen and I never even noticed because I didnt check the app? Edit: I just hung up the phone after holding 57 minutes and no one picking up. Hope they have more people in their monitoring center...
So beyond frustrated with att digital.
Att digital called me yesterday stating my system was down. I needed to unplug it. Well, I have unplug my system. I have searched for the plug - can not find it. The wires are in the wall!
Was told if someone comes out to fix it - $99.99
Was told to get out of contract - $234.00
Then a lady instructed I legit keypad off wall. Now, security system states it's been tampered with. Now I can't reach anyone!!!!!!

My Facebook shuts down unexpectedly every 3 seconds when I tried to log in my iPad. It leaves an empty blank page and goes back to FB App. How can I restore it back to normal. I tried uninstall and reinstall the FB App many times but nothing works. I love using FB on my iPad. Please help.
well it seems that I completely hosed everything, plus I actually want to try out the 0.5 new installer, etc., so I'm just going to reinstall and pay more attention this time :oops:...thanks for all the help and advice

Tried installing noew ADE 3.0; tried command-shift-D but don't get a window asking if I want to deauthorize. Help window resets to allow authorization.

TS1702 App system locked up at start of download an nothing works on the app, how can I unlock it.
While downloading an app, it immediately locked up with msg "the XXX will now begin to download"

I have embedded 4 videos on my website. It is a single page, scrolling site. When I scroll down, the videos scroll in front of the top menu bar, instead of behind it. I have tried changing layers, etc., and nothing works. Please help.

Kindly create a new layer, via the Layers panel:
Then, right click on the navigation bar, and choose Move to Layer > Layer 2
Ensure that Layer 2 is on top of the other layers.

iTunes STORE not “connectable” with my otherwise perfectly-working internet connection, viable, up and running for all other uses.
Simply put, firstly, I can't connect to the internet when I click on Radio. People are quite suspicious that this is Apple incompetence or your company's famous arrogance for this commonly-suffered problem that you won't or “can’t” fix.
Read the many web comments and you won’t be pleased with yourselves: the suspicion is that if you ruin internet radio on iTunes, Apple will somehow make more money on music downloads, etc. Bull.
Also, thirdly, my old playlist of 20 or so internet radio stations in the Ambient category STILL PLAYS !
Then fourth, I installed the latest available version of QuickTime Player 7.app Version 7.6.6 but it didn’t solve the problem either. I had QuickTime Player.app Version 10.2, but substituted what Apple website said was the latest, LOWER NUMBERED QuickTime Player version of 7.6.6
Fifth, I can't connect to iTunes store no matter what I do or what user group's advice I try. So I can’t buy or download anything from iTunes. Bad for business.
Sixth, I updated to the latest version of iTunes but this weird problem remains. All suggested Apple fixes or user group fixes are useless. Where is Apple’s famous technical competency, vaunted customer support?, and user-friendly product reputation? Get it back, please.
Solve this problem of yours ASAP for us, your numerous disgruntled, dissatisfied customers of iTunes. You can do better, should, and really –in all fairness- must.

Apple ACCOUNT ID, and iTunes ID password, works but not to access iTunes with my healthy internet connection.
Apple store id It works via direct internet connetion but not through iTunes. Very strange.

Firefox no longer connects to internet on my mac, and windows machines, after v18. I've tried several solutions from Mozilla support and nothing works. Firefox can't even connect to Mozilla for updates. Firefox just sits on the default search page and attempts to connect to websites by typing URLs, or by clicking on the links on the default search page don't work.
You could try the following:
* Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version)
* Remove Firefox from your program's list of trusted or recognized programs, then add it back. For detailed instructions, see Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet.

Since the last AppleTV update I can no longer use home sharing. I have checked all IDs, re-booted iTunes, my router, and AppleTV, and checked the port settings in my firewall. nothing works. Is it me or did this last update really scew things up?

I'm now more than convinced that this is caused by the latest iTunes version.
As some others stated in other threads .... it seems that Apple doesn't really take care of this problem. So what if, if we could make them feeling the same pain as we do. ... Just by dropping them a mail as soon as we have the problem again. Not more often, we don't want to be unfair, but everytime it happens.

Since the last update to iTunes Version 10.6.1 (7) streaming content (Movies and TV shows) to Apple TVs and iPads has two major problems:
- Home Sharing is lost during streaming (streaming stops even if a large portion of the content is already preloaded)
- streaming stops and the main screen pops up (Home Sharing still available)
This happens sometime after some minutes, sometimes after several hours, but it surely happens.
I followed every advice I could found on this support website. There are now a lot of threads following this issue.
Sometimes it seems getting better, but hours later the same isues occured again. Watching content on this enviroment is a real pain and very frustrating.
As many others I'm now convinced that the latest update of iTunes caused this problem.
Our family enviroment contains the following Apple products:
- iTunes on a Win7 32 bit Noname PC (all content)
- second iTunes on a iMac with OS 10.6.8 (all content)
- third iTunes on a MacBook Pro with OS 10.6.8 (daughter, only selected content)
- fourth iTunes on a Win7 32 Samsung Notebook (son, only selected content)
- all iTunes sharing the same Home Sharing ID
- 2 Apple TV second generation
- 1 Apple TV first generation
- 2 iPod touch (bought last year)
- 2 iPads (second generation)
all firmware or software are on latest available patchlevel.
At this moment, I can not recomend to others to buy this products.
I will drop this feedback everytime my famiily and I facing this problem... just to help you to get a better feeling of the urgency of this issue.

Problem with Facebook, loads everything as text. I searched the internet and found a lot of things to try. But nothing worked.
So Far I tried:
1) Clearing All Cache, History, Cookies.
2) Making new User Account
3) Re-installing Firefox.
4) Other Browsers.
5) Removing and trying Add-Ons and extensions 1 by 1.
Nothing from the above worked. I don't know what else to do, every other website I went worked. Sometimes the first page works, other times it doesn't. When I try to post something and press like to a comment (When I was trying to see if other pages work and this error isn't only in 1 place only) the usual facebook error pops-up and that works ok.
I have a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate, and I don't know what else to do.Is it only with Firefox?? You can try to check the permissions for Firefox in any and all security software and remove any possible hindrances. Please see [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Firewalls this]

Version 35.0.1 does not connect to network & nothing works
Upgrading from 32.0 for Windows 7 to 35.0. Downloaded and ran 35.0. It asked to close Foxfire which I did. Nothing happen nor does anything work. If you open it, nothing works. It can not attach even thou the network is available and other applications can connect.
It just sits there and tries to connect (icon in the left corner just spins and spins.
Do I deleted the version 35 and try reloading 35? I like Foxfire a lot and what it to work.hi starbase, normally such issues are caused by a firewall/security software which doesn't recognize & therefore blocks new firefox versions. please remove all program rules for firefox from your firewall and let it detect the new version of the browser again.

Firefox hangs at anytime. Nothing works, (mouse/keyboard). Sometimes after 1 or 2 min. it works again, other times it freezes & I must re-boot (cut power & restore power) as keyboard or mouse does not respond. This happens at anytime, not when doing any specific task. Also have an unrelated question: I have have 2 Firefox icons on my desktop & 2 on my bottom toolbar, one reads as "Mozilla Firefox" & one as "Mozilla Firefox (2)". Is it possible I have 2 versions/programs installed & if so, how do I verify & correct this?
You may somehow have installed a second copy of firefox. (I deliberately have multiple versions installed) Have you been trying the Beta or Aurora channels of Firefox ?
You may have just copies the shortcut icons. I use XP but assume Vista is similar, and that if you right click the icons they will allow you to see the properties, that will include the path to the firefox program ''firefox.exe'' . Do both shortcuts point to the same file and location ?
Another possibility is that one icon is for normal use, and another for safe mode, again something you will discover if you study the properties.
